Lovely relaxing stay. Superb place to stay, a really spacious and clean suite on the top floor. Bar/restuarant served superb food and a great breakfast. Nice quiet area and easy walk into the centre of Loffingen. Parking spaces are not abundant but there is plenty of parking in town a short walk away so no real issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Went with the family of 4 and we had the best time. The food is amazing. The service is top of the top. It is great for relaxing and getting a massage and some spa. The hosts are very nice. Beautiful place!

Been there a couple of times for dinners after work. This place has great food and the atmosphere is nice, unfortunately you will have to wash your smelly clothes after a visit.

I stayed at this cozy country inn for one night with my wife. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. The area is very nice and a great view of the Alps. It was just incredibly beautiful, it couldn't have been better, from breakfast to dinner, everything was great Very, very friendly staff, including the boss, simply great! Unfortunately we had to leave earlier for private reasons, but we will definitely be back !! The weather was just fantastic ❄️❄️

I had a very pleasant stay at the Linde Gasthof. Very friendly people, large clean room with a comfy bed. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the dinner just great. Highly recommend to stay for a night or two and go to the Wutach Schlucht to be amazed by it's beauty.

Friendly staff, clean rooms but my highlight was the restaurant. Amazing local cuisine and by far the best place to eat in the area.

This place is great, have a good night's sleep and eat well in the centre of Löffingen. It has the traditional atmosphere of a charming wood-creaking black forest hotel. On top of that the owner and chef of the place offers a menu with delicious freshly made dishes that often add a modern and creative twist to the regional cuisine. Be sure to check the kitchen's opening hours.

I stayed with a group four motorcyclist to explore the stunning scenery and enjoy the winding roads of the Black Forest. The Gasthof was perfect for our purpose with locked secure parking and an English speaking motorcycle enthusiast hotel owner who provided advice on routes to ride. Nice hotel and staff, room was spacious and comfortable.

Our room had a nice balcony where it was a pleasure to sit. Breakfasts are ok, dinners in the restaurant were great. If you like hiking or biking, this location is just marvelous - there are many interesting routes in every direction. And with a short car ride you can reach a few amusements park that'll be interesting for children.

Top! Family run business in the middle of the blackforest. Hiking path starts infront of the hotel. Delicious breakfast served daily with a smile! Will visit again!

Really nice people. We slept in a beautiful renovated room! We had diner a few times, because the kitchen surprised us again and again. We'd liked the surprise diner, variabele fish and meet or vegetarian, always with a lot of vegetables :) wonderful hikes around the guesthouse.

Love it here. Family Fichtel are fantastic host . The food is terrific and all handmade with local products by chef Alfred Fichtel. The hotel is well kept, clean and the family ambient is superb. There are lots a tracks to walk and enjoy nature.

Möhrringers Hotel is the best hotel I've ever been to. Definitely better than the 5-star Hilton at Munich airport and the Clarion hotel in Helsinki. We stayed here for a holiday with many children. The services offered by the hotel were great, they provided lunch and breakfast and the rooms were all very personalized.

I came to Kappel by bus and saw the sign for the inn/hotel open. When I asked the boss personally whether I could get a coffee before my tour as a non-house guest, I received a friendly answer, but of course I could. I was also allowed to look at the beautiful dining room. I'd love to come by for dinner on my next vacation. Kind regards and thanks again

The Lindenhof is definitely a good option to choose for the Black Forest marathon weekend as the hotel is in the middle of the historic old town and a mere five minute walk away from the start and finish point of the event. We only rented the sauna by the hour, so I can't rate the service and the hotel rooms. It's always a great experience in the sauna. You can bring your own food and relax with your friends, have a sauna, eat and enjoy the view on the terrace.

Owner very friendly and helpful. Was immediately offered a garage for the motorcycle. Breakfast wonderful. Unfortunately, after 8 p.m. no more hot food. No points deducted, because we had to realize that this is common in this area.

Good spot to stay for one night. It's outdated, but probably that the charm here. Rooms are very dark, using very low wattage bulbs in few lamps which work. The host account was hacked and they managed to steal some of my personal data.

On the hill place hotel, has old style small rooms, quite friendly service, food so far ok. The only thing was, hotel staff that lives in a room over our room was very loud over the night , running like animals trough the room, maybe under drugs. So be sure to ask for a room that does not have staff living on top of it.

A very cost hotel, with big and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very good and the dinner, even though a bit expensive, was nice as well. The best part was the fact that with your stay you get the all-access Black Forest card which gives you free access to the ski lift and the Therme as well. An amazing deal :)

Great hotel! The hostess is probably one of the nicest people ever. Communication in English was almost never hard, it was always possible to understand. When we first arrived the staff left us some candy on the sheets:) Great breakfast, was always very tasty. Verrückt nice hotel with pretty big Skis on the Outsider. Its located near the train Station in neustadt but you want bei disturbed by anybody nois. The Food is althought verry good and the meat is from a local butcher.

Very friendly owners and a pretty good breakfast buffet. Plenty of bread, meat, cheese, tea, coffee, cereal, yogurts, fruits and veggies. Just don't expect to be able to check-in (if you have a reservation) or get a room before 5 as the place will be locked up.

Arrived here early and had a quick look around town while waiting for it to open. Nice clean and tidy town with a couple of steep hills. Got into the guesthouse and found the was no lift so had to drag my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Huge room with double beds, lots of windows, TV, solid old furniture and a traditional style feel. Breakfast was good with loads of choice.

Despite the cold winter weather, we really enjoyed our stay. The two children (11 and 13 years old) had fun in the large swimming pool, the bowling alley and the table football table. The sauna area was very nice and clean. The quiet location of the hotel ensured a good night's sleep. The service at breakfast and dinner was friendly and accommodating.

Requests were dealt with immediately, the dog was allowed, very nice view. I would put dog owners on the ground floor as the stairs are quite steep. I would put a blind in the bathroom, the curtain was impractical. The sauna area is very pleasant, we were alone there, the swimming area is huge and everything is absolutely clean!

Nice, Clean and Big rooms. Great location with amazing nature view. We were 2 adults and 3 children, the suite we got was split to 2 big rooms, with fully equipped kitchen. Great and welcoming staff.

We stayed here just for one night, but it was very nice. Rustic and peaceful, close to Badeparadies (5.5 km) and to the Feldberg Ski Resort (20 km), it was just what we were looking for. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and kind.

Functional hotel in Donaueschingen, excellent to stay a few days waiting for the weather to improve for our canoe trip on the Danube. Breakfast is huge and really nice. One receptionist tried to move us to another room when we needed one day more, but another one let us keep our room, which was great. Rooms are quite big. WiFi worked. But yeah, very transactional and not very hospitable per se.

An absolutely amazing Hotel and Restaurant. Since(n) gets what's on the plate for his money. Since the Chef does the cooking himself, with fresh ingredients from the market and herbs from the own garden. Hammer And Desserts. The rooms are newly renovated and very lovingly furnished with taste.

The hotel is really cozy and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The wellness area normally is not working and one should request them to start the sauna whenever he wants to use it. The pool was not working at all. Breakfast is good but it needs more variety. The red black forest card is a big bonus.

Very pleasant place and clean. The staff was unusually sensitive and helpful. To give some examples: One of us wanted the Soya milk for the coffee and they arranged it, they gave us a small refrigerator which helped us a lot. They kept the room clean tidy every day. They even folded our children clothes. Breakfast was excellent- varied and fresh.

We stayed here for one night while passing through by bike. A very nice older inn, as we know it from before (our impression) We had an older room (no criticism), which was very well-kept and in which we felt very comfortable. Certainly there is room for improvement here and there, but if you spend the night here you certainly won't go wrong!

A comfortable, quite and clean hotel. The interior is old but well kept with new referbished bathrooms. It's a short walk from the station and also close by to many restaurants (including a fantastic Italian ice cream cafe). Great place to stay, they also cater to cyclist if you are cycle touring in this area.

Friendly staff and good location. Some places need a little renovation but the bedrooms were good and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of everything you expect. The on site parking was expensive and could have probably parked on the street for free.

Great location to begin cycling along the Donau. Victor was very helpful to accommodate our late arrival. The bicycle storage was secure and easy to access. We slept well and the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Lovely hotel in the middle of the city. We are riding our bikes on the Danube and they provide secure parking. Room was spacious and spotless and the bathroom was awesome. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. We shared the bolognese and carbonara. And glasses of wine are very generous! Highly recommend.

Very nice and big Hotel, placed in the Middle of the Woods with a very nice View. They have also Wellness Area. The Stuff was very nice and the Rooms clean. It's also not so far from the Titisee. There is a Road trough the Woods and we walkt about 15-20 Minutes. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful long weekend from Thursday to Sunday with the whole family (3 generations). The newly renovated hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and very quietly located in the middle of nature. In this hotel, the children are in the foreground, although the adults are also offered a lot. There are daily activities (crafts, face painting, animal feeding, etc..) that ensure a perfect daily routine...

Everything is lovingly and practically furnished for traveling with children. Very nice vacation. The concept is great. Big enough for enough variety, small enough for the kids to find their way around immediately. The service is super friendly and the food is very good.

Mega! The hotel is optimized for families down to the last detail. The children have so much freedom, they can do a lot themselves because everything is very child-friendly. The service is great and everyone is extremely hard-working and friendly. We arrived at 8pm so there was no one at the reception. However, after a phone call, they sent someone. The room was a bit kitsch but the bed was nice (even though it was two single beds next to each other). The breakfast was amazing and the staff was really nice, helpful and had no problem talking in english for non german speaking person.

Quirky hotel in a rural location just outside Titisee. Fantastic breakfast and friendly service.

A wonderful getaway hotel nestled in Black Forest near Titisee but tucked away from the more touristy lake - front. Very clean, wonderful decor, excellent breakfast eith an array of local breads and cheese.

Nice comfy place to stay, a little remote but depends on what you're looking for. Rooms are big enough, cellular network coverage is horrible but the have free wireless for the guests. Close to the Titisee lake and Badesparadies pools. Recommend to have a car, otherwise you have a few mins walk to the bus stop.

What felt like a hidden gem We had a fantastic week here with our extended family, facilities and service was superb from concierge to dining. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.

We have stayed in the Vier Jahreszeiten in Schluchsee for probably the last seven or eight years. It’s only about a 90-minute drive from our home in Switzerland and it feels like a home away from home in many ways. Years ago on the dinner menu they had an amazing dessert. It was a warm chocolate cake with ice cream. I loved it. Over the years I’ve always hoped they would have it on the menu again...

Good, but uneven experience for one week here. Rooms had great view. Food, given the cost, was quite good, but no variety at breakfast. The service was at times very good and at times poor. (Eg, asking for a postcard being asked one euro after paying thousands for the stay)
