Nice hotel near the train station, about 20 minutes walk from the center. Modern equipment, clean environment. Great breakfast with enough choice. Absolutely ideal choice for 1-2 nights. The surroundings and the view from the hotel correspond to the location near the main train station.

Pros Walking distance to downtown, clean room
Cons At check in they where neither fluent in German or English. So we struggled to communicate, very unpatient and motionless receptionistin. Didn't feel welcome. No explanations about how to use roomkeys for elevator and lights. The day we left. At checkout we encountered a seemingly drunk person sleeping by the entrance on the couch , with belly showing . Not a good reputation for a hotel .

We were expecting a pleasant, comfortable stay and that's not what we got :(
Queen sized bed was listed but we received two singles pushed together that didn't stay in place. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the temperature changed constantly. The body wash provided smelt terrible. There were some strange splatters on the wall that looked like blood (see image attached). There was no fridge, kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Our key card stopped working mid way through our stay and it took a long time to amend due to two of the elevators not working. It was very difficult to get to and from our room as a result.
Breakfast had a very limited selection, we went a little later and there was only one kind of bread left which was disgusting. There were very limited milk free options for my lactose intolerant boyfriend. The "hot" food (eggs) were almost empty, had gone cold, was watery, rubbery and pretty much inedible. When we got to breakfast many tables were vacant but had not been cleaned. We had to eat on a table with crumbs and bits of food on it. Overall extremely disappointing breakfast, was very cheap but still not worth the price. Go to McDonalds at the train station instead

1 star is just because they accomodate us at 2:30 in the morning. We came here urgently and price on the booking was 75€, so I wanted to book it beforehand. The receptionist said they have a problem with booking, so we needed to pay 89€ in the reception. For that money you assume you will get nicer apartment ans during the summer you would expect at least a fridge for that price. Reality is different. Also, 18€ for the parking, really? This price for the "room" does not suit your given service.
EDIT: I cant reach you by phone, i call, ask a woman if she speaks english and she hangs up.. Next call I press a buttom that your line on the phone is asking me, and immediately the call is disrupted

We were nervous about staying here after reading the reviews on Google but were pleasantly surprised. Really nice hotel, no issue with staff and was bicycle parking too! For the price don't think we could have got better in the area.

Nice hotel. Everything tidy. Room decoration is also excellent. Very fast elevator. Clean and silent corridor, Overall a nice environment. I like the friendly and cooperative employees here the most. I spent two nights with my wife and eight-month-old baby. Day and night, when the baby's milk had to be warmed, I came down and told the employees that they were warming it by themselves. They didn't seem upset. I like it very much. When I visit Regensburg, I will come to this hotel again.

This place is quite ridiculous. Parking is a disgrace. Staff Members don't talk to each other and no one knows what the other person does. One day they tell you to move your car because the parking list is full (despite spots being empty) and on other days they dont even have a list and the garage is full too.
On some days they let food couriers come up, on other days its not allowed.
They knock several times at 8am despite door tag showing "skip cleaning".
The Garage is a joke. Not only aren't there enough spots, they're also crazy narrow - even for small European Cars.
The room was clean and quiet, tho.
Didn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast... can't start my day with a disappointment.
They want to be a MotelOne so bad, unfortunately they fail. Too bad.
Anyways, i left a day early on my prepaid trip and didn't even bother talking to them about it after getting a snappy response at one occasion.

Only stayed here for one night, but that night was a pleasure for a good price. Clean, friendly staff and good amenities. The breakfast seems expensive, so I didn‘t opt for it.

Hôtel was clean, quiet. Spend 3 good night sleep. The air-conditioning was a bit loud, so it was hard to keep it running during the night but the hotel was cool enough to not keep it running.

The hotel is super clean and the price was really good in comparison to other hotels in Regensburg. The technology amenities were very good. They also include some nice card games to enjoy the time in the room.
But I had a feeling that the staff were not friendly, which annoyed me a little bit.
The room was relatively small with no fridge and kettle, this is important to consider.
For a quick visit to Regensburg, this place would be the right destination.
