The hotel is very clean and tidy, but the lighting is not enough and it is dim. You can take the bus, but there is no subway.

This is a good business hotel. It is in a very convenient location. Although the facilities are a bit basic, it is still suitable for short business trips. Business travelers can stay here.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rich breakfast buffe, but unfortunately, no restaurant or bar. Some long drinks are offered in the reception, but they are bottled, pre-made mix. It was not very tasty but expensive. NYCE management, you can do better than that.

Quite a modern hotel with all the amenities one might expect. The staff was friendly as well and the location is not too far from the city centre.

Nice modern and spacious room for a competitive price. It does lack, however, a few things that would make it great: a coffee machine, a water boiler and a mini-bar. Location is great; right in the city center, close to Hauptbahnhof. Parking is good and reasonably priced (9 something per night).

The rooms aren't really well-equipped. We had to ask ourselves for many things. The view is good. You can see the church tower from the windows. Overall it is acceptable for a one-night stay.

Nice quiet location with a church next to it. Rooms were full of dust which makes the Covid precautions in this hotel to a minimum. The glass walls at the breakfast don't make sense with a bar between the employee and the guests. Breakfast was ok, good boiled eggs, more than enough to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff, large room, tasteful breakfast. Church bells ring every quarter hour. Restaurant was full Sunday evening. We drove to Ulm center by car, it was not too far and there were interesting tourist attractions.

Rooms very spacious for a family. Clean and tidy. No fan, so very very hot in the rooms. Ate at the hotel, poor service and understaffed. Food was good though!

Standort ist ruhig gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer war Top. Einziges Manko die Dachschräge über der Dusche/Badewanne. Frühstück war exzellent. Preise für die Minibar waren relativ preiswert. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

The hotel overall is ok, however, the room is not big enough to place 3 seats, we need to sit on the bed when we are 3 in the room where only 2 stools provided.

Very nice, well priced hotel, close to the central train station. We only stayed in Ulm one night, but the hotel was great for our needs. Clean, comfortable, great bed/pillows and shower. Because of our travel, we arrived 30 minutes before the 3pm check-in time, and were not able to check-in early. I am not sure if this is standard practice, or the result of a busy weekend trying to get all the rooms...

The hotel is very clean, and the room was new and comfortable. Only the window facing the tracks was noisy at night. Even the good windows didn't help. It was very good that the rooms could be opened with a code. This was very convenient, and you don't get a card or key.

We checked in outside opening hours, but the staff member was helpful and provided us with the room code promptly.

Good place to stay for a longer period if you need a kitchen

It was disappointing to find trash in the trash can. I never received an email about getting into the apartment, so I contacted the hotel outside in the scorching sun, but received no reply. I thought the location was close to the station, but it wasn't. I chose this apartment because it had a gym, but it was closed due to construction. The room was spacious, the beds were clean, and the room was nice

Because it is close to Munich, it takes an hour and a half to drive. The room price is much cheaper than Munich. It is very convenient to travel by car. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a small and special place.

Same as the previous comment. The hygiene is extremely poor. There is a thick layer of dust. It is difficult to find where to pay the parking fee.

During the exhibition, hotel prices in other places are surprisingly high, but this one is quite cost-effective, with self-service check-in and check-out. The advantage is that there is a kitchen where you can cook, and the hygiene is acceptable.

Good location. Free parking is a bit difficult. Nicely done. Stylish, almost boutique-style. Free access to the roof terrace is simply brilliant.

We booked this hotel with some fear, because we had not found any recent reviews. However, we were very satisfied: large and fairly clean room, absolutely silent at night, friendly staff, ample parking. The only problems were: the wifi did not reach the room (but only a few meters from the reception) and the beds are "German" with a duvet without a sheet and a soft pillow

Very friendly host and staff ! Dinner was really good ! Nice choice, good price. Liked the fact we could choose portion size. Rooms were a bit older, but clean and everything was available. Breakfast was basic, but again nice either way.

Probably fine for a day or two We didn’t want to stay in a city so chose Ulm for its transport links and proximity to Bavaria for sightseeing. The Abbate wasn’t a very good choice for us. We stayed for 10 days and the room simply isn’t designed for a stay of that length - storage consisted of one tiny hanging rail and one drawer. Check in wasn’t great.
