Nice hotel with convenient location just across the Train Station. Rooms are good in size and clean. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Miroslav at the reception was very helpful and kind with his broad smile.

Stayed at Atlantic Hotel Kiel for one night before our cruise. Excellent location, right across the road from the Kiel train station. Easy walking to malls and restaurants. The two rooms we reserved were clean, bright and airy. The front desk were super friendly and helpful, especially as they allowed us to check in slightly earlier and gave us advice regarding how to get to our ship the next day...

A magnificent hotel with very attentive and polite staff. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, though unfortunately we didn’t use the SPA area.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my son for a little mini vacation. As always, there are some good things and some less good things when staying at a hotel, but overall I very much liked staying here and would definitely consider it again if visiting Kiel. I will list the good and less good things here: Good - We paid extra to stay in one of the better renovated rooms which was modern and very comfortable...

The room was comfortable, the beds were good and more options for the pillows. The bathroom was clean, we just missed the body lotion. Food was specially delicious and good quality however there could have been more side dishes eg.rice, vegetables. There was nothing given for the dog for such a high price, not even a water bowl. This is not considered dogfriendly. And we would like to point out that...

Easy five star restaurant with a beautiful ambience. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and specially the duck special. It was well seasoned and the quantity was huge, I was not able to finish it. The roast beef, steak, and fish were all very unique as well. It would have been more convenient to provide an english menu. I also did not really enjoy the vanilla icecream but the chocolate sauce...

Poorly they change the staff in the last year. Still a very cozy place but you have to wait very long for service. Still worth a visit!

I have stayed here many times for the last 20+ years. The hotel is in excellent condition, with constant renovations. The rooms are newly decorated, and the showers have been upgraded again. Always more than I expect. The breakfast and bar staff are wonderful. And the location cannot be beat.

Stadthotel in Eckernförde is a very nice hotel. Very good breakfast and the barkeeper in the bar is very service-oriented. Walking distance to the town's pedestrian street and a few meters to the beach. Parking in the basement under the Hotel. We all from Norway can recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for an overnight stop enroute to Denmark and with the bonus of a great view overlooking the Kiel Canal. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful we have met on our travels.

Nicole on reception was fantastic, welcoming, very informative, and entertaining, with a great sense of humour, lovely lady. Restaurant staff, superb service, nothing was a problem , always smiling.

Excellent Hotel. A lovely hotel with excellent room and on immaculate condition. Only one thing could have made our stay better and that would have been a kettle. The staff were excellent, in particular the breakfast staff who were excellent!

The location next to the pedestrian/bike tunnel and on the canal was wonderful. A lovely corner room with a view of the ships. We appreciated the bike garage. The service at dinner was very,very slow. Over an hour before we received our drinks. No other hotel or restaurant on our trip was so slow.

Nice location Hotel was ok! Nice location along the Kiel channel with a good restaurant at the hotel overlooking the channel. We stayed in a room in the older part of the hotel. Some basic stuff, like a water boiler was missing. One of the receptionists was also very unfriendly and did not bother to greet the guests.

The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. Super recommended.

Great location and a very nice pool

Good, nice location by the lake A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us

Good rooms, great swimming pool with a great view, half-board food so far excellent, great location and everything at an excellent price. On the next short vacation, people will definitely stop by here again. PS: Everything is clean, in the restaurant Corona could have a little more space between the tables!

This is a very nice hotel with fair prices and good service from the staff. The location is super and the view over Dieksee is fantastic. We are already looking forward to visit the hotel and the area again.

Good hotel. Good food. Friendly staff. The area is quiet, but very beautiful nature. There are no crowds on the beaches. A few Dutch. Asphalt bike paths are found mostly along roads, but there are also many sand/gravel paths that run through nature reserves.

The service exellent, The foood as well. Best note for the breakfast with its enourmus variety of choices! The Sport-Sauna and Swimming facilyties are also most enjoyable1

One of the nicest hotels in Germany, speak German and English,. We had a large group, and had no issues what so ever. Rooms very clean, very elegant!! Would recommend a 10 if I could!!

Extremely comfortable appartment location direct at the East Sea coast. Appartments completely equipped, everything was functioning, very clean, nothing lost to wish. The hotel offers some smoker appartments and a smoker lounge. Friendly staff, nice wellness area. We will be lucky to come back sometimes.
