Ok-ish. But not enough for a 4 star superior. It was super overcrowded. Impossible to get one of the chairs at the pool. You can imagine what the sauna looked like. They also allow dogs. Walls are thin as paper. So if you are as lucky as me, you will have a barking dog next to you. I love dogs, but getting your sleep disrupted by constant barking is annoying. Last but not least, I had a great Reception lady when I arrived. When I left, I had a rather unfriendly lady (very short hair). Seemed annoyed just be me wanting to check out. Did not ask how the stay was or anything at all. There are much better options than this. Stay away - but Breakfast was great!

This place is outstanding! Rooms are clean and updated..bathroom with towel warmer is a great touch. Buffet - this was such a delightful, in all ways! Food was Fresh and the assortment you couldn't get anywhere!! Well worth it. Outside courtyard is SO very neat. Could spend hours out there. Only wish they had a normal bar area. They have a secrete room that's only open 8-12pm. Otherwise..inside & outside pool/spas and areas to relax were the BEST!!

We had a fantastic time staying at the Gartenhotel for a long weekend during the Wurstmarkt. Our room was large and clean. The balcony was a nice touch. The reception desk was extremely efficient. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet selections. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the global artwork is tasteful. My spa experience was equally rewarding. The massage therapist was skillful and spent a long time with me. It was probably one of the best massages I have had. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and noise of the city and festival. Tip: it takes about 15 minutes to walk to town, so if you’re not mobile or opposed to walking uphill on the way back you might want a taxi.

Great hotel, great staff, great food, good service, everything is clean and well organised. You can tell from the staff that they are motivated and happy. Shout out to the young barman who just finished his training, the cocktail was really good on Saturday.

We had a wonderful 3 days / 2 nights here. The staff was always very, very friendly. The email in advance was also very warm. The room was clean and the whole facility was tastefully decorated. The food was also excellent and the wellness area invites you to stay for a few hours and relax?

We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is great and the spa/wellness area is especially beautiful. In the indoor pool women/men could feel like they were in another, magical world. Special praise goes to the kitchen and of course the always friendly staff. And all this with such a great value for money. We will be back.

Check in was very quick by friendly staff members. Our spa appointments were ready for us as well. We had an upgraded room so there was a separate living room as well as the bedroom. The bath was on the small side. For dinner if you stay in the hotel on a Sunday evening, there is the buffet but you can also have just a main course from the hot items table for a lower price. There is plenty of seating in the dining area and outdoor seating under umbrellas is available, weather permitting. The buffet breakfast is extensive including a wide variety of both hot and cold foods. The spa is lovely and our massages were very nice. There is a large parking structure in the rear of the property and it has many, many electric charging stations. It is quite a distance to get into the hotel and to your room, particularly with luggage. It's an easy walk into town. The staff was excellent at every turn.
