Everything was good quality standards. I think if the hotel would add tea or coffee facilities either in each room or common area where guests could enjoy a cuppa during the day it would make this hotel an even more perfect place to stay. Lovely staff, spotless clean and great breakfast.

Unfortunately the heating in the bathroom failed overnight, no price reduction. I didn't think so. Breakfast was again good and plentiful

This place seems to be a bit overpriced. In the room we stayed at (and in other rooms I've seen) there were only single beds, it was impossible to move them next to each other (so that we could sleep with a kid).

A positive experience. Well organized, affordable and available parking. Helpful and informative staff. Clean and quite modern looking rooms. Nice breakfast. Everything was totally fine. I just missed something really spectacular to give the highest mark.

Interesting place for conference. Suitable if in the food industry. Conferencing on high level floors without elevators. Conference area look more like school than hotel.

I stayed there for a few nights and it was very comfortable and i kinda liked it there. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Place was very nice, clean, well (if oddly) decorated. Room amenities were acceptable; only complaints: blanket too small, bed not exceptionally soft. Staff professional and courteous. Shower was very nice. The hotel provided many toiletries and other useful items. Wifi was okay. Parking wasn't great; they were undergoing renovations.

Price-performance fully in order. Bathroom not completely free of mold, the breakfast was sufficient and the operator couple friendly.

Slightly irritated because the reception is not manned all the time, but it still worked out great. The light in the bathroom, or in general the bathroom could be brighter. Worth seeing is the nuclear power plant nearby, which was in operation for just 30 months. Don't worry, it's been quiet for decades.

The Schloss Engers is for me as a wedding photographer from Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler to the absolute Top wedding venues! It is a unique and wonderful atmosphere directly on the Rhine and shoot countless opportunities for beautiful wedding portraits of the bride-to-be couples! The castle is always inspiring for me!

Small pleasure Palace of the former elector Walderdorff in Trier. It is located directly on the Rhine in Engers, a district of Neuwied/Koblenz. All kinds of events. is used to escape a Beautiful spot to everyday life.

Simple overnight stay. The room itself is okay, but when the sink in the bathroom is clogged and the toilet smells extremely of urine, it's a bit difficult to feel comfortable. You can't get breakfast, but we knew that beforehand. Conclusion: fast further.

Great hotel in a lovely area. Good value for money, very friendly staff who helped us take a taxi every day to the festival we were attending. Overall we loved our stay! I chose the place at random as I had a customer to visit the next day. The reception, breakfast area and rooms were all clean and tidy. The staff accepted my late arrival with good cheer. Compared to similar hotels I stayed at the breakfast spread was generous and well above average in quality. I will certainly use them next time I visit that customer.

Beautiful and lovingly furnished Hotel. Since we had our wedding location in Andernach, slept a part of our guests together with us in the Hotel. We have booked all of the rooms and the Suite. Our guests and we were very impressed. We were there yesterday, and about the cleanliness, the facilities and the positive Flair very surprised. Many 4 star Hotels do not reach this level. Easy free Parking in the car Park, a good Breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere, the great shower and the location of the hotel was rounded off with the visit positive. Happy again

This was the only Hotel left with a room and I'm very happy we got the last room. The Hotel has a safe place for our bicyles, which was very important as we were spend 3 months cycling in Europe. The staff was very friendly and we had a good chat. The "Breakfast", was the best I had in a long time. If you wanted to you could easily has a three course meal. Everything a cyclist could want and more....

One of those places that look like nothing but fill the purpose (finding a place stay for the night) magnificiently. At least the second floor rooms were fully renovated recently, everything is clean and functional. Small rooms is the only down side. Really good value for money!

Outstanding hotel, exceptionally clean room top marks to house keeping. Modern with a good view of The Rhine. Private parking was additional 10 euros but well worth it, secure parking garage which for us was a must travelling with bicycles. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Very good breakfast.

Its a very beautiful property located at a very nice location just facing the Rhine river. The top floor panoramic restaurant has an amazing view with good food and drink options. The room was also nice with nice view and all basic facilities except the small refrigerator. Breakfast was also very good.

On arrival it was difficult to find a parking space close to the hotel, but what parking there is, is inexpensive. A very helpful and friendly welcome, and we were given a room with a great view of the Rhine. Breakfast was good. We would be happy to stay there again.

Great location for this price. We have been there for 3 times. Great breakfast with fresh made egg dishes. Very central location in the romantic city of Andernach. Nice views from most rooms. Ask for the rooms that were recently renovated.

My husband and I stayed here in June and could not be any more pleased with both the room accommodations and the breakfast (included). The owners/staff were very friendly and once they figured out I didn't speak German (but my husband did), they switched to English when addressing me. Our room overlooked the Rhine River and the walking and bike path. Very pretty!

Unfortunately the hotel does not have air conditioning. At the current temperatures it makes the stay not very comfortable. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel

Good hotel, friendly staff very good restaurant. For some reason the toilet always needs flushing 4 or 5 times after a number 2 and having stayed in practically all the rooms over the years its the same in almost all rooms. If you're not OCD about it like me then you will be fine.

Rooms are out dated. Wi-Fi was flakey. I did have a nice view on a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was limited also. Staff were friendly. Room was cold and there was no heating, thin duvets too.

The one I booked, barrier-free rooms (no. 103) was only partially accessible. The bathroom was, but the way to my side of the bed (by the window) was the only reach with force and momentum. The staff greet the guests in a friendly manner, check the vaccination status and also carry out tests. You don't have to say anything more about the sauna itself, as everyone knows what a great sauna landscape awaits guests there. The steam rooms are also great. The rooms were made available to us free of charge because we came as a group to help in the disaster area. We didn't expect anything, we were happy to be able to stay overnight and take a shower. Instead, we were able to enjoy the full service, from a delicious breakfast to always made, clean rooms and everything you can expect from a good hotel. A big thank you for everything!
