This is definitely amonng the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Arrogant and unprofessional receptionist (one of them, the rest are fine), the phone in the room is not working, the brochure they have is not true, 24 hour-room service is a pure lie and they replied to me that we didn't update them but nobody reads them. They don't renew the bottle of water in the room and provide just one 0.5l bottle of water for two people during your entire stay. The thing is, they don't have any coffee machine in the hotel or even teapot somewhere at least to boil the freaking water for the tea. Right now, as I am writing this essay, the time is 9:47 pm, and there's music going on on the ground floor for "bus people", so loud that it is unimaginable. Amazing! The bus people are the only fun thing, at least. All of them are the elderly people because of which you feel in a nursery house during breakfast. Now the price is ridiculously expensive and the shitty breakfast costs 25 euro. I rearly write something long, but this is a must as my ears are hurting from the bus people partying. Do not punish yourself. Skip this place.

We came to a beautiful day in Dresden in the evening in this Restaurant. The Braumeister Schnitzel had a very sweet sharp taste, and at this point, the meat also had a color cast ... this was neither the Camenbert even the ham! I had no appetite for this dish and wanted to switch to an Alternative. Back to my seat arrived, I was told that the meat was ok, and I refused to eat anything. The rest of the food were ok, with two children following chips, such as were served: fried Schnitzel in retrospect, divided ... well not yet experienced, but anyway.... Also, the canned vegetables would not lead to this valuation, but the following experience: When we pay, I was asked wanted to, if I wanted to because really not a new Braumeister Schnitzel and more ... so you wanted to tell us that they wanted to leave the court on the invoice. My specific request was confirmed to me this ... incredible! I wanted to talk to the boss, who was not present but on the phone this announcement. The Restaurant was in disarray ... but I have been making calls offered to the managing Director. I explained to him calmly and factually what had happened, but he explained to me that this could not be, and therefore, the court stays on the bill. I explained to him that this was my first court, which I read ever go back, explained again that the meat was spoiled, which was confirmed to my wife and asked, what do we do now.
