Very pleasant hotel in Flensburg quiet room but a few locals in the rear car park playing music.Excellent buffet breakfast.

A room under the roof is very hot when the temperature outside is 31 dog C. Changed room to one on the first floor, then ok. Nice breakfast. Prices in the higher end.

We stayed in the suite. The location is great, in the center. The staff is very friendly and breakfast good. Everything is good but some things ruined it to be 5 stars. The spa bath in our room was leaking and shower cant close. A nice touch some free drinks in the room.

Loud place, you can hear a lot from the other rooms. Girl at the desk kept talking to us in german, eventho she earlier knew english fine.. very weird. Great breakfast though :) Doors do not lock themselves, so remember to!

The accommodation has a good value for money, and is located in a convenient location for those traveling by car from Germany to Denmark. There is also the possibility of using the kitchen. This was a very mediocre experience. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished (building work everywhere). I got an old room which was not on the main road. Even so it was really loud if I opened the window (and I needed to as it was so stuffy with no a.c. ) It would be unbearable in summer. Big room, I think it was two separate rooms once upon a time. Perfect for the family, two could sleep a bit "offside". Rooms was newly renovated. No AC was a shame since we were there on a quite warm and humid day. Receptionist was friendly.

Centrally located, very friendly staff. Room was medium sized but very functional and tastefully equipped. My room was to the street and on a Saturday it was very noisy, but that's not really the hotel's fault. Breakfast was very good, service was very quick.

The hotel is near the river, inside the room and bath room is clean, breakfast is good, hot food,bread, drinks, tea…, only problem if you open the window and near the street side, might not quiet in the night, police office is next door. Location is good, you could walk around or take cruise like I did, especially this season, very pleasant journey!

The bathroom shower was not safe! The shower head was very high on a very high ceiling. Hence water went everywhere. But the worst was the fact that the shower floor was extremely slippery. Thankfully we did not fall!!!!

Ok men alt for dyrt Is what it is with one star but clean room Okay bed and for a one night stat absolute okay. However it is crazy that you need to pay 120 euro per night. Locals told us that it used to cost only 39 euro so it is not okay to charge 4star prices for a 1 star hotel.

Clean and modern room, wifi works, shower is great, curtain works. Breakfast is ok. Can be noisy at night if you leave the window open. Reception is open from 5 pm and in the mornings. You need to properly read the instructions at the front door.

You get exactly what you wish for in a 1-star hotel, a bed, roof over your head, private shower and toilet and that’s it. What’s really missing is some better beds, cleaning and service. The thing that really shines at this hotel is location, it really is in the middle of Flensburg - close to the beautiful harbour, Main Street and the small exquisite streets. The hotel is very central situated in the middle of Flensburg. It's very basic. No facilities like bar. Just an automat with cold beverage. The room are very clean but very basic. The beds are nice, just as hard as I want them. Breakfast buffet are nice. Everything you can expect in a budget hotel like this. It's absolutely value for the money.

Great location for the city centre. Digital checkin that works well. No parking but in the parking garage next door you can park for 14 euro a day. Also a lot of bakeries close by for some breakfast. Rooms are fictional but alright and clean. Cleaning lady already knocked on the door 9:30 (check out time is 11:00) on check out day while we didn't checked out yet, not very customer friendly.

I arrived on a Sunday and it said on ******* that the reception would be manned until 18, but when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said that the reception was not manned on Sundays. I called the number on the sign and a very nice lady gave me information about how to get to my room. ******* should update the information on their website, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Last time we visited this hotel it was a clear 5 so we booked again inviting our son and daughter in law. Well, they had the most fantastic X-mas setup at the beach, really cosy but with that, nothing else was okay. The window in the room was wide open so inroom temperature was like 6-7 degrees and we never managed to get enough heat in the room so we had to cover op with quilts and blankets making...

We wanted to give the restaurant a second chance because we weren't really happy with the food there a while ago. Today, the family of five ate there and it was really delicious and the young waitress was really great. We'd love to come back again.

Nice quite place - easy to access.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. There is a large supermarket and a bus station a few minutes away, also 20–30 minutes walk to a beach. The hostel is situated in a calm place,, basically in a forest. Pretty good for the price. I can recommend this place.

It was a good half hour walk to the city centre. Rooms were good and clean but one guy snored a lot. Had to move our bedding and sleep in some random room downstairs. Also why are the shower doors so small?

Our room was towards the street and a bit noisy from people and traffic on the outside and from the corridor inside. However, the widow was modern and effectively isolated the outside noise. In general all good. Good parking. very close to the border. Rooms are ok but there is no air conditioning means quite warm. Opening the windows means Moskitos. The Lady in the spa /pool area can be a little bit nicer to the guests!

Travelling by car the parking conditions were perfect. The pool and sauna were first class. Dining was ok, but not more. Staff were friendly.
