My recent stay at Holiday Inn - the niu Hamburg was genuinely impressive and left me with overwhelmingly positive impressions. If I were to rate the experience numerically, I would confidently assign it 4.5 out of 5 points, which reflects how satisfied I was with nearly every aspect of my visit.
What truly elevated my stay was the exceptional quality of the staff. The team members were not only professional but also remarkably personable and attentive. In particular, I must highlight Zahra, Omid and Gholab, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my time there. All three of them demonstrated the kind of warm hospitality and friendliness that transforms a standard hotel stay into something memorable.
The combination of comfortable accommodations and outstanding staff makes it a hotel I can enthusiastically recommend to others traveling to the area.

It was good however we were three of us that we had one duble bed and one sofa bed, sofa bed it was broken and it moved during of sleeping we were not comfortable to sleep
But the service of breakfast was perfect, thanks to Zahra,Omid and Golab they were so nice and kind to service breakfast

Never actually managed to stay here as they point blank refused to respond properly to a request for a room with two single beds. Every message by whatever means was met with an automated reply and no follow up. I’d forgotten just how poor Holiday Inn’s customer service was

Good rooms and nice breakfast for the price.
The only problem is their booking system. They always tend to send invoices via email, which is more appreciated, but it is never sent unless you call them multiple times (each time at least 10-15 minutes of checking things) to make them send it.

The hotel location is easy to reach. The receptionist was friendly. We checked in smoothly. Rooms are clean. Most importantly, they have parking!

I’d definitely not recommend this hotel, I’ve been there for more than 10 days, with a non functioning TV, which I reported 5 times to different people, none of them did anything, and after checking out they asked me for my feedback about my stay I mentioned the problem and they didn’t even bother replying or apologizing. It’s a scam paying for a room with TV without getting it.
I always come to Hamburg for two weeks per month and the location of this hotel is perfect for me, but will never go back there anymore.
Btw also the breakfast was a scam absolutely not worth the 14.5 € I wouldn’t pay even 5€ for what they offer
