Very basic hotel, relatively expensive for the quality you receive. Worst are the pillows, never had such a flimsy one.. Not even a second one to compensate for... Breakfast ok but only bread and muesli, a croissant is probably too expensive for this formula. Maximum fare that I would accept here is €75-, the €114- I paid is not worth it.

Is what it is with one star but clean room
Okay bed and for a one night stat absolute okay.

However it is crazy that you need to pay 120 euro per night. Locals told us that it used to cost only 39 euro so it is not okay to charge 4star prices for a 1 star hotel.

Only stay if you have nowhere else to stay. This is such poor value for money! Rooms are minimally equipped. Showers smell so bad. Luckily room was otherwise clean. There are no irons available but hair dryer is available upon request. Screams from the streets at night are loud. Breakfast was very simple.

Clean and modern room, wifi works, shower is great, curtain works.

Breakfast is ok. Can be noisy at night if you leave the window open. Reception is open from 5 pm and in the mornings. You need to properly read the instructions at the front door.

You get exactly what you wish for in a 1-star hotel, a bed, roof over your head, private shower and toilet and that’s it.

What’s really missing is some better beds, cleaning and service.

The thing that really shines at this hotel is location, it really is in the middle of Flensburg - close to the beautiful harbour, Main Street and the small exquisite streets. But at the hotel itself is just fine.

I wouldn't choose the hotel again. Apart from the good location, there was nothing positive to report here. Check-in was quick, but was only possible via a machine. The (small) rooms are clean but not really nice. There is also no storage space for suitcases/clothes. There is also no separate bathroom. Only the toilet is separated. The shower and sink are integrated into the room. The sink was very small. The beds were also rather uncomfortable. We paid 86 EUR for one night. I've stayed in much better hotels for less money. Price/performance doesn't fit here.

The hotel is very central situated in the middle of Flensburg. It's very basic. No facilities like bar. Just an automat with cold beverage. The room are very clean but very basic. The beds are nice, just as hard as I want them. Breakfast buffet are nice. Everything you can expect in a budget hotel like this. It's absolutely value for the money.

The worst hotel I have visited in the last 10 years! Zero service! Reception is almost never occupied! Check-in is only possible from 3 p.m. via machine, otherwise an emergency service is only available from 5 p.m.!! The shower is in the middle of the room, the temperature settings are almost impossible, I burned my back in the morning! When I complained to reception, I was told that this can happen if more than 2 - 3 people shower in the hotel at the same time!!!!
