Came on a business trip, so the hotel was chosen for us. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There are some very funny and quirky decorations around the hotel corridors. The bedrooms are well equipped and comfortable. Lovely view. Breakfast was good, large variety and the chef was happy to cook eggs however you wanted them. Reasonable prices for hotel, and really tasty and huge portions of foods in the restaurant!

We loved our stay at the Gasthof Huberwirt. The rooms were clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was delicious. We will most certainly be back.

Booked this hotel on the way to the Austrian Alps as a single person. The room was really clean, breakfast was good and even though I arrived after check in, it was no problem. The hotel is nice and clean, right next to Rosenheim train station. Parking is available in the adjacent parking lot. Inform the front desk about parking and use the machine to print your parking card, which gives you a discount and allows you to enter and exit repeatedly. It costs 12 euros per night.

I stopped by here on my way to Innsbruck, and the location was fantastic. It's right next to the train station. The air conditioning worked well, and I was satisfied with the price. There are many trains to Munich, and it took about an hour to get to Innsbruck. I spent 5-6 hours exploring Munich, and even though I came back in the evening, the area near the station was safe and pleasant.

A bit different from the usual modern box hotels. It was really was a monastery, but the reconstruction as a hotel and restaurant is a touch kitsch and Disneyesque. For example, the waiters are dressed as monks. Our room was small and cell-like, but comfortable. Location is a bit odd, surrounded by supermarkets, petrol stations and a Momax superstore.

Ok stay, worst customer service in a while Overnight stay, comfortable and a tidy room. It was very hot during the night as a stone house collects heat. Major criticism concerns the young lady at the reception while checking out, she was chatting on the phone for ages and finally whispered to me something in the middle while I handed over the keys, worst customer service in a while.

The hotel is new, very clean, has excellent parking and the hosts are very nice, but the rooms are very small. There are no cups in the room and no possibility to add blankets and pillows and did me a big favor by bringing me another pillow after it was explained to me that there were two pillows for the room. My wife and I have just returned from Karma Bavaria after a seven night stay. It’s a great location and you’ll meet the most friendliest people here! We were looked after by Steve throughout our stay who has a great deal of local knowledge. It’s close to transport and shops and lakes. Other towns are all less than and hour on the train/bus. Overall a lovely hotel with breathtaking view of the lake. A little expensive taking into account there is no air conditioning and the bathroom shower head was broken. Family-run hotel with charm. Ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The owners are super nice, everything is clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The one bed room is slightly above basic, very clean and nice. There is a small TV. No safe in the room but this doesn't concern me now. You can (and should) eat at the restaurant, the schnitzel is really good (7.9 Eur). Waitresses are nice and polite.

Very friendly staff! Everything was very clean! The TV is maybe not necessarily on the current state but has to work?. The beds were for me and my wife to soft but that is a matter of taste... highly recommended is the pool area with a hot tub ?. Can only recommend the Hotel!

We travelled in summer and Location was super quiet. Few restaurants open in the evening. Small but very functional kitchen. Bring a few basics, like salt, pepper, oil, chopping knife. Comfortable beds, great shower room, and big balcony. Large Internet enabled flat screen TV allowed us to login to our own netflix and YouTube accounts and get English language programming. Edeka supermarket and railway...

Everything you need in the room. Good internet. Breakfast OK. Good coffee from the machine at breakfast.

The room is simple but fine, surroundings beautiful. Reception was doing other things behind the desk when when we arrived. No greatings and no eye contact was made. We had to wait until computerwork was done. Does not make you feel welcome. Maybe a bad day for them?

Nice apartments. We were provided with a bowl of fruit at our arrival. The breakfast was €7.50 per person.
