We came to a beautiful day in Dresden in the evening in this Restaurant. The Braumeister Schnitzel had a very sweet sharp taste, and at this point, the meat also had a color cast ... this was neither the Camenbert even the ham! So as not to attract any attention, I went inside to the court to file a complaint. There it was taken without an apology back and I was told that they wanted to check it out. I had no appetite for this dish and wanted to switch to an Alternative. Back to my seat arrived, I was told that the meat was ok, and I refused to eat anything. The rest of the food were ok, with two children following chips, such as were served: fried Schnitzel in retrospect, divided ... well not yet experienced, but anyway.... Also, the canned vegetables would not lead to this valuation, but the following experience: When we pay, I was asked wanted to, if I wanted to because really not a new Braumeister Schnitzel and more ... so you wanted to tell us that they wanted to leave the court on the invoice. My specific request was confirmed to me this ... incredible! I wanted to talk to the boss, who was not present but on the phone this announcement. The Restaurant was in disarray ... but I have been making calls offered to the managing Director. I explained to him calmly and factually what had happened, but he explained to me that this could not be, and therefore, the court stays on the bill. We went second in the mountain economy. The Restaurant was recommended to us. When we arrived everything was in order. The waiter comes and takes our order, and also the fact that we had to wait long on the food, has shown us rather that everything is prepared fresh! The first food arrived reliably, in spite of special requests! The second takeaway, however, have to wait until the waiter came to us and did apologise. The food was delivered by Mistake to the wrong table and the guest would have already eaten it.
...can happen! Although unpleasant, there's an even longer wait, but okay...
He apologized and told us that it would happen very quickly would be to prepare the new food. In fact, the food after 5 minutes, what surprised us, something came up. The food was only lukewarm, but since the Hunger was great, started to eat... After a short time, we realized that even the lemon on the separate Fries plate was squeezed!!!

We told the waiter, who apologized and the Chef came out and apologized again.
The second meal was for us to adopt, of course, and the consumed bottle of wine as a gift, but with a 4-star Hotel this has to do definitely NOTHING!
My friend afterwards was still plenty of evil, just of the thought of a stranger before poking his food around.
Decide for yourself! ...but better start to think about if your food is lukewarm!!
