I give Achat hotel Neustadt an der Weinstraße a 5 star review. I so much love this hotel for many reasons, the staff are the best, it is located 2 minutes away from the Neustadt train station and bus station

The room was spacious, inexpensive and clean. The staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. The location is close to the Altstadt but also close to a bunch of loud construction zones and slightly sketchy neighborhoods.

Short get-away Everything good as usual. AC in these temps would be nice. Lots of noise when window is open. Shower is slippery and dangerous in the bath top like that. Don't see elderly people using it safely

Breakfast is great apart from the smokers by the outside tables next to the door. Overall very pleasant staying there. Parking available underground or for free at Festwiese near by

There are many restaurants, shops, café, street Market, church, river e. I really enjoyed my stay but will suggest that the hotel should put electric kettle in each room

The furnishings are a little dated, the bar and the bartender are great, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, we will be back

I spent three nights at the Hotel Tenner and would definitely come back. It is a very nice family run hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast fulfilled every wish and the room was clean

Clean room which is big enough. Nice walk-in shower. Location is good, not that busy and close to the train/bus station.

Try to check in early. We arrived late and the check in experience was not great. The front desk person could not speak English. We stayed there twice, the room in the second stay was very good.

This is a hidden gem in central Neustadt! The location is perfect and the facilities and staff are super nice!!

Great place to stay in Maikammer city center. The hotel is directly located along the Weinstraße. Our room was large and could fit a double bed, a single bed and our baby travel cot

I would recommend this place anyway if you don't mind this along with carpet floor and a bit of noise the weekend because of the living street surounding the hotel

Nice family-run hotel. Was there for a seminar and the rooms should be great. Didn't stay overnight but my colleagues praised it very much. Whiskey lovers have to try the Palatinate whiskey there.

Positive: very good, quiet location, very clean, good food could be improved: -tables were randomly changed at dinner (why?) - visitors who arrived later received their dinner first - packed lunch is poor; Tetra Pak (lots of rubbish for the garbage cans in the forest), you had to prepare and pack the rolls yourself (almost looks like theft)

So beautifully decorated, with lots of details to suit the style of the original building (about 1900 I think). We had the room with the bay window, which was very romantic and we loved it

They introduced one of the best local restaurant which had ice cold local beer and steak with aspaagus along with ice cream combo for desert which was too big even for two people

Location is very central, restaurants and stores are easily accessible. The pool and Sauna as well as the gym are clean, calm and quite beautiful

We had such a great time. The staff was so nice. Landau is a nice walkable town and also a home base to visit Diedershem and Naustadt. Definitely worth the visit for wine tasting and authentic German feel.

Super uncomplicated reservation and flexible key handover. Very nice apartment, modern and clean. Central location. There are parking spaces around the corner at Weißquartierplatz for €2.50 per day.

The rooms are well equipped, it was heated and the refrigerator was running. This is not the case everywhere in other accommodations. We felt very comfortable. Thanks very much.

The only thing is that the reception is managed by the bar open until 14 and moreover the breakfast, declared as supplied, is itself linked to the opening of the bar at 9 (inconvenient time for both business and leisure travelers)

Very nice hotel near downtown Landau. Parking spaces in the street in front of the hotel are chargeable and have a time limit, so the chargeable parking lot must be approached about 150m away

What was very strange, there is no reception, we did everything over the phone. But it worked with almost no problems

Stayed in one of their apartments located in downtown Speyer. It was very roomy with a kitchenette and nice bathroom. Great location and very clean. Would stay here again!!

Either you want to cook for yourself or go for a meal out, plenty of choices are round the corner as many food shops, bakeries and restaurants are few meters away from the flat

I was staying in an apartment maintained by this hotel. When I visit Speyer I would love stay in these apartments as it is in city center

We got a very nice studio with a roof terrace on the 3rd floor. A very nice manager 😀 You can also get to the city pretty quickly from there. It's close to the train station but you can't hear anything in the room

A mini, tiny half point deduction because it was far too warm in the room even with the window open - even for me, who wears two sweaters when the temperature is below 15°C and wears thick socks even in summer

For us the best hotel in Speyer, especially since we have already tested other hotels in Speyer where there was a lot more noise and the friendliness left something to be desired

And actually the comment is unfair, because the staff probably could have done something about it if we had let them know - but we didn't. So: rent one, you won't regret it!

I did not have breakfast at this hotel so I cannot comment on that. It's around a 15 minute walk to Speyer Cathedral, so a fairly good location. Gedächniskirche is near enough to be heard

The rooms are lovely and the beds, showers and bathroom, the points that are really critical, were great! They had a table tennis room downstairs the kids could use and a library plus a great internet connection

Rock solid privately owned hotel in the center of Speyer. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Seminar rooms available. It also has a restaurant attached serving breakfast and lunch.

I could not recommend this place highly enough. The city itself is lovely and super for kids and adults with the Technical museum and the wonderful architecture of the church

Stayed there for one night and did not spend much time in the room, also did not have breakfast. The room was nice and clean, the WiFi worked well and the location is great. Would recommend!

So I was not at the Gartenstadt for happy reasons and I ended up staying there almost a month. First, the people who own and run the hotel could not possibly have been kinder or more helpful

Now that I have been back in the US for a few weeks, I am still overwhelmed thinking about their kindness. They really helped me feel less lost and that there were kind people in the world

The hotel is basic— everything worked great, the bed was comfortable, I always had hot water, the room was quiet at night. There was a good buffet breakfast every morning

The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting

The is a family run business that has been in this family for many years and clearly they care about their reputation and also enjoy making people feel comfortable

The hotel is about 500 meters away from the train station. It is only two stops away from Mannheim by train, which is very convenient

The carpet in the hallways is very dirty, and the desk in the room that I stayed in has water rings on it and the drain plug in the sink in the bathroom doesn't have a release button to open the drain plug

However, there are few restaurants near the hotel, and the hotel breakfast is relatively simple. It is much more convenient, and it is cooled by a fan

The room has a certain sense of age and has a balcony, which is convenient for drying clothes when the weather is good

Truly great hotel: Breakfast was above average, the room was modern (it seems the hotel is renovated step-by-step) and clean, the bathroom quite large. No negative points at all, I can fully recommend it!

Room temperature was just fine, parking is a slight hassle because the parking garage is situated 100m away by foot, thus, luggage handling is less convenient. Breakfast choices are meager but doable
