Schmelmer Hof Hotel & Resort

A very nice, cozy hotel. We stayed the night there and had breakfast. Reasonable price and good location. There’s no A/C however you can enjoy the cold weather in winter by opening windows .

Quaint hotel we stayed at via a work event.Great selection for breakfast including real honey comb honey.
Top marks to Adison the Bar Man.Kept the beer flowing to a thirsty bunch of Irish buckos.
Pool and Sauna on site but we didn't get a chance to use them.

A decent hotel! Good value for the money. It’s nice to have a balcony. Great variety for breakfast. Friendly staff. The free parking lot had ample space off of the street. Bad Aibling is a nice town as well. In room safe was helpful. The bathroom can be a bit cleaner, though. No air conditioning.

Came on a business trip, so the hotel was chosen for us. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There are some very funny and quirky decorations around the hotel corridors. The bedrooms are well equipped and comfortable. Lovely view. Breakfast was good, large variety and the chef was happy to cook eggs however you wanted them. Very smiley chef 5 stars for the restaurant staff. Just missed 5 stars for service due to bar not being open when we returned from training as hoped.

Great place to stay. The town is beautiful and all the people that live there are so helpful. the Hotel Spa and dinning are all located under that same roof and you have access to all. The hotel has a very distinct looks to it, very, German charm. The hotel is a little old but very well kept. Most of the staff speak English to some extent and if they cant they are very good at hand signals sand finding someone that can talk English. The breakfast is very traditional and hardy. Fresh cheese and meat and hard and soft boiled eggs, bread and spreads for miles all kinds and all very tasty.
The Spa area is very relaxing and if you are on a adults only vacation this is a must. they have heated pool, massage area, Yoga area, just a sit down and relax lounge, sauna and drop pool all very well kept and clean and not to crowded most of the areas only had one other person in them. Though out the hotel there are glasses and fresh water lemon and mint.

A great place to stay and relax. A must if you are traveling outside of the major cities.

A lovely hotel which I visited for a professional event. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

One of our first family vacation with our daughter. We have been in good hands. Everybody was really helpful. We loved the food, wellness and swimming pool. Nice location of the place. Easy accessible with car.

Reasonable prices for hotel, and really tasty and huge portions of foods in the restaurant!
