Such a wonderful experience! We were able to book a reservation the same day on a "spur of the moment trip", the price was very reasonable, and we had a great room with a balcony view of the mountains. The owners were very kind and spoke great English. They even recommended nearby restaurants and were able to answer all of our questions. This was one of our favorite stays and we look forward to coming back. Cannot recommend staying here enough!

We were very lucky to stay here. Biker friendly, great room with a balcony and we booked straight away for dinner. Good honest German cooking, delicious. Close enough to go and see the castle and have lunch out. Fab

Great place to stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. Very friendly welcome, good english spoken, beautiful views of the Alps, excellent food, comfortable room and fantastic value. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you again you made us very welcome.

It was a great hotel to spend quality time with friends and family. Close to tourists attractions with a wonderful view of Alps.
Nice breakfast. Staffs are very nice and you feel like you’re visiting your nice aunt who lives in Fussen. Clean and cosy like a home.
They have soft and alcoholic drinks with some snacks with a reasonable price for the nights you want to chill.

I will obviously go there again! That explains how great my stay there was.
The place is about 7 minutes ascending walk away from the nearest bus stop. The bus goes to Fussen hbf from there.
We took the room with balcon. The view was mesmerizing. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated. You will get everything needed for your stay. The owner lady is a lovely person. I will obviously recommend this place for vacation.

Stunning scenery. Rooms are as expected, clean & tidy. Berghof is so quite. There are good amenities for a remote area.
Breakfast is good. Free parking.

Just a wonderful hotel!!! Highly recommended. It was very clean and comfortable and you can tell the owners care a lot about the hotel and their guests. They accommodated us with a late check in which was really nice. Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains. They have really strong Wi-Fi which is perfect if you need to do a little remote work. It’s a 15 minute drive to the castle but in a quite area away from all the tourists. They have a lovely breakfast that was very organized and had one of the best COVID protocols I’ve seen at a hotel. Overall we loved our stay!!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay if you're traveling with kids. Close to the slopes and castles, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. If we're in the area again, we'll stay there.

We stayed one night in this hotel in April 2015. What we liked the most is the mountain view from the room (the room was with a balcony). The staff is friendly. The room was cosy and very spacious.
The wi-fi was hardly working, we had 2 passwords for each device, came to the lounge area where we were told the wi-fi is working, but we could hardly catch the signal. The next day in the morning there was no internet at all. No hairdryer in the room, but it is not a crucial moment.
All in all, it is a very good hotel to stop by, while visiting the castles.

We had a large, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the garden. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. A friendly woman with a sense of humor greeted us when we arrived. The hotel is located in a village with well-kept homes and farms. There was no noise to disturb our sleep.
