Came for dinner, all the food was amazing, great break from the Legoland good for sure. Kids fish and chips were wonderful, the beef medallions great too. My ice tea was not really so much an a traditional ice tea, but more of a berry tea. And the service was super friendly and their English was no problem. Definitely going back again.

Nice room although very hot (no air conditioning). Mediocre dinner (we are in Germany!). Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a games room for children (ping pong/table football/lego/wooden games/books). Very close to Legoland (10 minute drive).

I booked 4 nights. Yesterday my oldest son broke his foot at work. So, this morning I asked to leave 1 day earlyer as exception reason. The hotel manager said we have to follow the normal rules. I have to pay 80% or 156€ for the last night. Service and understanding 10/10 😊👍

Great for an overnight stay The hotel has a lot of parking places, which is great, easy access (make sure you search for the name of hotel not by address, because Google Maps takes you to a junk yard across the street). Gem in Neu Ulm Super affordable hotel, great service, clean, safe. Basic continental breakfast for €8 additional with good quality options. If you're looking for basic accommodations while you're traveling, this is a great choice.

The Price is Right A typical eighties experience. Nice hotel with nice staff, but the place is somewhat vintage. The TV is difficult to operate, wifi is close to non-existent, fans are loud. To reach your room you have to negotiate many stairs. But the price is right considering the location.

Very clean and nice room. Perfect with automated pin-code system with no staff! This means you park 1 meter away from your room door. Big fridge with freezer as well, perfect for road trips! The only minus for me - it was hot both days I stayed there and I had to open windows to get room cooler and to be able to sleep but because of it I could Hear a lot of noise from the outside. A very nice hotel in the heart of the beautiful city Ulm.

One overnight here on the way through town was as good of an experience as our current times allow. Staff was friendly and happy to assist with any questions, room was clean and had a great view. Didn't opt for a room with AC as this time of year thought we would be good and we were opened windows and enjoyed fresh air, little noisy at times but can be expected in a city location.

They have different rooms at the same rate. You can have a view over the river and the Ulm cathedral, hospital or a driveway (uneven room numbers). Rooms differ in size, with the smaller ones pretty small. No complimentary water, no mini bar (apart from 2,6Euro water), no swimmimg pool. They cannot find company's data for the invoice, even if you take one invoice after the other. Good restaurant though

Accommodation in a family room was adequate, clean and with great views of the station and the Cathedral. The Breakfast buffet was plentiful. The proximity to the train station for train travellers, the centre is only a few minutes walk. Uncomplicated check-in and -out.

The room was OK but smelled our non-Smoking room extremely to nicotine. It had kept everyone else seems to be on the Smoking ban. Since we have used the 24 hour Check-in hattén we also keiné way we find out wié in the underground garage.
