- We had issues with our bathroom sink, two complaints later there was no sign of a maintenance worker.
- The reception was closed for almost the entire duration of our stay, we had to use the reception of the adjacent 'styles' hotel.
- Room service (despite being advertised as 'on demand' by stickers inside the room) was non-existent. We requested room service by hanging the corresponding tag on our door handle as instructed, this was simply ignored by the housekeeper. Only after complaining to the receptionist did they send someone to finally 'clean' our room. What we came to find after we returned to our room were: the same bedsheets, no extra toilet paper, and floors which were not hoovered. They did at least change the towels.
The only upside was the lady working in the breakfast area, she was professional and friendly.
Definitely one to avoid...
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in. Reception service was also very basic and not particularly friendly.
