Very good experience with the service desk - the friendliest with a lot of smiles.

Clean rooms, good shower, hotel right on the beach. No aircondition but we were lucky that it was cool in the night so we could open the windows. Breakfast is to die for! A chef making your omelet the way you like it in front of you.

A very familiar hotel with lovely, friendly service in all areas. The Evers family is very helpful and extremely friendly. Nice reception on arrival! 70s charm, but clean and partly renovated room. Quite loud, since the toilet flushing could be heard in the neighboring room and various noises.... So we didn't think the price/room was appropriate!

Nice hotel, lovingly furnished. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It is worth eating here, there are delicious creations and there should be something for everyone. The only downer was, I had a stain on the bed sheet. Instead of exchanging it, the bed was put in and good. I would have expected more, too bad.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was friendly, clean, perfectly located, easy for families like ours with a young child, quality spa treatments (Aloe vera facial is heavenly!) and fantastic restaurant. ONLY thing missing was tea/coffee in the room but apart from that, we were really happy with everything.

Definitely book a relaxing massage - pure relaxation. Rich breakfast, warm welcome by the landlady. A short walk and you are on the promenade. Good value for money. Between the two houses there is a beautiful terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, on which the loungers invite you to relax. Very well suited for a short weekend trip to the Baltic Sea.

The hotel is located in Niendorf on the main street in the second row to the beach. This can be reached on foot in under a minute and is nowhere near as crowded as e.g. in Timmendorfer-Strand or Scharbeutz, which we liked again more than usual during this time (Corona). The rooms are partly freshly renovated with a lot of passion and we felt very comfortable. Ms. Hagge and her staff were always approachable...

The room was very nice, with a view of the sea. I really enjoyed the wellness on the first day. I went to the restaurant and ate schnitzel, which was also very good.

It's been a while, but it's still worth a good review. We've been there twice for several days, always in the family suite, and were always thrilled. Nice staff, great service, nice location, very close to the beach only a short walk about 100m maximum. The city center is also nearby and also the Baltic Sea thermal baths. The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food...

The Hotel was really fantastic. As a family and friend with two kids. We booked two rooms. We came in the hotel very early and our room was ready. We didn't wait. Location and service was awesome. It is near also at the beach to take the sun anytime. We will plan again next year. Maybe that time all renovation are finished. 5 star for flamingo.

Nice small rooms. We had one with a view on the balcony of neighbouring hotel, so the curtains were always closed. Breakfast is tasty and fitting, includes champagne. Minus: very cold water in the swimming pool, bad sound insulation (one can hear the elevator going up and down all niggt long)

I have stayed here on 3 different occasions and it remains one of my favorite hotels. The breakfast alone is worth the trip, but the rooms are well appointed and the staff is very friendly. I've stayed in many hotels where they claim to be 5 star but they were lacking in many areas. That's just not the case here and I'm a little surprised at the harsh comments from other people.

Whenever I rate a hotel or restaurant I look at three things: a) service/courtesy I booked a room with seaview. When entering the room I found that it was obstructed seaview. Hence I contacted the reservation and was told that I must have overlooked the comment. I told them, that my reservation clearly mentions seaview. After 5 minutes I was offered a different room with the request to pay 60 Euros...

Although the hotel is in a renovation phase, everything is still very nice and cozy. The rooms are not ready yet, but the breakfast rooms are beautiful and there is a super delicious breakfast with a very nice team that is always friendly and courteous.
