We travel a lot but this stay was the worst. Booked a room for 5 people, got a room for 4 people (no one to talk to or ask for a different room). The self check-in was broke (tried to call both phone numbers several times, still got no answer). We had to find an other way in. Could enter the room two hours later after a long travel day. The room was not ready yet (no window decoration and unfinished wall sockets..). Tried to get in touch with the hotel for over 1 week now, no response yet. Please get in contact with us to solve this unpleasent experience. Thank you.

In fact is not hotel. Its just a hostel. The only good thing is location. Room is too small, clearence not good, no brekfast, you can hear all the time the other rooms. This room is for 25 to 30 euro

We spend the night here on our journey towards Haus Keti in Kleinwaltsertal. Three stated in the family room with five persons. It's was better than we thought it would be, therefore I reward them with five stars.

The hotel itself is located in the heart of the city of Gunzburg, which makes walking around and exploring very nice. The room was clean and fresh towels were provided daily. The parking situation is very bad though. The parking area around the hotel is limited. The breakfast is ok, but it is way overpriced for basically cold cuts and bread. The first day of our stay I paid 24 Euro but the next day the price somehow changed to 30 Euro. Mind you, all that is provided is a continental breakfast which would be free in the states. Overall the rating I give is 3 stars, it's not bad, but it's also not great.

Hotel in Günzburg with a self-check-in machine which is really cool. With or without reservation, you can get your room cards and the WiFi password from there. The room was not very big, but it had a very big desk which we needed. The WiFi worked pretty OK. The breakfast buffet was really good, but they had the same 10 songs from the same singer on repeat for three mornings. I'd switch that up.

Nice hotel, with everything you need to sleep and shower. Clean room recently renovated. Good matras en pillow. You might pay attention to parking, there's almost none free parking in the neighbourhood... But other than that it's ok, located in the very centre of the city, 5 minutes from the Trainstation

Not reccomended even for a night. Rooms are terrible and it was cold durring the night. It was clean. Brekfast was simple, i didnt have a lot of choices only hamm, cheese, eggs, few vegitables and milk with musly. The guy at reception didnt know english and communication between us was bad. We were lucky that on our arrival -late around 22:30 the receptionist were infront of the hotel to give us rhe key for the room. Pictures in booking and reallity are different
