Very good breakfast and restaurant. The room was confortable and the location is great.

Food was excellent, we had dinner in the hotel two nights and benefited from the breakfast. We stayed in a suite and had everything that we could of needed. The place is really cosy, you can also eat outside on the terrace. The decorations are nice and specific to the region. The food has big portions, is really tasty and specific to the region. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. When in region, we will definitely eat here again.

The Ambiance, set up and friendly staff that's why a three star. One of the best hotels you can stay with an amazing view and surrounding nature. Suitable for children (there are swings, games, etc.) and also very pet friendly. The owners are very polite and helpful, and the restaurant serves amazing italian food, you should definitely try the chef’s pizza. Would definitely recommend to everyone both in wintertime and summertime (Alpsee is 3 minute drive).

I liked the place, it was a bit far from the center but it was okay. Very quiet at night so you can really relax and sleep well especially if you have a long drive the next day. Breakfast was okay, just a usual breakfast. The place was also near the Burg Cafe which offers good food! All in all everything was great!

Old style Hotel Check-in was very bad. The young man had very little experience and could offer only little information. He was poorly trained! We found this hostel on our way to Italy and called to book for a room late at night. It was not a problem that we arrived at 23:00. They Whatsapp'ed me a parking spot where they were waiting for us with their shuttle bus. Then the shuttle bus drove 20 minutes +- up a mountain to reach the hostel in the middle of nowhere (ask for the wifi). It felt sketchy at first, but it was an awesome experience...

Nice apartment great location but were in the neighboring building. The only complaints: you cannot lock the bathroom, there are not wardrobes in all rooms and the TV was a bit intact.

We spent a few nights at the Alpenhotel as a family with our young son. Our stay was just a dream. The kitchen is excellent, we haven't eaten so well in a long time. The staff is very friendly and tries to fulfill every wish. We would definitely book again.

Everything was very nice and well taken care of. The Hotel has a lot of small details for the guests that make the stay really enjoyable. The wellness area is wonderful with a dim lighting that helps to get into relaxation mood and wonderful views to the mountains. I can only agree with the positive reviews. The small but subtle difference to the restaurants in Downtown-Fischen is that here the tables are only allocated once per evening! So you really eat (the very tasty trout) in peace! We would love to come back.

We stayed in hotel Berwanger Hof for a week. For some time together for the two of us. And as a base for cycling tours around the Allgäu. The place is great. Very nice location: quit, with a wonderful view. Nice spa (to relax after cycling or treat yourself to wonderful, professional massages). Amazing food. And everybody here is super nice and attentive. Excellent cuisine, varied and always fresh. Staff very friendly and competent. Big cozy rooms. Wellness area very clean and everything new. All in all, a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Hotel Frohsinn.

Sehr persönliche Betreuung, man fühlt sich direkt wie ein Stammgast. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend, ohne distanziert zu sein. Die Lage und möglichen Aktivitäten, Wandern, Skilanglauf, Abfahrt, Schneeschuhwandern etc sind mega. Tolles Essen, regional, gesund, kreativ. Viele Kleinigkeiten bei denen einfach jemand mitgedacht hat, z.b. hat jeder einen Wanderrucksack, Schirm, Yogamatte...

Zimmer einfach top. Der neue Wellnessbereich ist unschlagbar ! Die Küche ist hervorragend, von Frühstück bis Abendessen. Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Very nice alpine lodge style hotel. The hosts are super personal and friendly and the whole house has a family atmosphere.

Lovely hosts; most staff members go out of their way to make your stay a good experience, especially at the restaurant. Cozy bar to have drinks at before dinner. Food is nice. Our junior suite was clean and spacious. We stayed there last year and I took a class with an apparently well-known yoga teacher. I was quite disapointed as the class reminded me more of very light gymnastics with funny breathing...

We were really happy about our stay :). Both hotel, location and service was fantastic all the way. Thanks for the stay, hope to come back some day.

Fantastic authentic Bavarian hotel and restaurant with great views of Nebelhorn! Indoor pool, beautiful sauna and outdoor seating next to their own stream with mountain views. The food was great and the service friendly and attentive! Would definitely recommend to others!

It’s a fine hotel with a very nice view when you have a room on the south site. Rooms are clean, spacious and wel equipped. The food is very good. Friendly people, and good for walking and biking.

This truly is the most beautiful Bavarian experience. We have stayed here twice on our travels to Germany. Lovely hotel and wonderful staff. Food was outstanding.

Great dinner, breakfast and wellness. Sauna has a beautiful glass view of the mountains. Charming town, beautiful hotel. New amenities.

This is the place to go for coffee and cake after skiing. They have a small, but very good selection of cakes - home made.

Definitely need a car to get to this hotel location, but they have more than enough car parking spaces. The rooms are nice and spacious, although I would recommend bringing shower gel/shampoo, as these were not provided for us. Very cosy, soft beds and lovely views of the mountains and surrounding area. What makes this hotel so amazing are the hosts/owners of the hotel, who have been more than accommodating...

The rooms are cosy , cleaned, nice view to the mountains and the service is wonderful. All crew is likeable and professional. We stayed in the Christmas period and was perfect. The hotel is quiet, the restaurant is very good and there are some park place aside.

Great experience! The staff is just the most warming and welcoming. I would give more stars if I could. Breakfast is great, altho not always included in price. Could be more parking space, but it's a fairly small village it's not hard to park somewhere walking distance. Dinner is only 10€ for some great homemade food as a buffet.
