Hotel is great. Rooms have lots of room (we had a family room).
My only issue is breakfast. Apparently we need to clear the tables ourselves after breakfast. That’s fine but no one told me. We cleared our table of all the mess our two kids made and put every away.
The kids went upstairs and my wife and I enjoyed a coffee alone.
We got up and left.
Honestly didn’t even think about the 2 cups we left on the table until the old lady working in the restaurant came running into the lift and basically dragged us out.
She only spoke German, we can speak English but she couldn’t. I said I don’t speak Germany and in English she said “precisely”. What was that supposed to mean?
It turned out she was annoyed that we left the cups on the table. She crabbed a tray and gave it to me and made a motion for me to pick it up and put them away.
When I did it she bowed at me and said “thank you”. Seriously what is with her attitude?
How rude and horrible can one person be and especially to a paying customer.
This happened on at around 0935 on 05/07/24.
I understand people can have an off day but when I spoke with her colleague I got this impression this happens often.
Other than that the hotel was great! Rooms were spacious, great location. The food in the breakfast room could have been a bit more diverse. Pastries and bread rolls seemed to be the only options. Some hot food would be nice.

I stayed there for two nights. The room wasn’t cleaned after first night, so all towels were wet and stank of damp. Breakfast costs 12.90€, but nothing to eat, literally. Only coffee and bread.

Cons: The word Breakfast in B&B is not actually justified. Too limited breakfast options to call it a Buffet. No freid eggs and bacon for Breakfast!? Air conditioner didn't work and somehow its warm inside the room than outside.

From the beginning my whole stay was smooth. The self checking process works great. The room was confortable and I slept really well, perfectly fitting my needs.

Very good experience of the hotel. Close to public transport and airport. The hotel very clean.One down item selection of food at breakfast.

I liked the location of this hotel, as it is close to the main station and the airport. It also has the supermarket in front and restaurants 4 minutes away. Clean room and super comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious. The receptionist who treated us was very friendly, we will return. thank you so much.

It was very central and easy to get around and find somewhere to eat while I was there, I must say that the mattress was on the hard end, not exactly good for side sleepers like me, but that's something they can't really take account for, but that's why I knocked it down a little.
I did try and hang my towels on the hooks like instructed, but it seemed the cleaning staff just took all the towels and replaced them anyways ah, don't know exactly how to tell them they didn't need to but it is what it is.
I also felt welcomed as a trans person, the receptionist was also very talkative and animated in her expressions, lovely lady to speak with!
But they cleaned up every day which was lovely, I would definitely come back for another stay! Even if I'm a side sleeper hah, will just have to try and sleep on my back more heh

My girlfriend LOVED this place. Very affordable, nice staff, clean rooms. The showers are awesome and the beds are comfortable. Loved it.
