The hotel may have some positive qualities, but the situation did not allow us to see them.
We were checked into this hotel without our knowledge instead of the Dormero Hotel Dresden City.
Despite the fact that I had paid for the room in full on booking.com, instead of the hotel fee, the full cost of the room was debited from my card again. The receptionist admitted his mistake after my loud scandal in the lobby and made "several attempts" to refund the money to my card... but without success. The hotel did not even have €143 in cash to pay compensation.
As compensation, they just offered me a free breakfast and drinks from the bar.
All these actions forced me to contact the local police, and it was only thanks to their intervention that I got my money back the next day.
I left a written complaint about the service at Dormero hotels and I have been waiting for a response for three weeks.
I categorically do not recommend the Dormero hotel chain.
But if you are brave enough and decide to stay here, be very careful with all your transactions made at the hotels.

Came for 1 short day stay
Clean room and bathroom along with other utilities and welcome drinks also in the room
Except room door not sound proof,
Outside anyone is walking or talking can be heard and difficult to sleep at night

This hotel was a super nice surprise! Rooms are spacious and clean, reception very kind and helpful. The airport is only 5 mins away (taxi) or there is a bus stop 50m from the hotel which only takes a little bit longer.
Minibar in hotel is free (nice touch!). Google says there is a restaurant, but there is not. There are restaurants in the area (also walking distance, 10 min), also a supermarket.
Each Dormero Hotel has a unique pet, usually taken from a shelter or when a person can no longer care for it. At Dresden airport, it’s a gecko 🦎- I love this idea!!

Sven was very helpful! My reservation was canceled for some reason and he helped me greatly in rebooking a room when there were none available. The hotel let's you have free drinks from the Mini fridge as well.

We stayed here one night 27.04-28.04. Yuliia at reception was very nice and helpful. Great clean hotel and nice location near airport

A no-brainer near the airport, it's ideal for construction workers, city breaks, or business trips. Good bus connections. Parking is a bit difficult, but manageable or available for a fee. A bit run-down, but clean and OK for the price.

Welcome bread is delicious, the fruit is fresh (only apples), and the reception staff is friendly for a German. I think I would stay here again.

We stayed at the New Year's Eve. Room was clean, price was cheaper due to the distance of to the center. If you have a car, it wont be a problem, 15 min. Minibar is free and the Parking area is available 🤌
