The most fancy hotel with a fully affordable price. Beautiful design both in the hotel and inside the rooms. A whole fridge of 5 bottles of free drink feels out of this world. Receptionists are friendly and helpful.
However be careful when you search on the Google map, really put the hotel's full address to avoid confusion as Google maps might take you to a nearby place within the same hotel group and the parking entrance is not easy to find if you are a pedestrian. The proper front door opens to a beautiful street that takes you right to the town centre though.

Wonderful staff!!

The location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, but the rooms had a bad odor. While the rooms themselves are spacious and nicely appointed, the unpleasant smell detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, check-in was problematic, as our room wasn't ready until 4:30 PM. On the other hand, they are strict about check-out times and charged extra for an additional hour.

Absolute disaster.
Arrived in the evening on a business trip only to be told that there was water damage to some rooms, and the hotel had decided to relocate me to an alternative hotel over 20mins away by taxi. Domero first only offered to pay the taxi to the new hotel, and only when I insisted they agreed to cover the cost to return to the city the following morning.
Whilst waiting for the taxi to transport me to the new hotel, at least two customers arriving after me were able to check in and get a room. No explanation could be provided for why I was not able to receive one of the vacant rooms.
Further, the new hotel was in an industrial area with no dinner options nearby. The Domero staff insisted there was a restaurant at the new hotel, however this was not the case and the only option for dinner was to order a delivery pizza.
Will never again book this hotel despite regularly travelling to this area.

At the end of 2023 I travelled to Halle on several weeks and stayed at different hotels in the city. I can make an informative comparison between them: I consider DORMERO the worst.
The main reason for this is that they have very (VERY) limited staff, which causes innumerous disadvantages (for instance no room service).
On one time, my flight was changed and I was going to arrive around 23:30 at the hotel.
I called the reception in advance, explained the situation.
I was told that reception would be closed already but I could call a certain number (Dormero call center) and someone would come to open the door.
Upon arrival, I called this number and the call center operator informed me that he was unable to find someone.
I had to stay outside and look for another option on my own.

We had a very good time, price was really good compared to other hotels oder airbnbs by the time. Room was kinda oldschool, but clean and nice. Would recommend. They even had a fitness room and wellness, plus a pool table in the lobby.

The location is very good/central, but I found it hard to believe that this was a 4-star hotel. I think I have stayed at better 2-star hotels. The rooms are very old and in need of maintenance: the floor is falling apart, many of the lamps in my room did not work, and the AC did not work either (the room was very warm). The front desk has very limited hours, and is not manned otherwise. Good luck getting into the hotel if you forget your key and arrive after 11pm. They seemed very annoyed every time I tried to ask them a question.

The hotel looks wonderful. Remarkable aquarium off the lobby. Great breakfast buffet. But the air conditioning never worked. And I had a very difficult time stepping up into the shower. Only one elevator.

Cool rooms and perfect location! Gym is just a few cardio machines and small dumbbells. A/C is terrible, don't stay here when it is hot!
