I booked this place for a little wellness weekend getaway. The staff at reception were very friendly. I stayed in an apartment with a separate living area — it was spacious and seemed to have been recently refurbished. The facilities, including the spa and outdoor pool, are nice. However, they only offer full-body treatments and classic massages, I would have liked the option of a facial treatment...

3 night's family trip. The hotel is nicely located at a golf course a little outside Ahlbeck. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast and service was as expected and held typical Dorint class. Regarding the pool and the sauna area there is improvement potential. The maintenance of the sauna area was not complete. However, the pool was nice.

Spend 2 nights here in August, area is quiet, Hotel owns a golf parcour, little pond and a bigger lake are close by (many mosquitos). Room itself was spacious, bed was comfortable, but air vent was noisy inside the walk-in closet which had no door. Slippers needed to be asked for from the friendly reception staff. A strange smell came from the bathroom which got worse when the door was kept shut, so...

The hotel is I bit remote from the main tourist towns at the sea which makes the stay quite relaxing. We rented a bike and used it every day. We had a big room, breakfast was served quite late and was great, nice spa area, big pool, and I had the best massage ever!

As the name suggests, the idyll on Wolgastsee is idyllically situated on Wolgastsee. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was very rich and very good. The staff is friendly and eager to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the entire team. I would love to come back.

I can only say good things, even if I had to cancel my departure on the day of departure for tragic reasons. I was able to find understanding and no cancellation fees were charged. That says a lot about the owner and I would like to stay here anytime on Usedom.

Very nice little hotel in the 2nd row to the beach. Everything was well maintained and the staff was very nice. In the morning a great breakfast greets you. If you want, the ladies will also make you a nicely fried egg. There are other egg dishes either way at the buffet.

The boss is the "Lord God" 😉 and you feel divinely treated as a guest. Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and many small things were thought of in the entire concept. From us a big 👌👍!

It's ok, but for the price I would have expected a little more. The location of the hotel is very good and you can get to the beach within three minutes. Infection protection is not respected, especially at breakfast, because you are sitting at the same table with strangers who are constantly coughing and sniffing.

Unfortunately, due to the DB strike on August 23, 2021, I was unable to take my annual vacation and had to cancel at short notice. The hotel was so accommodating and waived the € 500 fee. I am enthusiastic about so much humanity during this time. Kudos and thank you very much. Such behavior cannot be taken for granted! In this regard, it is clear to me that I will be a guest in this house next year...

Family room for three was clean and large but a bit over furnished. WiFi was very poor in the whole hotel and didn't work in the room at all. Breakfast offered quite a small selection for the price. Parking behind the hotel at extra cost, and the room is already quite expensive. Very friendly staff, very well located, right on the beach promenade, but everything was very quiet. Rooms clean, tidy and well equipped. Breakfast very rich and every request is catered for. We are fully satisfied and can only recommend this guest house.

Nice apartment very spacious. Breakfast excellent. Service very good everyone friendly although noone spoke English .We managed with alot of arm waving and translator from the phone .A plus is it is just over the road ( watch out for the bikes ) from a lovely sandy beach .All in all enjoyed ourselves .

We spent absolutely wonderful time in the Ostende hotel in the Penthouse room. The hotel has been recently renovated, it is modern and well designed with top quality amenities. It is small enough to give the feeling of cosiness and friendliness, we felt very welcomed. The food in the restaurant is great! This was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Modern hotel, very nice rooms, very delicious breakfast, nice beach view, directly at the beach and especially the persons who are taking care of your visit and work there. The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walking from the infamous Ahlbeck's Bridge. Rooms are pretty spacious and there is a swimming pool covered. Breakfast buffet is really complete and served in the sixth floor with amazing views of the sea.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Ostsee. Ein Katzensprung und wir konnten einen Strandspaziergang machen. Parkplätze waren für eine kleine Gebühr zu mieten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gemütlich. Wir konnten es auch schon vor der Eincheckzeit beziehen. Auf diesem Weg auch noch einmal DANKE für die nette Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag.

The hotel is well located between interesting places. The beautiful promenade is nearby, the Polish market and the promenade are easily accessible by bike. The treetop path is very instructive. A visit to the rocket test site in Peenemünde is a highlight for those interested in technology.

After the basic renovation that was done in the Corona period, the house has become super nice. We had a room with a terrace. Parking spaces are given by number. Fixed places for meals. Table times are very good. Staff super friendly and helpful. A small path to the beach maybe 200 meters. We were here for the first time and not the last time.

We were once again guests at the Ahlbecker Hof together with our family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the winegrowers' duel and the Grand Schlemm weekend as well as a few extra days. Everything was perfect, the room, the personnel , very good breakfast, nice spa, and best location in Usedom. The hotel manager surprised my on with a birthday present from the hotel, which we found a very nice gesture. I gave 9 points instead of 10 because of the internet (Wi-Fi) was very slow.

Walking street near the beach

Perfect location We had a small but tastefully decorated room with a small balcony towards west with beautiful evening sun. The only thing we were missing was air-condition. The air in the room stod absolutely still. Even with the balcony door wide open we didn't manage to get some air circulation. A big plus for the breakfast and the spa with the infinity pool.

I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach. The rooms were super-well equipped and the staff very helpful. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach!

Had a really nice stay on this beachfront hotel during easter. Location is very good. We stayed in a family studio. It was spacoius and fresh. Breakfast was good. Spa area with a variety of saunas was clean and well maintained and so was the outside pool.

Very nice hotel from the grounds to the pool to the very good breakfast. Also the room is nice, although there was a damp smell in the bathroom all the time. The bummer - and not acceptable for a 5 star hotel - is the room cleaning: Randomly replaced towels but the worst: the bedsheets have NOT been replaced once during the 4 night stay! Something not acceptable at all let alone in a 5 star hotel!...

Excellent hotel with good service, great flair located directly at the beach front. The hotel is modern and the rooms are furnished accordingly. The breakfast and the food in general is good. The spa area is well equipped and spacious enough, even if the hotel is fully booked.

Restaurant Only: We stumbled across Stadt Berlin while looking for a place to eat out. The employee welcomed us friendly and showed us a nice place. The food was great, hot and nicely presented. Really liked the hotel and its quality even though the interiour was a bit old school and audience rather older, it was the right type of setting for a calm visit in late summer.
