Clean and large rooms. Service from all the staff is very good. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of food. There is a parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Indoor parking is available for an additional fee. Highly recommended.

Positive: The room was decent sized, fairly clean. The free breakfast was not bad. Negative: Can't lock the bathroom door, clogged shower, slow receptionist. The breakfast can get quite busy and people run into each other a lot due to not great flowline planning.

Alexander was very helpful and hardworking. The staff were friendly. Front desk seemed understaffed as they were overwhelmed with long line of customers non stop throughout the day. Breakfast was good. Bus stop right in front. Lake and restaurants 5min walk. No pool, only gym. Security could be improved.

The family room is spacious, the hotel breakfast room is large, the parking lot is in the public area opposite and needs to be paid, the breakfast is quite rich, the hotel is convenient for travel, and it is very close to the Swiss port.

Clean comfortable room, in-room A/C, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff, good value for the money. So why only four stars? We were on the sixth floor (the top floor) and it was very warm. Our room A/C struggled to cool it down and it never did get as cool as we wanted. The hotel regulates how low the thermostats will go and I'm sure they do it in the winter as well. Located a bus journey into Konstanz. They only run every 30 mins at the weekend which can be a little annoying. Nowhere to eat near the hotel, but many options in the town. Hotel was clean with good sized rooms. Great breakfast buffet.

Location is good. Cross the bridge and you are in the centre of the city. What I don't like is noisiness of housekeeping staff and the staff is whistling. For many countries and cultures whistling belongs to very bad superstitions and it is very uncomfortable to hear the staff at breakfast and housekeeping workers whistle in the corridor

Location is very convenient. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, fulfilling all our requests in time. Room is modern, warm, no need to turn on heater while it is 10 outside. Had very nice view over the river. If The room space was a little more, could have been the best hotel ever.

TBH there wasn't really anything to complain about. There were remarkable points also, like their locally-brewed own brand beer and the parking. The rooms are large and comfortable. It's a nice hotel in an EXCELLENT location less than 5 mom on foot to Bodensee. It has a restaurant and bar which also hosts Check in for guests that arrive at late hours. Parking is a nightmare in the area as it is in a residential area and so you have to search a considerable amount of time to find something close to the hotel. Otherwise you have to park further away and take a bus to the hotel....

Very nice spacious and clean rooms. Very good mattresses. Top Location. A star deduction, an Irish Pub is a below the room, thereby sleeping with open window not possible. Rooms are noisy and warm. No airco and that’s pretty necessary when you visit this place in summer. My bed felt like a pool in the middle of the night. Also had to remove a couple of cobwebs.
