The hotel is just beautiful, very comfortable and in an amazing location. We walked down to the beach, just a couple of minutes walk away, to see the sunrise this morning before breakfast. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was fabulous. Our room was beautiful, with a balcony and pretty much everything we could want. Above all, the staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful...

Great room & brkfst. Try the steak at their Waterfront restaurant. Be aware that housekeeping cleans rooms every 2nd day. I find this unaccaptable at a 5*. If you need sthg changed call housekeeping.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The spa was incredible, I really enjoyed the saunas. It's very close to the beach as well. The included breakfast is great but it would be nice to have some labels for some things and some vegan options.

Very beautiful and well maintained premises. One of the best cut hotel rooms we have ever been in. Massages and pedicure were excellent. Swimming pool and beach were perfect. Service unfortunately rather comparable to a 2 stars hotel: Rooms were cleaned only every other day, Kiosk personal was often not available, the restaurant staff seemed to be widely demotivated, and was partially snippy - I guess...

An absolutely great and stylish hotel. I spend well over 100 nights a year in hotels, but this hotel and the service are top class.

We’ve stayed in the Steigenberger Grand Hotel for a couple of times and will always come back. The staff gave us a warm welcome at the entrance and made us feel comfortable for the whole stay. My favorite hotel on Usedom island. Nice rooms, great architecture, very good restaurant. But: no dogs allowed.

Really liked the hotel and its quality even though the interiour was a bit old school and audience rather older, it was the right type of setting for a calm visit in late summer. The staff was absolutely amazing, super helpful, professional and friendly. Also loved the garden and the breakfast! Can really recommend a stay!

We love this hotel. Very friendly staff. The facilities make the family stay a very pleasant experience: pools and sauna, bar and kids activities. Breakfast buffet, lunch and dining... Our highlight is the winter garden, where you can see the sunset and enjoy a warm environment to end up the day around a family game, a book and or a drink. Highly recommend, also for elderly and young couples 🤘

Rooms are a bit dated and for navigating the hotel one needs a map. Decoration is great and with a lot of love for detail. Service is very friendly.

So nicely surprised. I wish they had had a coffee machine in the lobby . Everything else was excellent.

Great hotel, super friendly staff, great food. We had a great time here, even when the weather wasn't that great. There is enough variety in the spa area. In short, we will definitely come back here.

Amazing food, Great service! Simple but clean room was okay, could have been better, bed was too hard and pretty small for the price! No tea or coffee making facilities in room and charging 2.50 for tap water in restaurant! However, breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing, swimming pool and sauna available for great relaxation! Really like the place!

I have been to the Strandhotel Ostseeblick four times. Now for the first time 1 week. It was great as always. The staff no matter in which area is so friendly and competent. Seldom seen like this. It's a shame that the wellness area was closed this time. (Due to renovation) That was, among other things, the reason why I wanted to go back to the hotel. Kurzurlaub.de unfortunately did not point this...

Great hotel, super nice staff. For the second time here after 2019 and we are spending the time of our wedding anniversary and birthday here again. We feel comfortable here. Great location and today a great and very tasty menu in the restaurant. Refined but not too candy cuisine.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was large, with an outside balcony. The room was at the back of the building, so the view wasn't fantastic. The bathroom was very small, with no bath, just a shower. The room was very clean, the heating was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large, with a huge range of options and it was good quality...

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. Of course, a great kitchen. I wrote about my experiences on the island in Black and Paper.com. This year it was a bit strange cause of you know what, but it did not takeaway from the holiday. I just made the most of it and had a great time.

We went there for dinner with two small children aged 4 and 6. We had no reservation - every other restaurant seemed to be closed due to vacation - neither were we guests of the hotel and it was december 22nd. We felt that much welcome the it was a pure pleasure. The service was more than excellent. The dinner was good and we were happy. Thanks a lot for that nice unplanned evening!

Our bathrooms were filthy... damaged wood and heater were bad for aesthetics and the shower head popped off in the middle of a shower from the pressure... Now that I have said all the negatives I had, let me talk about how great the service is. I came here from Berlin for a spontaneous getaway with a friend. Hello. Have been here for the third year now. Nice boss. Nice personel. Good breakfast offer. Many kinds of rolls and bread. Many types of cheese and sausage. There were salads and fish. Lots of different juices. Cake and egg. Jam of many kinds and honey. Yogurt and a great selection of fruits. The rooms are very nicely decorated and are very comfortable and clean. Everything great. Thank you 👏.

Are satisfied, the suite is spacious, I booked the fridge and parking space in advance. A TV in the bedroom would be nice 😁

Will be back this year. The quality is just as good as it was 3 years ago. Rooms are very tidy and clean, breakfast is plentiful and good, the staff is very friendly. Price performance fits.

Great hotel, is in a quiet location but also very central. Are about 5 minutes to the beach and the promenade. Great room everything you need, with a balcony facing the church. Breakfast very rich, everything is there I can only recommend it

Very nice and centrally located hotel. Extremely friendly staff. The breakfast is a hit, varied, is constantly refilled and there is something for every taste. We are here for the third time. Highly recommended. Only the parking situation on several levels and the narrowness is a bit challenging.

It is beyond all praises. Really good place to stay and relax. Room was big, nice and comfortable. The hall for breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

The staff was so nice during our whole stay, rooms are clean and cozy with a nice view. The sauna is great as well, just as breakfasts which are always very fresh, plentiful and very tasty.

Had 1 week in the Hotel Neptun. The double room was adequate and clean. In hot weather, a small minibar would be nice, which could be cooled a bit. The bed was very comfortable. Had dinner as a couple after accidentally stumbling across this restaurant while out walking. After taking a seat on the small terrace, it quickly became clear that we had come across something upscale here: a small menu with exclusive dishes, a large wine list and unusual spirits. The advice was very competent and the food really excellent. Highly recommended.

The fish, pasta with king prawns and scallops are definitely worth trying. We have rarely eaten so well! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! The super committed and helpful staff and the great property right on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf offer a wonderful ambience. We'd love to come back!

When somebody would like to book online,my advice is to get present photos from your exact room that you will pay for. Other wise the cost is too much compared to the online photos

Delicious food, unfortunately a bit very expensive, the beer 0.5 l - 5.80 €. The hotel is quite old, the room was okay, but we would have liked a little more.

Restaurant Only: We stumbled across Stadt Berlin while looking for a place to eat out. The employee welcomed us friendly and showed us a nice place. The food was great, hot and nicely presented. If you had any questions, they would be answered in a friendly and competent manner. Thank you for your efforts. We would love to come back for dinner or breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of everything, a few minutes walk to the beach. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Breakfast is perfect. The breakfast room becomes an Italian restaurant in the evenings, the food tastes very good, the staff is very friendly.

Location near the pier, promenade, concert shell and beach.....it couldn't be better. Breakfast very good. Owners and service staff always friendly. Hotel, very clean.....rooms are cleaned daily 👍. The elevator is a plus, even if it's a bit small. So we'd love to come back.

The house is a bit old overall, but still clean and functional. The breakfast is good, the staff friendly. Central location in Heringsdorf just a few meters from the beach and pier.

Rooms with a lake view from the second row because they are on the upper floor, but without a balcony. Very clean. Hardly any service, if there are no more parking spaces at the house, you have to look for one yourself. We were lucky and found accommodation in a multi-storey car park. If that doesn't work, it will be very expensive. Breakfast adequate, but you have to ask for a second coffee, but don...

Gorgeous apartment. The entire rest of the property is pretty and quiet. You have direct access to the promenade. Unfortunately, we were only told the day before that the parking space described was several streets away. Someone else was standing in front of our apartment.

A very nice baroque hotel. Was here for the second time and have already booked for next year. The location is great. A beautiful small park at the hotel, it would be nice if perhaps one or the other bank would be available. The breakfast is functional, what I miss is sparkling water and maybe one or the other juice. Unfortunately there was only orange juice. Otherwise everything is there. The staff...

Small, fine residence, you should be able to make friends with the old-fashioned style of furnishing. We find that very delightful. Breakfast sufficient.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and still want to be close to the Baltic Sea beach, this is the place for you. Beautifully situated in a park. A great huge apartment with 2 wonderful balconies. Very well equipped kitchen. We also slept very well and didn't need any extras to sleep. When booking and questions we were very well looked after. Everything went perfectly.

Very nice and polite manager who is happy to fulfill small requests. We were politely received and greeted. The suite was perfectly adequate and very nice. There is something for everyone at breakfast and it was very nicely presented. Again any time.
