Where to stay in Gromitz

The hotel was fine, but the photos are kind of misleading. The swimming pool isn’t part of the hotel itself but is part of a indoor swimming complex. However it is free to go so that’s a plus. When i visited the outdoor swimming pool was closed and we hadn’t been given notice about that.

Spent New Years at the Resort! The hotel was completely booked out which was why processes were kind of slow and service was partly slow as well and waiting for a table was extremely long at breakfast. Would recommend to hire additional staff in peak times. Otherwise a great location on the shore of Grömitz with a nice Sauna / Spa.

The rooms are modern and fresh, but the restaurant staff was not very attentive. the empty tables was dirty. the buffet in the evening was okay no highlights. also the breakfast is not special. not fresh fruit bowl or special musli with great nuts. the area is good for old peoples or families with kids. for you couples its very boring or if you want to enjoy the silence than its good. the wellness...

We stayed for a weekend in a room for 3 people and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, the Spa area is beautiful, the rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette and it is completely calm at night. A super nice place, since 2019 after our first vacation here we feel very comfortable again and again. Swim in the pool in the morning, take a sauna in the house and even jump into the Baltic Sea in autumn. Super good kitchen and very friendly staff. Definitely my recommendation for the next visit to Grömitz. The rooms are really well equipped, the staff incomparably friendly and the breakfast very tasty. Even the owners personally ask the guests about their well-being in the morning - service is still very important at the Hotel Cammann!

Booked spontaneously, arrived and quite simply: WORLD CLASS. Small family run hotel. I felt very comfortable and relaxed very well. Nice rooms, great service, great location, and for the first time in 2021 you could have breakfast on the wonderful terrace. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and the long bridge on the promenade in 10 minutes. We were there for 1 week, in the apartment room. The room is a good size. The hotel is getting a bit old but it was enough. The cleanliness should be significantly better. It's a bit impractical with a stroller. The food was good, we were told that it was even better before the corona time! On the whole, you can spend a couple of days here. It's just a spa hotel.

A clean and quiet hotel right near the beach. The view of the beach from our balcony has definitely earned the name "beautiful view". Very nice and friendly staff! A good, quiet and clean hotel. Super friendly staff. The hotel room (Comfort) was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and the egg dishes were freshly prepared. A parking space behind the house for free. Right in the center, beach promenade and shops can be reached in just a few steps.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were very obliging. There was a great selection for breakfast.

Simply great and very nice. Very clean . Unfortunately there are no sockets in the room. And the TV is on the left side of the bed... unfortunately looking at it causes neck pain. I have just returned from a week at the Hotel Windspiel. My mother and I felt very comfortable. Central location (5 minutes to the pier), sufficiently large single rooms and bathrooms! Lovingly prepared breakfast with rolls, bread, croissants, egg dishes, cheese, cold cuts, jam, etc. Always fresh fruit. And, and, and! The three-course menu in the evening was certainly worth 5 or more stars. High quality...

Great hotel, great location. In the middle of town, 5 minutes to the beach. The spa park begins directly behind the hotel. Modern, clean rooms, comfortable beds. One star deducted for the outdated shower curtain around the rather small and narrow shower. Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff. Gladly again at any time!!

Great location. The furniture in the room was completely outdated but not shabby. Everything was always very clean. There was even an elevator and free parking. The breakfast was great. However, I missed coffee specialties, there was only filter coffee.

We had booked one night through Booking and then spontaneously thought about booking one more night. During the phone call everything went great and uncomplicated. Nice staff, good location, great breakfast. Rooms a bit thin, that's stupid if other guests are loud in the hallway at night, but that's not the hotel's fault. There were still love messages from the previous guests on the shower wall, but we're not that great... Absolute plus point: you can arrive very early compared to other hotels.

Nice reception on arrival! 70s charm, but clean and partly renovated room. Quite loud, since the toilet flushing could be heard in the neighboring room and various noises.... So we didn't think the price/room was appropriate!

Cool place. Yummy burgers and a large buffet! Nice staff. Just a bit too crouded around the self service area. My tip would be to extend or move the buffet away from the rute to the bathrooms.

Stunning interior, friendly and competent personnel and an authentic American menu. A lot of attention put into all the details of the venue as well as the food. Comfortable cottage and equipped with all amenities for a family trip. 2 children's bedrooms with bunk beds and a large double bedroom. Comfortable bed. The only thing missing is a washing machine. As an extra equipment there is a Finnish sauna. Revolution if someone likes it.

A wonderful place for a family holiday with small children. The host family is very accommodating and we felt welcome. The proximity to the Baltic Sea beach is great and easy to deal with by bike. It was a very nice vacation! It was an experience not only for our 6 children, but also for us 3 women. The children could move freely, the beach not far away, the area was just fantastic and everyone on the farm was just super nice. "Grandma Faasel" has grown very dear to all of us.
