Booked a business double room that said it could sleep up to 4 people and was given a room that could only sleep 2. Checked with reception (with photo) but was told it was correct, so quite expensive for what we were expecting. No parking or electric charging. The receptionist says they have a partnership with Q-Park and it costs €14.50 per night. Further down at a B&B hotel, both parking and charging for electric cars are available for only €10 per night, as well as free breakfast.

The room was comfy, heating was good, hot water, even you have mini safe and mini fridge. However, they are not very responsive to complaints unless you have booked fancy rooms or suit. The breakfast is very expensive as well €25 per day.

I was able do very late check in at 3am because my train was late. The check in was smooth. I stayed only one night and didn't try the breakfast. The room was good, not so big but clean. My room had a balcony and had a nice city view. Might be bit expensive comparing price-amenities ratio. But hey..

Room and bathroom were extremely small, the carpet on the ground wasn't cleaned, and some yellow liquid was in the toilet, I just flushed it quickly hopping it was a cleaning agent and not pee. The room is basic but spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful during our stay there. When we needed to keep our medication/baby food chilled, they provided us with a mini fridge at no extra charge. The hotel also houses a sports Centrum with tennis courts, the name probably comes from that. But the rooms are in perfect shape: clean, roomy, sophisticated and tasteful designed. So do not let the name fool you, this is an awesome hotel!

I spent my quarantine period at the hotel. The room exceeded my expectations: it was very spacious and immaculately clean. Mr. Henry was very professional and friendly, assured me that if ever I needed anything to just let him know. Since I spent my quarantine there during Easter, I found a chocolate Easter bunny at the door, attached to a heartwarming message. Needless to say, my stay was excellent

The hotel is easy to find altough some other places nearby are neighbors i did not expect. Lots of strip clubs and so on to the harbour side.
