Room was good but a bit warn . Location is great ,walk to most restaurants and shops. The breakfast was outstanding ,staff was great.

If your coming from road that's parallel to the Danube River. Once you're approaching the clock tower with arch, stop and dont pass through the arch. Make a left instead. That's where the reception is. I want to take the male housekeeper who helped me with the steps to get our stroller through the hallway. Although I wish the frontdesk would've assigned us to the room that won't pass the steps or...

Nice hotel in a good location in very likeable small-town Kelheim. Excellent parking. Spacious clean rooms, nice showers, separate toilet. Even a small fridge. I'd give it 4.5 stars for the absence of a kettle in the room which would be much appreciated. Nice soccer tables near reception, but we couldn't find balls so couldn't have a go.

This is very interesting, non standard hotel in the center of Kelheim. The rooms are very nice and big, the hotel personnel was very kind and the price for the room was very reasonable. Interesting is that the minibar is free. Very nice place to stay. Parking of the location was possible.

We had great lunch! Tomatto soup was delicious. Mostly recommend. Grilled sausage really nice. A must.

Friendly reception. But unfortunately overpriced for a small room without breakfast, and without elevator. The bathroom door says: FKK Area. Nudists only.

Very nice apartment with friendly hosts. The location is just as quiet as it is central in the old town of Kelheim. The bookable breakfast in the café on the Donautor, which is about 100m away, is highly recommended.

Excellent service, first come, helpful, very friendly. Very attractive rooms including furnishings, homely. The location is ideal for trips to the surrounding area (Weltenburg, Liberation Hall) or the pretty little town on the beautiful Danube.

Nice, slightly different hotel in a good location. Friendly welcome and great breakfast that is served nearby. We were very satisfied.

The staff was extremely friendly. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The wine and beer menu was exceptional. The breakfast was very good, with fresh food and very rich in variation. The stay exceeded our expectations!

I picked this place for their excellent kitchen, and proximity to the Munich airport. But it’s worth making it a destination and spending more time. The burg is fascinating. Amazing views and great hiking. Good value too.

Fantastic restaurant. Kayten is a very smart and well read host. I enjoyed his Great humor and local knowledge. Menu is diverse and amazing. Make this a must stop. View off the mountain is a definite plus

For several years stay at this wonderful place for a break on the way to France or Italy. Przesympatyczna the hostess made this place something fantastic, the rooms, the atmosphere, well the food in the restaurant... beautiful terrain, excellent bike lanes...in August again will be there, and I already can't wait !

This is a great place to have lunch. Sitting outside in the patio overlooking the river absolutely beautiful scenery.There Bock beer goes great with their bratwurst. Very traditional Bavarian food also.

I've been in their restaurant several times, very authentic Bavarian family place in the picturesque town of Essing. They have a brewery attached and a great view to the nearby river. The food is great but a bit more pricey, their beers are amazing. Try their Helles Bier!

Landlady Ms. Nowy very friendly. Nice clean room. Good breakfast. Great area. Fridge for guest use. On the terrace you can sit very nicely. drinks available. All very familiar and beautiful. I'd love to come back, but then with mosquito spray. Tip: Highly recommend dinner in the Ritterschänke Burg Randeck!

Very comfortable, clean rooms, nice landlords and a country-style breakfast room where the breakfast buffet is offered. Highly recommended, would go back in a heartbeat

Absolutely recommended. The location, the very well-equipped rooms and especially the breakfast and guest room are terrific. I wouldn't rent something like that out but would want to use it myself.

The Guesthouse is on the base of a rocky cliff next to a river arm. We've got nice and clean rooms with comfy beds. After a quieter night we enjoyed a good breakfast.

Were on the Danube Cycle Path as a family, great accommodation with a child, nice playground. Schäferwagen perfectly furnished, with everything you need.

We stayed in the wooden house (large apartment) for a few days, after unfortunately there were problems with the booking for the smaller apartment. Fam. Stark saved our vacation professionally and friendly with this solution - many thanks for that and also for the white wine :-) The equipment really leaves nothing to be desired: lovingly furnished bedrooms, all rooms protected with insect screens,...

Super spontaneously we were allowed to spend the night with the Stark family in the lovingly furnished shepherd's wagon on a hot summer day and were very satisfied. The access to your own bathroom and the great facilities invite you to stay longer there! Uncomplicated, friendly and cozy. Many Thanks

We were guests at the holiday wooden house Stark, but were also allowed to use the facilities at the holiday farm. I can't say anything about the holiday apartments here, but we were very satisfied in the wooden house. The highlight for our children were the dwarf goats, which could also be fed. Especially the smallest. The two ponies were very loving, as was the donkey. The pool wasn't too big but...
