Had a really nice stay on this beachfront hotel during easter. Location is very good. We stayed in a family studio. It was spacoius and fresh. Breakfast was good. Spa area with a variety of saunas was clean and well maintained and so was the outside pool.

Just fabulous, what more is there to say.

Excellent and perfect stay .Very hostile and helpful staff . Mrs Gabriela and Mr Maciek at the desk , Mr Witold , Ms Kornelia in the bar and many more . As a Pole - we are few km from Polish border , no polish tv channels . Suprisingly , we have 3 russian ones !!?? Now , to have russians channels in an offer is not only a matter of politics , it is a matter of taste .

Very nice hotel from the grounds to the pool to the very good breakfast. Also the room is nice, although there was a damp smell in the bathroom all the time. The bummer - and not acceptable for a 5 star hotel - is the room cleaning: Randomly replaced towels but the worst: the bedsheets have NOT been replaced once during the 4 night stay! Something not acceptable at all let alone in a 5 star hotel!...

Excellent hotel with good service, great flair located directly at the beach front. The hotel is modern and the rooms are furnished accordingly. The breakfast and the food in general is good. The spa area is well equipped and spacious enough, even if the hotel is fully booked.

Nice location but too expensive for the real level which is actually no more than 3 stars.

I would always visit again, but the restaurant and one room or another needs an overhaul. No elevator in some buildings. Very friendly and attentive Staff. Close to the beach and the promenade. No Salmon at the breakfast buffet as far as I could discern.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was large, with an outside balcony. The room was at the back of the building, so the view wasn't fantastic. The bathroom was very small, with no bath, just a shower. The room was very clean, the heating was good and the bed was comfortable. I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. Of course, a great kitchen. I wrote about my experiences on the island in Black and Paper.com. This year it was a bit strange cause of you know what, but it did not takeaway from the holiday. I just made the most of it and had a great time.

Very comfortable and located in a scenic area

We went there for dinner with two small children aged 4 and 6. We had no reservation - every other restaurant seemed to be closed due to vacation - neither were we guests of the hotel and it was december 22nd. We felt that much welcome the it was a pure pleasure. The service was more than excellent. The dinner was good and we were happy. Thanks a lot for that nice unplanned evening!

Hello. Have been here for the third year now. Nice boss. Nice personel. Good breakfast offer. Many kinds of rolls and bread. Many types of cheese and sausage. There were salads and fish. Lots of different juices. Cake and egg. Jam of many kinds and honey. Yogurt and a great selection of fruits. The rooms are very nicely decorated and are very comfortable and clean. Everything great. Are satisfied, the suite is spacious, I booked the fridge and parking space in advance. A TV in the bedroom would be nice 😁

Will be back this year. The quality is just as good as it was 3 years ago. Rooms are very tidy and clean, breakfast is plentiful and good, the staff is very friendly. Price performance fits.

We chose this accommodation (Apartment 3) because of our dog. Dog beach on the doorstep, apartment perfect, facilities perfect and the hosts very friendly. My husband and I felt very comfortable in the Aurell beach house. Had 1 week in the Hotel Neptun. The double room was adequate and clean. In hot weather, a small minibar would be nice, which could be cooled a bit. The bed was very comfortable. Had dinner as a couple after accidentally stumbling across this restaurant while out walking. After taking a seat on the small terrace, it quickly became clear that we had come across something upscale here: a small menu with exclusive dishes, a large wine list and unusual spirits. The advice was very competent and the food really excellent. Highly recommended.

The fish, pasta with king prawns and scallops are definitely worth trying. We have rarely eaten so well! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! The super committed and helpful staff and the great property right on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf offer a wonderful ambience. We'd love to come back!

When somebody would like to book online,my advice is to get present photos from your exact room that you will pay for. Other wise the cost is too much compared to the online photos

Delicious food, unfortunately a bit very expensive, the beer 0.5 l - 5.80 €. The hotel is quite old, the room was okay, but we would have liked a little more.

Restaurant Only: We stumbled across Stadt Berlin while looking for a place to eat out. The employee welcomed us friendly and showed us a nice place. The food was great, hot and nicely presented. If you had any questions, they would be answered in a friendly and competent manner. Thank you for your efforts. We would love to come back for dinner or breakfast.

Gorgeous apartment. The entire rest of the property is pretty and quiet. You have direct access to the promenade. Unfortunately, we were only told the day before that the parking space described was several streets away. Someone else was standing in front of our apartment.

Small, fine residence, you should be able to make friends with the old-fashioned style of furnishing. We find that very delightful. Breakfast sufficient.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and still want to be close to the Baltic Sea beach, this is the place for you. Beautifully situated in a park. A great huge apartment with 2 wonderful balconies. Very well equipped kitchen. We also slept very well and didn't need any extras to sleep. When booking and questions we were very well looked after. Everything went perfectly.

Very nice and polite manager who is happy to fulfill small requests. We were politely received and greeted. The suite was perfectly adequate and very nice. There is something for everyone at breakfast and it was very nicely presented. Again any time.

We love this hotel. Very friendly staff. The facilities make the family stay a very pleasant experience: pools and sauna, bar and kids activities. Breakfast buffet, lunch and dining... Our highlight is the winter garden, where you can see the sunset and enjoy a warm environment to end up the day around a family game, a book and or a drink. Rooms are a bit dated and for navigating the hotel one needs a map. Decoration is great and with a lot of love for detail. Service is very friendly.
