Maritim standard is always good, first room had a smoke smell but they were happy to change. Breakfast is too expensive tough, but the piano bar is a highlight.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! The location was amazing and very nearby the city center. The hotel is very big has a nice panorama restaurant , has a pool , sauna and very clean and nice rooms. Parking is very spacious and plenty of space. Decor and interior of the hotel is amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, the best hotel in Ulm by far.

Everything was great and clean. We also liked that they try to protect the environment by giving guests the option to forgo daily room service. And in return you get some healthy treats :) We paid 36€ for parking (for two nights)

It was okay. Nth to complain abt and near enough to train station. Just that need to cross an overhead bridge and the lift wasnt working. So might be inconvenient for some

This hotel is located in the suburban area, which is slightly remote. However, the city of Ulm itself is not very large, so it is quite convenient to reach attractions like the cathedral. The hotel itself is nice, with a moderate price and excellent value for money.

It's a cost effective hotel that is 10 minutes walk from the central train station

Lovely room and excellent shower. Nice little touches for guests, like free water in the room with mini bar items in foyer and pay at reception instead of in your room, which made check-out very quick. Great coffee in room, too. Parking was €18 for 24h. Lift straight from parking to hotel flors.

Average hotel in a very nice city. Destination is perfect, old town is around 10 minutes by walk. Rooms are fair, but the restroom was not so clean. Breakfast was ok, the staff was friendly.

Rooms were dated and need maintenance. Phone wouldn't ring and had to be replaced, and the fridge was broken and wouldn't cool. Our room did have AC (not all rooms do) but it periodically made a screeching noise. The staff were nice but I wouldn't book again

For me, the location right next to the train station is perfect. You can access the station directly from the hotel. The city center is directly across the street, and my destination is easily accessible on foot. The room was spotlessly clean. I couldn't hear anything from the train station. I would definitely stay again.

We booked cause it's next to Günzburg and could go to Legoland. Swimmingpool was nice and breakfast ok.

Very basic room, little outdated, but that reflects in the price. Restaurant was fine, make sure to make a reservation though. It's next to the highway so dont expect anything from the near surroundings. For a one-night-stay good enough.

A big plus for accepting pets. The room we were accommodated in seemed quite small to me but the place is clean and well maintained. I would suggest paying more attention to the shower cabin, the doors do not close properly and water leaks all over the bathroom.

Great food, good quality products used. The waiter told me that all Produce is local and especially the meat products are from the house. The menu card is compact but all products made very well. The price per meal is high though.

I was only at the restaurant so I can leave a review about the restaurant. Food was excellent and expensive. Its not your normal day average restaurant but I will say they earned it. The room we ate was rather too warm.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a stop over and it was excellent. Located at the outside of Ulm (nice small city. Very friendly staff, room good (not special), free parking, nice outside area and they offered free bikes, we used them for a full day. There are nice bike paths.

Clean and efficient, but more cozy than the typical German fare. Location at the edge of a nice park (and zoo) and close to the Donau river for an evening stroll or a morning jog. Not far from city center and railway station either.

One of the worst Best Western we have stayed in. BW PLUS it is NOT. No Air con, so the room was very hot.Very bland room. , should not be a 4 star. Breakfast was very basic. No evening meal. Good Pizza restaurant 8 mins walk away. Not a hotel I would return to.

Outside of Ulm, in blaustine a peaceful place with all basic facilities. In house sauna and gym for guest. Bus stop few steps away and train station 500 mtr away. Restaurant only serve breakfast on all days. No dinners. Some rooms have kitchen, you can ask for utensils if you want to cook. Muller, Aldi and Rewe are 500mts away for your shopping needs. We selected this place last minute whilst driving through Germany for a nights rest. Not too far from the motorway, situated in a commercial town so little to do in the evenings. The room it's self was large, clean and comfy. A great stop over location.

The hotel is functional. Nothing extraordinary. The ladies at the front desk were quite cold, not the kind of warm welcome you'd expect. Ok breakfast, the same buffet every day. On the table some brown water they call coffee.

Nice hotel with sauna. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special I must say. The minus is lack of parking spots. I mean, there are of course some, but when it's booked it can be a problem. Also the turn to entrance to the parking is a bit sharp. Practically about 90 degrees. So, pay attention when you drove with your car.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting family in the area. Hotel staff was very friendly & helpful and was despite me not any German. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was adequate. WiFi was reliable. Sauna area was also very clean. Steam room was broken but dry sauna worked well.

Parking was convenient but it would have been helpful to have it explained before arrival. The motion detector which operated the bathroom faucet made it difficult to wash hands.

It was ok. It's a four-level building near Kauflland supermarket. When we were there, the elevator was broken. It was Mind your head if you get to stay in the 4th floor. Budget is the new low cost Well located in the city center, walking distance of the main spots. The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved: the floor was full of garbage. It didn't seem a right approached, the housekeeping try to enter in the room early in the morning of the check out day.

Hotel is a bit a face off experience: while it seems pretty modern when entering the building your booked room and the breakfast room, the public toilet on the ground floor and the hallway reflect a touch of the 80s... while the restrooms on the ground floor clearly need a makeover, this was just bad. It was OK. When I checked in, the staff was handing over the room, so I had to wait for more than ten minutes. The password lock was convenient, the rooms were pretty good, and the internet speed and basic configuration were also good.

I booked the lease expense room because I was only staying for one night. The room was very difficult to get comfortable in. It was very small and the area to set the luggage in was very difficult to use. The ceiling was slanted in several areas of the room including the shower. I would book one of their larger rooms next time.

Very clean and nice room. Perfect with automated pin-code system with no staff! This means you park 1 meter away from your room door. Big fridge with freezer as well, perfect for road trips! Really recommend this place. Only downside is that the room got really hot and no air circulation/AC. Even with the window cracked all day it was still bad air and hard to sleep in. 5 stars if it isn't hot outside...

Nice rooms, but the location and outside of the hotel make it feel cheap and unsafe. It's still under construction and in the middle of nowhere, and the balconies are inexistent. Also no AC which can get quite hot and you can't leave the window open at night because people can just walk into your room from the street. If they would make it more secure it would be great but now it feels like a motel...
