Best hotel in town of Bad Aibling. I have been visiting it multiple time during the year. It has always been my second home whenever visiting Bad Aibling. I feel like home with super nice waitress like Aria! Will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel. Very tasty breakfast. Nearby live llamas and alpacas, which you can feed with grass from your hand. Suitable for both couples with children and individual travelers.

Good place to relax over the weekend, rooms are big and warm, all clean, good breakfast woth a high diversitu, same for dinner. There is an indoor poola, jacuzzi and sauna

Nice workshop location in the green.. quite average in atmosphere, food quality and room quality. The people are very nice and friendly, but some occasions I was missing knowledge and professionalism ( e.g at check out it was quite a challenge to get the correct address printed on the receipt) .. nothing extraordinary bad to mention

Hotel and rooms are nice and clean and breakfast offer is great but the reception staff are like amaters, slow and they didn’t give us basic info about spa, wifi (which is bad) and how to use a garage. We came back from dinner and we stood on rain infront of garage door and needed to go to reception so they authorize one of our room cards in order to open the garage door and didn’t say where to scan...

Quiet and green, very nice hilly region. The hotel looks homie, although it has a large capacity. Very clean, the rooms were completely refurbished (modern bathrooms, very comfortable beds, all linen are new and high quality). The pool is very nice. Friendly staff, good lunch and dinner options and great breakfast variety. We even had a balcony! Loved it!

A very nice, cozy hotel. We stayed the night there and had breakfast. Reasonable price and good location. There’s no A/C however you can enjoy the cold weather in winter by opening windows .

Quaint hotel we stayed at via a work event.Great selection for breakfast including real honey comb honey. Top marks to Adison the Bar Man.Kept the beer flowing to a thirsty bunch of Irish buckos. Pool and Sauna on site but we didn't get a chance to use them.

A decent hotel! Good value for the money. It’s nice to have a balcony. Great variety for breakfast. Friendly staff. The free parking lot had ample space off of the street. Bad Aibling is a nice town as well. In room safe was helpful. The bathroom can be a bit cleaner, though. No air conditioning.

Came on a business trip, so the hotel was chosen for us. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There are some very funny and quirky decorations around the hotel corridors. The bedrooms are well equipped and comfortable. Lovely view. Breakfast was good, large variety and the chef was happy to cook eggs however you wanted them. We visited Bad Aibling for the first time dropping our son off at DFI for soccer and school this year. Our stay at Das Lindner was a fantastic experience. Great rooms, amazing breakfast

This is an adorable hotel in the middle of Bad Aibling. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and modern, the restaurants on the property are so very good. Highly recommend to stay here. Just to note breakfast and using the pull out sofa bed are additional costs.

Arrived at 9pm and got shown to our room. We only stayed for about 7 hours then moved on to Austria but it was a great place for the time we spent there. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Wir waren über das lange Wochenende zum zweiten Mal im Hotel Höhensteiger. Es war alles super . Die Zimmer sehr sauber und alles okay. Die Fenster sind Schallschutz technisch total super man hört überhaupt nichts vom darunterliegenden Biergarten. Bello e caratteristico, personale molto gentile. Le camere sono spaziose e ben pulite. La posizione è ottima sia che siate di passaggio che se volete visitare la città. Surprisingly, amazingly awesome burgers! Juicy, tasty, high quality ingredients, generous toppings. Not just sauce, either, toppings are key taste carriers, and delicious beef. Buns are toasted (and branded!) and actually work - they stay in one piece and hold the burger together, till the end. A beautiful farm to go on vacation! We and our child (5) always met the open ears of the very friendly host family with our questions about the dairy cows! In addition to the animals, there were also play areas and equipment so that boredom could not arise on the farm. The large castle playground of Bad Feilnbach is also within walking distance. We can highly recommend a vacation here!

Simple. Average room, average cleanliness. The big minus goes to the noise from outside. If you open the window you won't be able to sleep. And I would not give 4 stars for the breakfast. Parking is 8€ per day!

Oh my god this place is superb! I cannot even believe we found it on accident and second the price was so reasonable for this incredible castle! Yes I did say castle! A real one(but newly constructed) with a modern makeover and old world feel. There’s really nothing better than an accident like this! Will be back for sure!!!

Nice place in an old abbey. This time we went only to the restaurant (Il Convento). Nice food and exceedingly attentive service. The weather was still good enough to sit outside, with a sliver of sun shining on our table. Great experience! The only drawback, it's a bit out of hand, between Rosenheim and Bad Aibling. Other than that, perfect.

Stayed here for 2 nights, fantastic hotel with interesting interiors. They also have an Italian restaurant inside the hotel great food, beer and wine. Reception staff are very courteous. Breakfast is sumptuous and very tasty. Will stay again when i visit Rosenheim in the near future!

Good service, high standards, great location in city center. Overall a good choice if ypu plan to visit Rosenheim. Location is right in the city center, 3 minutes walk and you have all the terase and city center acces. I do recomand. Price not cheap but also not expenceive for what it has to offer

We booked a twin bed room for one night. However, we were given a 1 large bed room. We were too exhausted after a long day of traveling to make room changes. The AC didn’t cool very well for someone who likes to sleep in a very cold room. The staff that welcomed us didn’t seem very friendly. The central location is ideal for a visit to Rosenheim, close to both the city center and the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it was very hot, I would have appreciated air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room. I will choose this hotel again the next time I visit Rosenheim.

Arrived in possibly the hottest week of the year to find out there was no air conditioning. The reception did give out fans for a 20 euro deposit though. I feel bad for people who didn’t get one though! Very friendly welcome and lovely, renovated rooms (bathrooms are gorgeous!). We were forced to find shelter here due to extreme rainfall, and had a comfortable stay. Breakfast wasn’t much - I personally found three small rolls per person too little, and no alternatives were given to the mostly meat coverings.

Schöne Lage, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnungen, es fehlte an nix. Super auch der Brötchenservice. Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist sehr schön großzügig geschnitten und auch alles sehr hochwertig, neu, liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung im 1. OG auch schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, durch die Wandbilder wirkte es einladend und freundlich.

Really nice hosts, great apartment. Bread service. Top location ... whether you just relax in the large garden, short distances to town and a great starting point for various hikes and excursions. My two dogs were also welcome at the Wachingerhof.

We were at the Wachingerhof for the first time based on a personal recommendation. We really enjoyed the two-week stay. The host family Eder creates an extremely friendly and familiar atmosphere, you immediately feel at home. The farm is ideal for families with children. Dogs are welcome. But couples can also find absolute peace and relaxation. Everything is very well organized and special requests...

Staying here was amazing. The nicest place around. Friemdly and lovimg owners are happy to help with anithimg you need. Our doughter loves all the animals. Takes care for ponys calf and other. She was not watchimg tablet whole week. We will be back next year!
