*Disappointing Experience – Unclean Room & Uncomfortable Atmosphere*
Our stay at this hotel was far from what we expected. The hotel is located next to an open square where armed police patrol during the day, which did not give us a particularly comfortable or welcoming feeling.
Upon checking in, we found our reserved room to be in an unacceptable state—filthy floors with visible stains, including a questionable spot right next to the bed (photos attached). If this is what the floor looked like, we didn’t even want to think about the condition of the mattress.
We requested a room change, but due to full occupancy, we were told that no alternative rooms were available. Instead of offering a thorough room cleaning, the hotel’s solution was a voucher for two free drinks at the bar—a completely inadequate response given the state of the room.
After further consideration, we did not feel comfortable staying and requested a refund, which led us to find alternative accommodations. This was an overall disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Not good for business travels or travelling with acquaintances.
Thin walls. From 6am onwards you can hear low thudding from the station or the tram station outside the hotel. Could hear my neighbours' nightly activities and the headboard couldn't be separated from the wall. So I needed to wake up and excuse myself until they were done. When neighbours came back, the bluetooth from the TV would activate and I could hear it from my room.
Shower comes without a door. Only glass the door to the toilet bowl. No working desk in the rooms, need to buy own water (no bottles or kettles in the room).
However, staff were very friendly and breakfast was fresh. If solo travelling is okay. But not for acquaintances or business partners, unless you want to see your colleagues' butts.

Rooms are super small. No desk in the room. How to work properly?!
No cups, kettle boiler or coffee at the room.
Heating seems to be out of order.

We checked into the hotel on September 15th, and I have never experienced such rude behavior. The receptionist completely ignored our questions and responded reluctantly. The worst part was when we mentioned that we only needed one breakfast. She seemed very surprised and said that since two people were staying, we had to pay for two breakfasts. She refused to listen to our explanation that one guest would be leaving at 4 AM and wouldn’t be staying for breakfast. Despite this, we were charged for two breakfasts. When we demanded a refund for the unused breakfast, she told us it would be refunded in the morning. However, no money was returned. This was an absolute nightmare. After such treatment, I woke up the next morning with no desire to have breakfast at the hotel. I simply left in the morning, feeling awful.

Rooms were no frills but clean and sensible. In the price range usually you have a bit bigger rooms though. The bathroom was quite nice.
Front desk is open 24/7; convenient. When I checked in, around 8pm, there was only one desk open though, so it took a while. Guest in front of me also forgot her cards pin, I would have appreciated being fast tracked instead of waiting for the epiphany.
Location is function over form; you won't get nice views, but it's nearby the central station and in walking distance of plenty options for food and groceries.

The city of Halle on the river Saale is very typical for the great historical past and the raise and downfall of the chemical industries in Eastern Germany. Now the city is part of the greater metropolitan area together with Leipzig. The modern city center is been planned and build in the 70ies of the last century as an optimal car traffic city, with traffic crossings at different levels. This hotel is located directly at these crossing point and is at the entry to the older part of the city. The location is perfect, just 5min far from the main railway station, about 30 min to the Autobahn. The rooms are small enough for one person, the bed is very well. They have a modern touch with great artists paintings on each floor levels. The breakfast is huge and all the guests love it. Enjoy you stay.

the location is close to the main station and coty center which is good.
the room esp bath and toilet was not good.
the tubes of bathroom was damaged and water would go out and there is no door to he closed and separate it from the room so if you may not be single and someone accompany you then it will he a problem.
the service is not good as if you may need sth it is rarely you may get and everything is like under control. fory experince of being in many hotels worldwide I expect the service would he generous. fr example the room tempreture was cold and i heated up but it didnt work. i asled the staff and they helped but again it was not warm and I asked for an extra blanket but they didnt provide even though I booked a double bedroom. it was just one blanket and pillow.
the brealfast is super expensive for 18.5 euros and the options Inchecked are very limited and I didnt see fruits and vegetables option or vegan food.
