A perfect hotel for our stay. The hotel has a pond and lush garden at the back. Unfortunately no breakfast available, but it can be purchased in the building next door. The uncle at the reception knew a little English so you understood. He seemed happy and playful too. We parked our motorcycles along the street as the hotel only has a few places in front. Recommended if you are out and about.

The location is beautiful. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant is excellent and very varied. Great wines too! The beds are super comfortable and the positions of the beds can be adjusted which is a huge plus. The room has a nice selection of fruits and chocolate. Historic Building with modern interior This property offers some more hotel-room style rooms, but I stayed in a nicely furnished and somewhat spacious appartment-type accomodation in the old town of Detmold.

The accommodation was really clean and I was able to rest comfortably. In particular, it was nice to be able to cook and eat as there are various kitchen tools in the hotel.

Really great place, that we used for a big family reunion of about 30 people over a long weekend. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, food was good and plenty of it. And thete were great facilities to keep small people entertained indoors and outdoors.

Simple youth Hostel, everything OK.

It is a very nice place which is put in a very quiet location. It is also put close to some woods and fields which is good for wandering. The rooms have two bunkbeds (It depends what kind of room you have) a table and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a shower. The food is okay the breakfast is pretty good while dinner is good most of the time.

Very nice and friendly boss and the staff as well. Rooms are renovated and clean. The house is a bit older and not everything is straight like in the new building. The food is good in the bistro and if you want, you can also eat Italian in the restaurant right next door. Restaurant is also accessible from the hotel. Hotel is located on a busy main road. We stayed in this lovely family runt hotel in august. The rooms are simple and clean and spacious enough. The shower is okay. Breakfast is good, very tasty fresh coffee, fruit yoghurt, tasty bread and scrambled eggs. The staff is extremely nice! We will come back for sure!

An oasis of peace, a well-kept park (currently affected by construction work). A good package deal. Always a pleasure to stay for a break. Unfortunately, the town of Bad Driburg itself isn't attractive. Excursions from there include the Hermann Monument and the Corvey World Heritage Site (open only from April).

Lovely hotel in quiet village near lemgo. Rooms very comfortable and clean and restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended

We went for a meal outside of the normal opening hours and they didn't turn us away but served us inbetween two birthday bashes. That in its self is worth a return visit and a very unusual level of service here in D.
