Terrible excuse for a 4 star hotel honestly.
You have to pay for parking next door in a parking garage that smells like urine.
The safe didn’t work.
No thermostat in my room.
You don’t get a fridge in your room.
You don’t get a wardrobe, instead you get a very primitive rail to hang your things on which is fine.
The bed gave me back ache as it’s a hard mattress .
It’s next door to a police station so you’ll hear sirens often, sometimes late at night.
I don’t often complain about hotels, but this place was terribly disappointing for the price you pay.
Edit: Are you really trying to give a sales pitch to a complaint? Your hotel is a mediocre 3 star hotel, at best.
A fridge and a working safe would be nice then maybe I’d rate you 2 stars instead of 1.
Complimentary soap or a tooth brush? Not in this place. Cheap in everything except the price to stay here.

Nice hotel close to central city. Helpful staff. The beds are a bit hard. Stayed in a top floor room, rather small and no air condition, just a fan.

Very central location with easy access to shopping and harbour. The rooms were clean and the bathroom spacious. Very quiet at night, we had an inward facing room. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. We had two courses, with wine and a after dinner drink for less that EUR 150 so very reasonable. The breakfast was good if a little pricy at EUR 20 per person. All in all I would stay here again. Parking was in a parking house very close by and was only EUR 15 for 24 hrs.

Hotel is very clean and well managed. Rooms are large spacious and well lit and the bathroom has underfloor heating which I find really snug. Bed linen is crisp and new with comfy mattress and soft pillows. TV is unfortunately similar to many other hotels in Germany with mostly boring German stations and a few low quality English news networks. There is also a top notch restaurant in the hotel serving some really nice dishes.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Large modern rooms. Excellent bathrooms. Really excellent breakfast. Well placed at the bottom of the harbour and just down the road from the walking street.
And the best part was the staff, which were competent, friendly and helpful. When the reservation was confirmed they asked if we wanted extra pillows. A small example of the godt service.

Very good ambience. Well known for the delicious burgers but had a Chicken in the rotisserie - nicely marinated and tasted really great. Would like to go again and also recommend to someone looking to have a nice quiet evening with some good drinks.

We had a wonderful evening with great food, good service and spicy cocktails. And the hotels rooms are so good! Recommendable for any business trip, family trip or bachelor partys!
