Stayed there in August 2024. Too high price for a room without air-conditioning. If the swimming pool is not of interest for u, this hotel might not be the 1st option. Food @ restaurant is not at the expected level, neither service even if guys are doing their best. Same for the reception desk, too long waiting queue. Maybe a better balance at winter time? The Bannwaldsee Hotel is the best when it comes to hospitality. We have been in many hotels in Germany but never felt so welcome and at home. Wonderful hotel that I feel is very well suited for travelers as its location is good and the amenities are very enjoyable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Clean, tidy, serene, very good breakfast, good setting. Only criticism is that all public indoor lights were out after dark and the auto on system seemed not working making one fumbling for the light switch in the dark.

Nice, warm and quiet rooms. The view from our room was also really nice. The wifi was also stable. P.s. there was no fridge in the room. I don't know if its normal in Germany, but to me seemed like a small disadvantage.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The host was also really nice. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. There was a very good spread for the breakfast that too just for 7.5 EUR. The location is just 20mins drive from the Neuschwanstein Castle.

Right near the Austrian border, and the feet of Germany’s highest mountain (just under 3 km) the “Zugspitse”, this chalet is a magnificent place to stay. Very friendly and helpful people, very nice (and very clean) rooms with excellent beds and nice bathroom. Good pricing and an excellent restaurant ( managed by a different owner ) is literally next door.

An ideal hotel for a night or two when exploring Füssen and visiting Neuschwanstein. Staff and owner were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking onsite. The restaurant was closed when we were there unfortunately but breakfast was included.

Perfect little getaway. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Rooms are cozy with most comfortable beds. I could have slept for days. Hotel is nice and in convenient location (for exploring Neuschwanstein Castle), cozy room with a balcony. Comfortable bed, natural environment and good views. Staff was helpful with the English language. Simple breakfast with the choise of fresh buns, cheese, cold cuts, spreads, cereal and fruit.

What a beautiful place in the perfect setting. Next to the alps with stunning views. The spa is perfect to relax after your day hiking and sightseeing. The food is fantastic and the service is impeccable. We will be back next year.

I spontaneously get a room, which is also very good. Only one night was there. The food is top, Very good cook!!!! Price-performance is okay. The rooms are a little older and have seen it clean. In the evening I had a swim. The Pool is very clean and great views, perfect after a stressful day at work.

Everything perfect and very pleasant! The only drawback, the wifi is a bit stubborn. 2 phones and a Laptop. All devices were always short disconnects. But it was not really worth it. Therefore, a full 5 stars!

The apartment is new and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the linen and the towels are of high quality. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. We spent nice time on the terrace that was heading towards the park. Many activities close by.

This is a very cozy family hotel, with a very cute decoration with the family owners and the horses. The breakfast ist outstanding and the restaurant has great views of the mountains. You can also enjoy these wonderful views from the balcony of your room. The rooms are very comfortable and the facilities in general are very clean. The staff is super nice and helpfull! Lovely family run hotel with exceptional food and service. Rooms are very clean but basic with great views of the mountains on one side. Location is great but recommend having a car. Lots of attractions within 1 hour drive both in winter and summer. We used it as a base for skiing in Germany and Austria. We were made very welcome throughout our stay and would strongly recommend.

I have been there for a few days of vacation in September. First class food, rooms very clean, would Recommend. Most of all, I've learned these beautiful lovable Haflinger horses love. Neviola's grown on me, especially to the heart. It is something very Special. Thank You
