Unfortunately we were lured by a promised sauna on the hotel's website even though it doesn't even exist :( The mattresses are very uncomfortable and the rooms could do with a renovation. Unfortunately, the food is far too expensive for the quality on offer. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. A good starting point for the Bilster Berg, although we will look for another accommodation next...

The hotel is a cozy family owned hotel, I’ve had a room with a view which was lovely. Tim received us very well, the room was clean and tidy. The rooms with a view share a common terrace which for me was nice but might be an issue for others. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast was an intercontinental with fresh bread. Overall I’d visit again.

Great hotel and very nice staff. The breakfast menu was totally okay and everything tasted great. In the somewhat small bathroom, if the door didn't necessarily bother you when you were sitting on the toilet and the bed had been a little more comfortable, I would have even given the last star. 😅 Otherwise I had a great stay. 😊

Great location, friendly staff but terribly slow or inexistant Wi-Fi ln rooms... In 2020. Great to relax .. but don't think you can still get some work done here ... Video or audio streaming is impossible. Even the TV signal is not good enough.

Rooms are good except for 2-3 things (broken toilet seat, deposits in the shower, dirty curtains). There is almost never anyone at the reception, so I only saw someone on arrival, otherwise not at all, hotel was only accessible from the rear entrance/exit. The outdoor area was unfortunately not as nice as it is presented on the internet. Very noisy. Breakfast is not offered, so no rating possible....

The location is beautiful. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant is excellent and very varied. Great wines too! The beds are super comfortable and the positions of the beds can be adjusted which is a huge plus. The room has a nice selection of fruits and chocolate. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back!

Communication with the staff was very nice and warm. The room was nicely prepared and the kitchen in the room had everything to cater for culinary delights. The rooms were very clean and the location is a wonderful starting point for hikes to all the sights. The price is more than fair.

For a spontaneous motorcycle tour, you can book 2 nights with no bureaucracy. The room was very large, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and private balcony. Even the coffee pad machine for the first morning coffee is available. And for a very fair price, I am really very satisfied and would like to come back :)

We, the three Jeverans, felt very comfortable in the wonderfully renovated guest house. Very tastefully furnished rooms with great beds and a delicious, varied breakfast at a reasonable price. Should we ever come back, the guest house at the Kurpark is our first choice!

A perfect hotel for our stay. The hotel has a pond and lush garden at the back. Unfortunately no breakfast available, but it can be purchased in the building next door. The uncle at the reception knew a little English so you understood. He seemed happy and playful too. We parked our motorcycles along the street as the hotel only has a few places in front. Recommended if you are out and about.

Inexpensive living in a health resort. Rather intended for craftsmen: the rooms are very practical. You won't find romance here unless you go out into the fresh air - a health resort remains a health resort!

Very nice. Fairly modern rooms with a bit of Character, just enough room for comfortable living, very clean and tidy. The first floor rooms have a nice shared balcony that you can sit out on. The breakfast was included and had a good selection of fresh food which was very nice.

I stayed over at this hotel for 2 nights. The breakfast are good. The room I booked is deluxe type. Clean and comfortable room. There was a coffee machine inside the room. The parking lot is free.

The hotel is set in stunning surroundings. The room is large with a good size bathroom. The staff are engaging and helpful.

Once again, we had a very good meal here on the weekend. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
