The owner said that we could only have a table at 18h30. The restaurant was far of being fully busy all evening long until 22 h We rushed to be on time. The hotel is fine and the breakfast complete with good service!

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will immediately make you feel like home. It is well located in a very nice area 10mins away from the coty center by tram. The rooms have all you need for a good stay and breakfast was included (in our case). They also provide free parking on premises. We will return on my next trip to Ulm.

This family hotel is a real gem! We stayed in a quadruple room for two nights. Friendly staff, really nice and spacious room, perfectly clean, free parking, really good breakfast, peaceful surroundings, wifi. We would come back anytime!

We stayed in this lovely, rustic style hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, with plenty of storage space, comfy bed, mini-bar and lovely wood features. Free parking. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. It was in a good location for hiking, cycling or taking a bus into Ulm. Good restaurants near by too. We would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, cozy. We had breakfast and it was good. It is situated in a very nice location. The parking in front of the hotel was almost full when we got there, but there are more spots where to park somewhere else. Minibar with beer was appreciated :).

The hotel was fairly quiet, even in summer. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a sofa and table, as well as a television. The staff, although friendly, spoke little English. This was not much of a problem to me as I spoke some German. They even refunded us one day's breakfast when we told them we were checking out at 5:15 am.

Good for visitors of the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus or the Uni-Klinik, both reachable in a 15min walk. Parking free. Modern hotel in de buitenwijk van Ulm. Nette kamers, goede douches en goed ontbijt. Water en koffie is gratis te gebruiken in de lobby/ ontbijt ruimte. Het hotel staat in een kantoren complex dus er is verder geen vertier. Het hotel heeft geen airco en in de zomer kan het vrij warm worden in de kamers. Al met al wel een goede doorgangs hotel.

Staff are friendly and service is good. Great for those who need to visit the companies nearby on short business trips. But there are no activities or restaurants nearby. One needs to drive to the city for shopping, food etc.

Room 310 is a gem for family’s stays. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms, two bed rooms and an office space. Good bedding quality, absolute clean. Fully equipped with mini kitchen and living area. It’s location is great, walk distance from city center. Congratulations you found a great hotel to stay.

Gem in Neu Ulm Super affordable hotel, great service, clean, safe. Basic continental breakfast for €8 additional with good quality options. If you're looking for basic accommodations while you're traveling, this is a great choice.

The Price is Right A typical eighties experience. Nice hotel with nice staff, but the place is somewhat vintage. The TV is difficult to operate, wifi is close to non-existent, fans are loud. To reach your room you have to negotiate many stairs. But the price is right considering the location.

Rooms on the front great for the activity and sounds of the cathedral square, while those at the back of the building are ideal for a quieter stay if preferred. Very friendly personell at reception, check in/ check out without problems, rooms are nice, we even got baby crib without asking for it for our 2 year old. Look and equipment aren't from 2020 but it does the job. Location is fantastic, you can see most of town's sights in about 2 hours on foot. Room and hotel was amazing. Everything looks new and service was very good too. The only minus for me - it was hot both days I stayed there and I had to open windows to get room cooler and to be able to sleep but because of it I could Hear a lot of noise from the outside. There were people hanging around the hotel at 2/3 am and they were very loud. And with closed windows was too hot in the room.

Great for the price. Lower budget hotel for Ulm, but still a nice hotel. You can't beat the location, near the Ulm Cathedral, River, and downtown. The breakfast is good, but not amazing. The rooms are comfortable, but basic. Fyi, do not expect to get shampoo or an iron for your clothes.

It was a great stay during Silvester and New Years city trip. The staff were really nice, help with restaurant reservation and guidance, the location of the hotel couldn't be better as it's in the centre, the room super clean with all the necessary and modern commodities.

The room is clean and bright. It is also very convenient to check in at the door. Parking is convenient and free. There is also a gym upstairs (I didn't use it). There are no staff throughout the whole process. It is very suitable for individual travel and is worth recommending.

A great, convenient option if you’re travelling through Ulm. Rooms are comfortable with well appointed bathrooms. Very easy to get on and off freeways: nice touches like a lounge and fitness room. Would stay again.

Free parking is a big plus for a hotel close to the city center, within reasonable walking distance. Good internet, close to supermarkets, stores and fast food restaurants.

Recommendation Nice room, nice beds, nice breakfast, parking in garage on site, really beautiful city. We had a room facing the road which meant a lot of noise during the night, but all in all a really nice stay for the price.

This is more like a hotel than a hostel. There is not much common area. The room is very cosy and I enjoyed the stay a lot. The price was not very affordable as a hostel bed though.

Staff is very nice. Food excellent. Perfect location. The rooms are comfy and spacious (at least the ones I have been having). The only problem about this hotel is the internet. I am a guest since 2019 and have been complaining about it since then. So far no improvement has been done. Internet is awful there.

Charming place! Like staying with family. Peaceful but central location, excellent access to transportation, honest good food. The morning call to prayer from a religious community center one street over is a bit loud in some of the rooms, but the Catholic must have their church bells.

Overall a nice hotel, awesome little swimming pool and nice all-you-can-eat breakfast, a downside were the bunkbeds, they were too hard and the Münster was loud enough to wake you up at night.

The location of this hotel is great for parking up the car and being able to walk around the town. Hotel garage is tight but staff will help you park. Rooms are not the biggest bed wise but a bed is a bed. The Bavarian restaurant attached to it is very authentic and the food is very good.
