Great location so close to the ferry. They were happy to look after our luggage before checkin and after checkout. We were in a room overlooking the water which was good. Very comfortable beds, good lighting an excellent hairdryer

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The room , although comfy was adequate in size but had no wardrobe or drawer space, only a small hanging rail and a shelf. We stayed for a week and I wonder if these hotels are actually catering for very short stays

A OK hotel. The rooms are pretty big but everything is old fashioned. The wifi in the top floor is not working at all.

In June 2022 we stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel is more or less in the city centre in a quiet street. You will find several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff is very friendly, the bed, shower and WiFi are all excellent. Breakfastbuffet is good. The hotel has several parking places for cars but reservation is recommended. However, the room has no airconditioning and no refrigerator...

The bathroom door closed itself and we couldn't get in again, needed do call staff at night. They didn't help, / didn't know how do hepp. But we got it open ourselves luckly. Brakefast was bad, so little food. Mostly vegan meat and pork.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are large. Bathroom is equipped with shower gel shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. All are high quality. Breakfast included offers a good choice. Bread is warm and fresh. Your can even makevyour own waffles. Location is ok especially if you are traveling by train as its only 10 min walk to main train station. No parking or electric charging. The receptionist says they have a partnership with Q-Park and it costs €14.50 per night. Further down at a B&B hotel, both parking and charging for electric cars are available for only €10 per night, as well as free breakfast.

The room appears to be recently renovated. It is very clean. The location is excellent. It is at the city center. However, unlike hotels at other locations with the same price range, they do not provide a kettle and some free coffee and tea.

An Well Appointed Apartment An excellent apartment with all amenities, fridge, crockery, pots, jug etc. 26 car spaces are available, but note the entrance is 50 metres before the public car park. Located in the middle of the city within easy walking distance of a super market. Highly recommended.

Nice staff. We stayed here on the warmest day in history so it was HOT in the room since they don't have any climate control. But this was an extraordinary day, so I don't blame them. Around the hotel there is really nothing to do except for a really old galleria.

The hotel is ideal for a city trip, as you can quickly reach the train station and the motorway on foot. The sauna and fitness area are highly recommended. Unfortunately, our bathroom already smelled of smoke when we checked in.

But if you want to pass the time watching TV in the evening, the single room would at least benefit from a more comfortable chair than the one in the dining room. Or you have to lounge on the bed. Good location since the reason for staying is due to company training.

The location is ideal, it's located near the centre of Kiel, the staff is also very friendly and easy going. The rooms ar not cleaned well and the toilet looks dirty. There was a massive layers of dust under the bed. The windows were crooked and could not open properly without touching the curtain rail. Luckily we're using this as a one night stop hotel

Great Hotel at a great location, 200 meters from the Fjord Rover. Hotel is outdated, needs a make over, but still works ( just). Great balconies. Large rooms. Parking a challenge in high season. House keeping a very mixed bag, we had days they never came, despite no no disturb signs on the door, replenishment of towels and coffee also various times didn't happen, other times everything was 110%.

We stayed for a single night an thoroughly enjoyed it! Rooms were neat and clean with a good shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a broad selection of savoury and sweet treats, the kids loved the Nutella machine 😂. A beautiful location. I had a 6th floor room with a breathtaking view over the fjord. Breakfast is excellent and service is very friendly. The rooms are clean and generally comfortable but the furniture and carpet is very old fashioned.

Easy five star restaurant with a beautiful ambience. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and specially the duck special. It was well seasoned and the quantity was huge, I was not able to finish it. The roast beef, steak, and fish were all very unique as well. It would have been more convenient to provide an english menu. I also did not really enjoy the vanilla icecream but the chocolate sauce...

Poorly they change the staff in the last year. Still a very cozy place but you have to wait very long for service. Still worth a visit!
