Stayed here for multiple days in two different rooms. The first room was a comfort double room with harbour view. The room was located in the rear part of the building in the 6th floor. It was clean but had no air conditioning, the bed was as expected. The room was comfy, heating was good, hot water, even you have mini safe and mini fridge. However, they are not very responsive to complaints unless you have booked fancy rooms or suit. The breakfast is very expensive as well €25 per day.

The room was comfortable, the beds were good and more options for the pillows. The bathroom was clean, we just missed the body lotion. Food was specially delicious and good quality however there could have been more side dishes eg.rice, vegetables. There was nothing given for the dog for such a high price, not even a water bowl. The hotel is ideal for a city trip, as you can quickly reach the train station and the motorway on foot. The sauna and fitness area are highly recommended. Unfortunately, our bathroom already smelled of smoke when we checked in.

The facilities are good for a few nights. But if you want to pass the time watching TV in the evening, the single room would at least benefit from a more comfortable chair than the one in the dining room. Or you have to lounge on the bed. Whether the heating will still be warm enough to provide a sufficient room temperature when the outside temperature is much cooler (it was around 5 - 6°C)... Who...

Good location since the reason for staying is due to company training.

The location is ideal, it's located near the centre of Kiel, the staff is also very friendly and easy going. The rooms ar not cleaned well and the toilet looks dirty. There was a massive layers of dust under the bed. The windows were crooked and could not open properly without touching the curtain rail. Luckily we're using this as a one night stop hotel

Great Hotel at a great location, 200 meters from the Fjord Rover. Hotel is outdated, needs a make over, but still works ( just). Great balconies. Large rooms. Parking a challenge in high season. House keeping a very mixed bag, we had days they never came, despite no no disturb signs on the door, replenishment of towels and coffee also various times didn't happen, other times everything was 110%.

We stayed for a single night an thoroughly enjoyed it! Rooms were neat and clean with a good shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a broad selection of savoury and sweet treats, the kids loved the Nutella machine 😂. The staff were very professional and attentive - a big thanks to the reception staff who were helpful and patient with us and four teenagers when leaving our luggage after checkout

A beautiful location. I had a 6th floor room with a breathtaking view over the fjord. Breakfast is excellent and service is very friendly. The rooms are clean and generally comfortable but the furniture and carpet is very old fashioned.

Very good dinner breakfast choices and helpful friendly staff, especially the receptionist (male) who helped me in finding a doctor for a private prescription as I had left my medication in the UK. Easy five star restaurant with a beautiful ambience. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and specially the duck special. It was well seasoned and the quantity was huge, I was not able to finish it. The roast beef, steak, and fish were all very unique as well. It would have been more convenient to provide an english menu. I also did not really enjoy the vanilla icecream but the chocolate sauce...

Poorly they change the staff in the last year. Still a very cozy place but you have to wait very long for service. Still worth a visit!

The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. Super recommended.

Good, nice location by the lake A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. Good hotel. Good food. Friendly staff. The area is quiet, but very beautiful nature. There are no crowds on the beaches. A few Dutch. Asphalt bike paths are found mostly along roads, but there are also many sand/gravel paths that run through nature reserves.

Extremely comfortable appartment location direct at the East Sea coast. Appartments completely equipped, everything was functioning, very clean, nothing lost to wish. The hotel offers some smoker appartments and a smoker lounge. Friendly staff, nice wellness area. We will be lucky to come back sometimes.
