Relatively unassuming from the outside, the Fährhaus is, in my opinion, the best from the inside. The rooms are very spacious with fantastic views. Especially from the upper floors. Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast is top class. Unfortunately, we did not test the kitchen, but will definitely do so on our next visit. The decent indoor pool and rooftop wellness area with pool, sauna, steam...

Pleasant and attentive staff. Nice room with a huge balcony (east wing). Nice wellness center and well stocked cocktail bar.

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Sauna area was quaint but nice. Only drawback and the reason for one less star was the fact that they still offer plastic straws with drinks. There are plenty alternatives these days to plastic... please!

Very nice small hotel without great performance for a relatively large amount of money. The location is ok. Rooms are clean and very basic. The breakfast is cheap and good.

Pros: Clean and large bedroom and bathroom, friendly and helpful owners and parking available Cons: The room was right next to the reception and it got noisy very early in the morning as the kitchen was behind the reception and the breakfast area was down the hall. The breakfast, especially when guests stay longer, could be a bit more varied.

Excellent hotel and a super friendly host family =) The rooms in the Gästehaus Strandstrasse are wonderful, very well-kept, clean and comfortable, the beach is only a few meters away, and the location is just perfect, including the ferry. The large breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, we felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come back =).

Highly recommended in every way. Large, very clean, good beds, great breakfast, very nice, friendly people. Always my pleasure.

We are really thrilled! The service is great - staff very friendly, room tippitoppi, breakfast mega. And all just a stone's throw behind the dike. We will definitely be back!

The guest house is pretty nicely decorated. You have everything you need for a good price. You get a small breakfast which is completely sufficient. The staff is very nice and hardworking. Unfortunately, the location is a bit far from the sea ... But I would come back any time.

Stayed here on bussiness nice clean friendly hotel The manager is more than accommodating getting you breakfast and coffee ready for a time that suits you and nothing is too much we had a car accident before arrival so needed to get a few cabs the manager was more than happy to help due to the language barrier with ! Centrally located small hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and equipped with comfortable beds and a seating area. The operators are very nice. The breakfast is lovingly prepared and varied, there are different types of coffee. And all at a reasonable price, 500 m from the North Sea 👍

My boyfriend and I only stayed one night but we were very happy. Our double room with balcony was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good. The hotel manager was very friendly. We were even allowed to leave our car until the evening after checking out, which I thought was very nice. Price-performance ratio is right, so there is nothing to complain about. I can only recommend the hotel.

Simple, functional and clean hotel. But if you are on tour for work absolutely to avoid. No way to get regular invoice and no cards accepted.

We stopped there on a bike tour, including an overnight stay. Very friendly treatment, we felt very comfortable. The rooms were fine. Despite / under Corona rules, a lot of effort was made and all wishes were fulfilled.

Stayed at the hotel from Thursday to Sunday. We have rarely seen a hotel room so clean. 5 stars for the cleanliness, also the breakfast was very good. Can only be recommended. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

The place was nice, clean, organised, spacious and the whole staff were friendly. Location wise is really good too. Its about 5 minutes walk to the beach and heaps of restaurant around.
