Arrived at 9pm and got shown to our room. We only stayed for about 7 hours then moved on to Austria but it was a great place for the time we spent there. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Price/value was very good. Don’t expect anything fancy but for the price and if you want to stay close to Tegernsee it is definitely worth it. Breakfast was better than expected but again - nothing fancy!

Came on a business trip, so the hotel was chosen for us. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There are some very funny and quirky decorations around the hotel corridors. My wife and I have just returned from Karma Bavaria after a seven night stay. It’s a great location and you’ll meet the most friendliest people here! We were looked after by Steve throughout our stay who has a great deal of local knowledge. It’s close to transport and shops and lakes. Other towns are all less than and hour on the train/bus. A bit different from the usual modern box hotels. It was really was a monastery, but the reconstruction as a hotel and restaurant is a touch kitsch and Disneyesque. For example, the waiters are dressed as monks. Our room was small and cell-like, but comfortable. Location is a bit odd, surrounded by supermarkets, petrol stations and a Momax superstore.

Ok stay, worst customer service in a while Overnight stay, comfortable and a tidy room. It was very hot during the night as a stone house collects heat. Major criticism concerns the young lady at the reception while checking out, she was chatting on the phone for ages and finally whispered to me something in the middle while I handed over the keys, worst customer service in a while.

Room good, but mark on one of the bed sheets. Reception guy was very abrupt and unwelcoming. Handy for station, but next time ill give the new premier inn down the road a try.

The hotel is nice and clean, right next to Rosenheim train station. Parking is available in the adjacent parking lot. Inform the front desk about parking and use the machine to print your parking card, which gives you a discount and allows you to enter and exit repeatedly. It costs 12 euros per night.

I stopped by here on my way to Innsbruck, and the location was fantastic. It's right next to the train station. The air conditioning worked well, and I was satisfied with the price. There are many trains to Munich, and it took about an hour to get to Innsbruck. I spent 5-6 hours exploring Munich, and even though I came back in the evening, the area near the station was safe and pleasant.

Everything was fine. The family room Is highly recommended as a family.

The hotel is new, very clean, has excellent parking and the hosts are very nice, but the rooms are very small. There are no cups in the room and no possibility to add blankets and pillows and did me a big favor by bringing me another pillow after it was explained to me that there were two pillows for the room. There is room for improvement. Breakfast was good.

Overall a lovely hotel with breathtaking view of the lake. A little expensive taking into account there is no air conditioning and the bathroom shower head was broken. Such an incredibly beautiful location. Fantastic staff and facilities. The absence of air conditioning, while principled in reason, can be difficult in summer; and the shower temperatures can be variable. These are minor complaints however, I would return without any hesitation.

We had a wonderful weekend in the mountains as a family of 4. Our kids loved the KidsClub, the care givers were super sweet and friendly, and offered colouring and crafts that kept our kids entertained while my husband went to the gym and I went on a quick hike. The hotel is nice, near lake with a beautiful panoramic view from the restaurant. The breakfast was good (for a vegan option you have to announce at reception or kitchen - not sure where exactly...). The pool was wonderful, water warm - so if it rains you can swim.

While we only had a quick drink after dinner here, I would like to commend the excellent wait staff and the fine selection of spirits. A locally produced Williams Pear Schnapps was especially good. The setting right by the lake provided a wonderful ambiance. I would love to return and try dinner as well.
