Reasonable hotel for quick travel

The staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean and functional. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet, but it is better to go early. The hotel is less than a ten minute walk from the train station. Some people complained about noise, but my room was very quiet.

Everything was good quality standards. I think if the hotel would add tea or coffee facilities either in each room or common area where guests could enjoy a cuppa during the day it would make this hotel an even more perfect place to stay. Lovely staff, spotless clean and great breakfast.

Because of the corona it was like a ghost hotel. No staff, no guests, but the key handover was well organized. The breakfast was very rich, fresh and delicious. The park around the hotel invites you to linger and escape from everyday life.

This place seems to be a bit overpriced. In the room we stayed at (and in other rooms I've seen) there were only single beds, it was impossible to move them next to each other (so that we could sleep with a kid).

Price-performance fully in order. Bathroom not completely free of mold, the breakfast was sufficient and the operator couple friendly.

Slightly irritated because the reception is not manned all the time, but it still worked out great. The light in the bathroom, or in general the bathroom could be brighter. Worth seeing is the nuclear power plant nearby, which was in operation for just 30 months. Don't worry, it's been quiet for decades.

We feel very comfortable here, it is close to the center (150m) and still quiet.... the Rhine is right in front of the door.... Breakfast is sufficient and delicious and the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Thank you for Have a nice weekend, we'd love to come back.....

The Schloss Engers is for me as a wedding photographer from Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler to the absolute Top wedding venues! It is a unique and wonderful atmosphere directly on the Rhine and shoot countless opportunities for beautiful wedding portraits of the bride-to-be couples! The castle is always inspiring for me!

Small pleasure Palace of the former elector Walderdorff in Trier. It is located directly on the Rhine in Engers, a district of Neuwied/Koblenz. All kinds of events. is used to escape a Beautiful spot to everyday life.

Its a conveniente hotel but some rooms are really small!! Additionally the stairs are narrow and dangerous specially with luggage. I dont recomend for old people

Service is really nice in the morning, the only time that hotel personnel is available. Fine location. Room is OK, but is not a hotel you should come for the room, but location and a service that you don't expect...exactly because you think this hotel can't provide it. A good surprise if you can't book a hotel that you wanted and think "where have I/we ended it up?"

Having to stay in Andernach for two nights due to a customer my company had to serve, I decided to stay as close to the city centre as possible. The location is incredible. Just a three minute footwalk from the next parking garage, which in addition is incredibly cheap, and a 4 minute footwalk from where I had to work, it was just situated perfectly. Rooms are perfectly clean, newly renovated, bathrooms...

Outstanding hotel, exceptionally clean room top marks to house keeping. Modern with a good view of The Rhine. Private parking was additional 10 euros but well worth it, secure parking garage which for us was a must travelling with bicycles. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Very good breakfast.

Its a very beautiful property located at a very nice location just facing the Rhine river. The top floor panoramic restaurant has an amazing view with good food and drink options. The room was also nice with nice view and all basic facilities except the small refrigerator. Breakfast was also very good.

We were at the Hotel Einstein in mid-August 2021 to see the exhibition. The hotel is very modern and is close to the Rhine. With a glass elevator you can go up to the bar. The rooms were made available to us free of charge because we came as a group to help in the disaster area. We didn't expect anything, we were happy to be able to stay overnight and take a shower. Instead, we were able to enjoy the full service, from a delicious breakfast to always made, clean rooms and everything you can expect from a good hotel. A big thank you for everything!

Today I was at a Meeting there, so I can only say what to the localities and the meeting room. The staff was very nice and the catering of drinks it has not been a shortage. The view is very beautiful from the hotel terrace, unfortunately you can hear the nearby motorway. If this is the case of the Night are audible, I think. In this Hotel one feels very good. The staff are very friendly, even if you, as a customer, having a bad day. You will be treated very respectful. Also in the Restaurant the staff are always present and show that you understand your craft in the culinary arts as well as in their dealings with customers.

A very nice hotel nestled up a hill with beautiful views of the River Rhine. The room were very clean with a very comfortable bed. We were two for an Overnight stay there, and were, by and large, very satisfied! The reception staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was ok. It was a chilled mini-bar. In the shower you put the half bathroom under water. A shower curtain or similar would have been desirable. Breakfast buffet was great!

It's quite nice, quiet, and well-located. Clean hotel with good value for money. 24-hour reception.

Simple but sufficient standard. The beds were very good, the rooms were clean and everything worked perfectly with the booking. The hotel is almost completely without staff, reception and breakfast can be found in the neighboring hotel about 150 meters away, which you should be aware of. For 42 € for a single room I would not have expected such a nice room.

Rooms quite good for the price. Perfect for sleeping. Unfortunately there were no hangers to hang up your jacket or something similar. There are only rooms in the house. Reception, breakfast room and vending machines are located in the group's hotel, 200 meters away. All in all ok for the price. Would probably book again if I can't find anything better for the price.

A good hotel, quiet, the Mosel River is nearby, you can walk along the path along the bank in the evening. A good restaurant, excellent German beer. The rooms are modest but cozy. The service is not intrusive. Everything is strictly German.

The food was great. We enjoyed it. We also spend already 1/3 nights here and we enjoyed the view on the Mosel already. Also you can sit on the terasse and drink a wine.

Excellent hotel chain we had never used before, but would certainly do so in the future. We had a family room that was very spacious and fitted our needs perfectly. The hotel is actually very close to the old town for walking. The online check in is a bit cumbersome with all the details needed to be entered. We arrived at 4:00pm and we got the last car park space, think you can do on street parking...

My husband and I visited this place while on a cycle trip across Europe. It was in a great location for the shops, restaurants, and cafe bars. The room was spacious with everything you would need and a few little extras. Electronic check in was ok. Beds were comfortable, we slept well. We enjoyed our stay

Pro: location is perfect, very clean, and you have everything you need in your room. Cons: Personal are stressed and made me stressed also instead of relaxing in my vacation, price is high, Wifi is free only for 30 minutes!

Wife and I have been staying here for years during annual our vacations and we are treated like family[.

Cheap, small rooms, 5th floor hallway reeked or ciggarettes. Staff was friendly and attentive. Good breakfast. The rooms seemed pretty clean.

It was definitely a room. Very basic. Parking is very limited, and it is hard to drive to. I had to park a ways away and pay for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

Hotel Brenner is an independent hotel. It is small and intimate. No higher than five floors and a small lift. The lift is just about larger than a typical shower stall. German-style Continental Breakfast is provided: breads, rolls, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt and quark. I would describe the dining room as a salon. It was naturally well lit with sunshine from floor-to-ceiling windows...

Our room was very clean, large and modern. There is a garage for bicycles to safely store your bike overnight. The hotel is close to the train station. The breakfast was decent, but you cannot use the coffee machine yourself and the coffee was watered down.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful, efficient and flexible staff. We stayed over night here with our two cats on our way from France to Denmark and the staff went out of their way to make it easy for us. Comfortable beds too.

The hotel is very clean and the staff nice and always willing to help you. Their parking spot was very crowded but they took your car to the parking place a couple of streets away and they bring it back when you requested. The only minus is that they don't have a mini fridge in the room.

We had an amazing stay at the Brenner. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating and made you feel like a valued guest. The room itself was far beyond what I could have imagined. Spacious, modern, well-maintained with a huge bathroom and a balcony looking out to Rizzastraße. The hotel itself is a few minutes walk from the train station, and the team at the Brenner are more than happy to recommend...

It's surprising that you have to request room cleaning, and even then, the service was subpar. However, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The attitude of the waiter was very good. We could put down our large luggage for free the day before we checked in, so we didn't need to store it at the train station.
