Great hotel fist line to the beach in Binz. Large lovely rooms with balcony, good service and a very good breakfast. Nice spa area and a nice restaurant. Great for families.

The whole experience was great from the friendly receptionist, the cosy ambiance of the lobby with the candles all over. I got a spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the sea like a mini suite. The food at the very romantic restaurant is very good with helpful staff and smiling. You should definitely book a spa treatment and Sandra with her magical hands could relax my head pain and neck stiffness. Don’t miss out the yoga classes with their beautiful spirit yogi. I had a blast 🙏

Amazing 5star luxury hotel on beach front hotel, with an amazing ADD (with very good food, quality and big breakfast choice and offering weekly BBQ), super health and wellness, indoor pool and big Spa (including big beauty saloon and various applications).
One of the best and first Indonesian Spa with full design and capacities.
The hotel is super pet friendly, has a nice bar with cigar lounge and a library.
The guest rooms are very nice, comfortable, spacious and best views balcony and huge terraces.
Nice outdoor culinary venues and along many Private Palace Hotels food & beverage outlets along the promenade.

We will be coming to this hotel many times more. We love the breakfast, it is not only great food but also in a very nice dining area. We love the hotel staff, who at one time were the only hotel who took us in in the middle of the night after another hotel on the island turned us away. The staff was also super accommodating for our dog. The rooms are big and the location is quiet and safe, at the very end of the beach with tall green hills behind it. We have a feeling that it is great for all times of the year. It is also a perfect place to host a wedding, as the Standesamt is the white architectural masterpiece just outside of it

We came to this hotel to try Ayurveda. It was something new and unusual for me personally, especially food. I really liked the massage that the girl Beenu did, it was very relaxing and the pain in my legs went away. And the sea air also makes you feel better, which is why the location of the hotel is 5 stars. It's worth a visit!

Very nice hotel with spa, and restaurant. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. Lets review:
-Check in : the magnetic card doesnt work properly. We were unable to use it for our parking door.
-Spa: service is pretty mediocre and staff not properly trained.
-Breakfast: well presented but bad product quality. The pancakes taste like box made (disgusting). So did the scrambled eggs. The bread was old, the bacon so old that was elastic. The coffee machine uses really low quality bad coffee.
-The room: was somehow clean. The couch was full of dog or cat hairs.

Last but not least, the hotel has a general smell of Asian spice.

Far far far away from 5 stars!! Very far!

A great hotel in an excellent location near the beach ,the forest and the Mall . Rooms are spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable . I particularly enjoyed the authentic Thai Bali Ayurveda area and the Wellness Spa with ist treatments and various saunas . The breakfast buffet was delightful and so was the 3 course dinner at the restaurant . I will be back .

Such a great place and really enjoying our time here at Grand Hotel Binz They really know how to make our stay special and we are so fortunate to meet Lejla and Martin (Martin) who really have taken us under their wings and excited to have a copy of Ingrid Jarisz Dad's book. Thank you so much to them and the catering supervisor who have made this such a memorable experience. SHAKERS bar is exceptional with their quality spirits and atmosphere.... a definite surprise in Binz.... we will be back!!
