It has a decent wellness/sauna/steam room/relaxation area, and a small but well kitted gym. Very nice apartment with friendly hosts. The location is just as quiet as it is central in the old town of Kelheim. The bookable breakfast in the café on the Donautor, which is about 100m away, is highly recommended.

I've been in their restaurant several times, very authentic Bavarian family place in the picturesque town of Essing. They have a brewery attached and a great view to the nearby river. The food is great but a bit more pricey, their beers are amazing. Try their Helles Bier!

We liked the thermal baths that are connected to the hotel. The rooms were very very clean. Everything was very good.

Great business hotel in general and staff very helpful. I've stayed here many times. The only trouble I have with this hotel is the Wi-Fi. It is sometimes very slow or intermittent, and in some rooms further away from the center there is no reach, for example room 145. Please fix this or my entire company will need to find another hotel.

I really liked the location of the Stadthotel, because it wasn't to far out of the city but still at a quite spot. You can easily reach the center in 10 minutes by walking or in 2 by the bus. Bathroom too small, too little shelf space, in the morning, face washing is almost impossible without a head poking out, very noisy, a bit carelessly decorated, quite loud, downtown is easily accessible, top hostess! A small and familiar Hotel, which is located in direct proximity to the old town. The price-performance ratio is good. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. My room was cleaned every day reliable and very thorough - including fresh towels. The OTH Regensburg is only a 10-15 minute walk from the Hotel. The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

The rooms are too sparse. No coffee maker, no mini fridge and really no furniture other than a bean bag on the floor. It's simply not practical to work (or do anything really) with one bean bag in the corner as the only piece of furniture other than the bed. And the rooms are decent size so they would easily fit some real chairs and at least one table or a desk. The location also isn't the most convenient...

The rooms were nicely design and clean. The reason for my 3 stars is that it was a basic hotel and the location was not ideal while charging 17 euros for parking. Additionally the receptionist at the time of the check in couldn’t speak proper English. We had a very basic question if we could drink the tap water and he brought us a bottle of water.

It is a good location for sightseeing in Regensburg, the hotel facilities are good, and the staff is friendly. However, the cleaning and management are poor. There are long hairs on the towels, and the toilet is not clean. The bathroom lights also flicker.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There are also direct buses to Valhalla Temple and the Old Bridge. We didn't like anything, except the breakfast was very good. They cut off the hot water from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The parking is a disaster. You pay 17 euros a day, but if you know how to do something, you have to pay again for the hours you were there. Very bad system. Poor service at reception.
