The front desk is very nice. The hotel is not in the city center but they will give you a bus voucher which takes only about ten minutes and can be used for two days. Although we didn't use it, hahaha. There are Aldi, Lidl and gas stations around. Parking is free, which is very good. The room is big and the breakfast is OK. Recommended for self-driving. Rooms with views are nice. A little out of the way if you are looking to see Konstanz but as it is at the ferry terminal the bus service is frequent and takes you straight into town. Not large but friendly!

It's a nice hotel in an EXCELLENT location less than 5 mom on foot to Bodensee. It has a restaurant and bar which also hosts Check in for guests that arrive at late hours. Parking is a nightmare in the area as it is in a residential area and so you have to search a considerable amount of time to find something close to the hotel. Otherwise you have to park further away and take a bus to the hotel....

The room (303) was just perfect. It was spacious, the toilet was big, with a huge window for very good ventilation. The only knock was the small/inconvenient shower. But with a nice and cosy balcony overlooking the main street the room was just perfect. Their breakfast was a mediocre 6/10 but the seating area/space is really nice.

I have stayed at many Ibis styles, however this style has to be my favourite. Big fan of the underwater theme! The fish decor and shapes are really fun. In the context of a training I spent two nights here. Check-In friendly and uncomplicated. The room is nicely decorated. The TV could be slightly larger. Wi-Fi is free of charge. A nice and comfortable mid-size hotel. It's location is near Bodensee and Mainau Island. A bus station is only a minute away and any bus in Konstanz is free for tourists. The street in front of the hotel has some traffic but in the hotel it is quite silent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We did not noticed any noice from other guests.
