Nice cozy rooms. They got a small (cardio only) fitness room, they also got scrambled eggs for breakfast. What else can you ask for? And Ibis for example has none of that.

Good hotel for its price. Service is good, room was cleaned every day, delicious pizza in the restaurant. Breakfasts are not bad. Recommended.

Rooms are a little bit weirdly decorated but the facilities are overall okey. The surroundings are one of the worst neighbourhoods in Germany.

It's a decent hotel for a couple of nights. Spacious room,decent bathroom, uncomfortable bed. The nicest touch was at the check in when I've received a public transport card for the time I'm staying in town.

According to the standard aspectations, considering the restrictions adopted for the Covid 19, the hotel gives an adverage service. The made cleans the room only at client checkout. But I think this is an unusual procedure in use only for the moment.

Business trip in times of covid. Restaurant and bar were closed but there are supermarkets and takeaway places nearby. Hotel staff were very friendly. A tray with kettle, tea and coffee was provided to take to the room; not the same as a bar but nevertheless welcome in these times. Room was spacious and clean.

A perfect Hotel for a professional Stay, i really enjoyed the location, service, staff, breakfast and rooms. A place near the train station and near the city center.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Hotel and especially rooms look and feel like 90s, needs some proper refurbishment .

The breakfast was very good. The arrangement of food was good also the arrangement of the tables. The room was not to small. The location was in near the center of the city.

Our stay was good. The location is easy to find. There is enough places to park. The room is very good isolated from external noises. The rooms are very big with all that you need in order to have a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly. The buffet as huge and even there is a corner with only vegan products. I can recommend the Hotel if you are looking for a good place to stay.

Bit old and outdated hotel. But clean. City center is a 10 min walk from the hotel. We were told that this hotel is the best in Halle. Not really expensive so in that matter a no brainer.

Not good for business travels or travelling with acquaintances. Thin walls. From 6am onwards you can hear low thudding from the station or the tram station outside the hotel. Could hear my neighbours' nightly activities and the headboard couldn't be separated from the wall. So I needed to wake up and excuse myself until they were done. Solid. Rooms were no frills but clean and sensible. In the price range usually you have a bit bigger rooms though. The bathroom was quite nice. Front desk is open 24/7; convenient. When I checked in, around 8pm, there was only one desk open though, so it took a while. Guest in front of me also forgot her cards pin, I would have appreciated being fast tracked instead of waiting for the epiphany. ...

The city of Halle on the river Saale is very typical for the great historical past and the raise and downfall of the chemical industries in Eastern Germany. Now the city is part of the greater metropolitan area together with Leipzig. The room was modern and fancy, but I was missing a table and a chair, additional the space for me was not big enough, but ok for couple of nights. Btw, loved the Bluetooth speakers and availability to cast your phone, good breakfast, and fast access to city center

Perhaps it's worth a five-star review, but we had a difficult time arriving and checking in: it was late, we had driven for over 8 hours, then Google maps couldn't direct us to the hotel's entrance, and when we get to the check-in desk the only staff member on duty served several people at the bar (most of whom had got to the bar after we reached the check-in desk) before checking us in. We had a bad experience in first moment the reception when we check - in on 10.10.2020 (around 02.00 - 03.00 pm.) unfriendly, not nice to worked in this position and need more training to speak with customer!!!

We had a very good time, price was really good compared to other hotels oder airbnbs by the time. Room was kinda oldschool, but clean and nice. Would recommend. They even had a fitness room and wellness, plus a pool table in the lobby.

Good spacious room, but the reception is only opened from 14:30 to 22:00, the lady came late (15:10) and there was a huge line to check in. It took 20min to check in when we were waiting since 13:30 at the lobby

Cool rooms and perfect location! Gym is just a few cardio machines and small dumbbells. A/C is terrible, don't stay here when it is hot!

The hotel looks wonderful. Remarkable aquarium off the lobby. Great breakfast buffet. But the air conditioning never worked. And I had a very difficult time stepping up into the shower. Only one elevator.

Basic but nice hotel, only 2 minutes' walk from Halle main station. The room was a decent size, and warm, once I turned the radiator thermostat up from zero! Decent breakfast selection.

The location for short term visit was ok, not the best,but manageable. The staf was nice, but they don't sent the invoice by mail even they promise to do that. Please ask for paper copy when paid. Hotel is old an look like 70's, but the rooms seems to be renovated after that. It is normal IBIS quality and the garage was nice plus.

I stayed with my family including 2 children in a Suite. The beds were comfortable. A baby cot was provided for the infant. The suite is well decorated. We had a good sleep. There is a ventilator available in the rooms for fresh air. The train station is 3 minutes away on a walk. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Nice hotel, great ambience, well organized rooms, friendly staff. The only problem is it's location. It's located exactly opposite to the brothel so many may not like the area. If that part is ignored, then everything else is fine.

By far one of the best hotels I stayed in all my life. The staff is exceptional, very kind and professional. Everything is clean and perfect. Internet is top-notch. I really searched hard to complain about something but everything is just perfect. If you want a pleasant stay in Halle (Saale) I would recommend this lovely place with perfect rooms in the city center.

I stayed at the hotel for nearly 4 months and Frau Griep and the whole hotel crew did everything to make me feel a bit at home during my stay in this very strange period where everything else was closed in Halle. The hotel is quiet, ideally situated next to the city centre, and is very comfortable. I hope I can come back sometimes in summer (and out of a pandemic).

Quaint and well maintained hotel with old world layout, upgraded to include a micro kitchen. We visited during Dec so the Christmas Market was a short walk and tram ride away. The hotel is very nice with a beautiful inner yard and hall. Breakfasts are tasty. The sauna is not excellent, yet good enough. Double rooms are equipped with kitchen utilities & ware. A bit far away from the city centre (but still in walking proximity), in a quiet location. Room was nice and clean, a micro kitchen with a small stove and utensils was also there, kettle was provided. Spacious bathroom with a shower, everything worked. Can't estimate the breakfast as we didn't order one.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room where we stayed was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. My wife and I were let checkin even a few hours early. And the location is perfect.

For a one-night stay while crossing Germany, it must be said that we were not looking for anything fancy. The Atlas hotel, however, made us feel at home, and credit is primarily for the staff, especially considering the tougher times of the pandemic. Price-performance ratio is great. It is well connected, as there are buses and trams in the immediate vicinity. But you can also get around well by car. There are various grocery stores and a drugstore in the immediate vicinity. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Totally loved my stay. I spent one night and unfortunately couldn’t make it to the gym but I love the atmosphere and the room style. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is good.

The staff is friendly and customer oriented. In the same building you can find a SPA and sauna, as well a very complete GYM. The breakfast is buffet with all basic to get charge of energy for the day. From my point of view the bed, at least the one I got is small and since is an old building the isolation against noise is not good.

This is our second stay here in 3 years and will not stay again. Reception staff was rude (maybe because we are English speaking?), room was clean but so poorly located despite our request for a better consideration, and experience in workout/fitness facility was really even more rude than registration (“get a towel from your room, 2€ for water,etc ). Rather okay value for the money, the hotel could need a bit of remake, but I guess it is charming the way it is. The beds were alright and that is what really matters when you decide to stay at a place like this. Oh and yeah, showering was quite hard, we only had a bathtub and the shower hose is really down so that you need to be very short to get all wet. And oh, the minibar didn't work, so the beer...

This hotel gets the job done. It was clean, spotless. We rented a room next to the street and it was ok. The street noise was livable.

Very central. Clean. Quite cosy. The rooms are in good shape and quite large. The beedroom is for 2 persons and nr 3 person sleept in the living room on a daybed. We only stayed for one night but it was well worth the money. Nice view to castle. Notice that if you rent a park space in the yard the gate is very narrow so large cars can't enter or exit easily.

Very spacious, but sparse. Towels were not exchanged during our 4 day stay. Breakfast was ok, plenty to eat and a good choose. We would stay again.

Yesterday 2.4. , we were at a very nice birthday party in the Guldenhof. What can I tell you, the celebration was very successful. The staff made a huge contribution to this. The boss was always trying to discuss each passage beforehand. He always tried to get in touch with the guests. I think you can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. Es war sehr ruhig - ich war allein im Haus. Alles praktisch eingerichtet. Es war gut, dass ich einen Tag vorher angerufen habe > ich konnte schon um 14 Uhr einschecken. Das Zimmer wurde schön warm, draußen minus 13 Grad.
