The hotel was clean and quiet. Exactly what you want while traveling. It was very conveniently located to a grocery store and pleny of walking, running ,or biking trails. It is right next to the Old town of Hanau, which is very nice. We stayed for a week and the only critique that i have is, i wish it had a little bigger fridge so we could store a couple items in it. The property was very clean. I didn't like the fact I'm from Philadelphia, Pa and was unable to change the language on the television. Every channel was on Germany, which i understand but there still should be an option to change to English

My wife and I where placed in this hotel by Lufthansa Air lines on 24th of September 2024. Hotel is nice and clean as for 3star. Stuff very nice and helpful. Walking distance to Heraeus office buildings. AC automatically shuts down when it reaches desired temperature. Once it shuts down, it can only be turned back on manually. The only way to keep it on is to set a very low temperature that’s not possible for AC to reach.

Unique place to stay! Very close to walk to area with bars and restaurants in an old town feel. Very close to public transportation which we road and very easy to figure out where you are going. Very friendly staff and an older building with lots of charm!!

Friendly and cozy hotel in Hanau Very friendly and helpful personal, made me feel at home. The beds are comfy and the rooms a good size. Breakfast has what you need. Parking availiable and easy access for hotel guests after closing. Expect being woken by church bells, like the old days :)

This is all about the hotel manager, Marcus, who makes you welcome in the most family-like way. Plus he makes a lovely buffet breakfast each morning, and genuinely cares that his ‘guests’ have a nice stay. The rooms are not exciting like in American hotels, but the warm experience of a friendly atmosphere makes it all worthwhile.

The breakfast is very good and many varieties with great location and causy atmosphere. And no problems for parking in big city like frankfurt.

Comfortable but old and not always well clean due to the presence (but just in a couple of rooms) of some spiders that get in from the window, opened to let getting in some fresh air before going to sleep in summertime. Many rooms are wide. The breakfast focuses on bread, ham, nutella, salmon and yogurt but not too many other alternatives available.

First of all, the hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. There was no inconvienience during the stay. Karina tried to reflect the needs of the guests as much as possible. Basic services are required for a fee, but other than that, it is a very good place to stay and recommended.

We booked this hotel last minute for a business trip to Frankfurt. We slept in this Dependance of the "zum Riesen" Hotel which is around the corner. You have to check in in the main hotel, where you also have the breakfast. The staff is professional and helpful and this main hotel looks good. The Dependance is and old family hotel above the still existing restaurant. The rooms are small but clean....

Great place the couple that own it are very friendly and went out of there way for me. I love my room the bedding smells very fresh and fragrant. Would recommend to anyone, I would go to say this hotel has been better then most 3/4 star hotels I have stayed in. Great job guys.
