An oasis in the forest.Rooms are average,but restaurant is absolutely delicious!

Good rooms very tidy, clean and comfortable beds, besides the pull out bed, good kitchen with reasonable prices, beautiful and stunning surrounding area with a lot of Forrest and sights. However the staff is harsher than you might be used to, sometimes appearing unfriendly, that is nothing particularly special in this part of Germany, though. Definitely worth a visit!

Nice Hotel near Moritzburg castle. Comfortable clean rooms with a nice breakfast buffet.

Wonderful location for nature lovers who like also fairy tale. Very friendly staff and very good kitchen. A lot of interesting things in the environment. To the center of Dresden is only about 20 min. Very gladly again.

A beautiful Hotel in the middle of the forest. For large functions and events. The rooms are on the ground floor and the first floor. Unfortunately the Elevator is missing. The rooms are very neat and clean. The device is held kurfürtlich. Wi-Fi is free. It should lay us there once again we return there.

I don’t know why this hotel is 4.9, as it deserves to be 5.0! Small hotel away from the main road, so that you can sleep in peacefully. Currently no buffet, but Breakfast platter at the table. Everything kept quite simple, without any special flair.

Stayed in a four-room room, very spacious, furnishings are not up to date, but we still felt comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly okay. We would have liked to be greeted with more empathy. A little smile never hurts.

A great place to stay in rural Dresden. Nice staff and tasty breakfast. Room was large and had a small kitchen. Funny little farm across street with noisy little goats and sheep. Cute patio area and general area. Easy to get downtown Dresden. Would definitely stay there again.

It was nice. Kind of out in the middle of nowhere. Very small village with nothing to do but walk around the neighborhood. There is a Biergarten within 2-3 miles. There is also an interesting pond with lots of water Lilies and these strange "frogs" that sound like aliens. If you don't sleep well and like the windows open at night, they may drive you crazy.

Haus Steinbach is always worth a visit, we even celebrated our wedding there 3½ years ago and have been in contact ever since. Today there was a little Christmas market feeling with mulled wine, punch, quark balls and a round of grilled sausages ... We are always happy to go there, so warm people ❤️

We love being here and can only recommend a visit. Most recently at the Federweißerfest with all sorts of small delicacies as well as beautiful wines and Federweißer. Despite the many guests you usually get a seat :) PS: the "star images" are from last year

I would say it’s average. Fairly clean, meanwhile very old. Distance between lobby and your room is quite a journey specially when you have a baby carriage. The place is not baby or toddler friendly. There are no ramp for carriage. You must use elevator directly to garage-parking area and go to Lobby or if you want to go out because with baby carriage not possible from main entrances. We stayed at Villa Gottfried ( one of the buildings that belong to the hotel ) from 16/10 - 19/10. Quiet and good quality hotel with a huge underground garage. Customer friendly staff. Breakfast was abundant and delicious with a huge selection to choose from.

The rooms and the hotel itself are quite nice. The campus is well groomed as well. What is not okay, however, is the signage. I arrived in the middle of the night and there is no conspicuous sign whatsoever pointing out the City Hotel. When you go to the location of the hotel on Google Maps you arrive at a building which is apparently part of the hotel but there is no reference to the City Hotel there...

We stayed here because it's close to the highway, but in the morning there was a huge traffic jam on it, so we had to drive through the city anyway...Our room was in a separate building, so we had to go out for breakfast, and the roads on that morning were icy... Otherwise the room was spacious with two beds, the bathroom rather basic. Convenient parking. The breakfast mainly offered a good choice...

Nice bungalow hotel between standalone houses with nice gardens. Very good place if You travelling with your dog, good places to walk. Connections to city might be also working. Room was clean and price was more than suitable. Airplanes are not operating during nights.

I booked one night only in this down-to-earth guesthouse. It‘s located the center of a tiny suburb of Dresden. Several restaurants are located within walking distance. Both the room and its bathroom were spacious and clean. One level down there was a little kitchenette to share, which I did not use. I could have a good rest!

Recommended! Everything is perfect. I had a nice stay. Breakfast is value for money. Be aware that parking cost 8€. I checked in late (after 8pm ) so I contacted the owner through call and mail (around 6pm) but no one answered. It was a bit frustrating. I simply dropped by at 8;30 PM and the staff were still there at the restaurant.

Very nice little hotel. Of course, the rooms are a little dated, but nobody should complain for the good price. Everything is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is small but nice, the selection is good for the price. We will stay here again.

Nice place to stay over night, quite familiar and clean. And if you look in the shower you have a good chance to get a welcome greeting from a small Dino. 😉 The Restaurant next to it is welcoming you with a wonderful and rich bohemian Cuisine. Very tasty.

Huge rooms, a bit outdated. Very simple. Good value for money. The noise from tram outside is virtually non existing. Good breakfast. Cheap but clean hotel on the Dresden periphery with good access to local transport. Sufficient for one or two nights. The nearest restaurant is cca 1km. Good breakfast, helpful staff. The price / performance ratio is OK.

Booked in the car late at night on the drive there. The man stayed open till after 10pm because we rang him to allow us to check in. Room was very clean as was the shared bathroom. Breakfast was nice would have like some warm options.

Friendly staff. The rooms were slightly dated, but we had free parking and breakfast. It's an ideal bed and breakfast stay when you want to explore Dresden or its vicinity by car on a city trip.

Right choice for a budget outing. Breakfast is free though with less variety of food. Staffs are nice. It has a big parking in front of the hotel.The only thing I don’t find good are the doors and locks.

Great city trip! This year we stayed in Germany and visited Dresden for a week. The property is in an excellent location so that everything is within walking distance / public transport. On request, there is a wonderful breakfast at a fair price. The apartment is with everything essential Equipped (didn't miss anything). I would come back anytime.

We recently stayed in this wonderful hotel. Staff welcomed us very professionally and was really helpful. Our accommodation was great, everything was very clean and the room was extremely spacious with 2 double beds and a very large bathroom! It was also fantastic to have a small balcony with the most amazing views! The only small disadvantage was that our room was right under the roof on the 4th floor...

Hotel Windsor is supplying the Essentials, clean - room, big beds, big bath room (for double), good breakfast. It is Not a sparkling fancy hotel, but certainly ok for an over night stay if you want or Need to Budget. Staff Was friendly and helpful
