Efficient, clean, good breakfast. The hotel was in itself nothing spectacular and the rooms were small. But it had everything that you need.

This hotel is incredibly clean. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of variety. The closest I can come to saying anything bad is that the WiFi wasn’t robust. That didn’t really matter, because the cellular data was great.

Good place Check-in time was latest 21:00 so we called in because we where going to be an hour late. This was no issue when we called the hotel in 4 hours before arrival. They just but the keycard in a lock outside the hotel with a personal code.

The location of the house is close to the castle , by walking just 5mins , you have the view to the river from the hotel , room has a comfortable size and clean ! Breakfast is rich , has all the thing you need , with the cost I paid, I feel is fair , the only thing can be better is : please prepare the electric plug on the both size of the bed , it would easier for our electric devices.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. It was excellent & the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The bus didn't turn up one day so the manager drove people to our venue in his own car

It is easy to class with them!! The food is Top, no matter what I've ordered and eaten. The Service is always friendly , usually the boss is on site and greets guests at the entrance. You can't describe my enthusiasm, you just convinced yourself !!!

Booked the room to stop by overnight on a trip and was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by an extremely friendly staff. The room and bathroom was spotless clean but could you more electrical outlets. The restaurant offered amazing service and food.

The hotel had amazing food and there was a beatiful view over the lake. It is very close to a supermarket and you can walk a pretty tour around the lake. It is also very clean and if you are out in the day the cleaning personel will come and clean your room. The hotel personel was also very kind and helpfull.

The place was big, well equipped and clean. The lights turned on automatically on movement, which was great at night. It was quite near the S-bahn which took us into central Berlin in about 20 minutes.

Thanks to the public transport, everything was easily accessible for me! Since I was out all day and there were hardly any guests because of Corona, I hardly saw anyone. Is of course not a 5 star hotel at the price, but everything was well looked after and I could have stayed in the garden.

Unhappy Surprises We were disappointed in our stay though the location was excellent. The front desk was onlyf staffed until 1:00 PM, and there was no elevator which meant we (in our 80s) had to lug heavy bags up stairs. Our room window looked out onto construction, and the breakfast promised in the website was not available.

There's a car ferry service next to the hotel running early to quite late which can be a bit noisy. Not the ferry, but the cars & people embarking, disembarking & queuing.

This Hotel is set right by the river and is so peaceful and scenic. The staff are very friendly and there is a ferry right next to the hotel which is fun to ride just to cross the river and is less than a euro per person.

Well I offered to stay here after a delayed flight. The pool was small but nice. The rooms were decent and had the typical no frills look. The staff especially the restaurant and bar staff were quite rude and unpleasant. Given that many patrons were probably stressed to be there I would have thought that the staff would have been more cordial. If I had the choice I would not stay here again.

The rooms are clean, quiet, comfy, and the restaurants had upgraded the menus so we could the good breakfast, and the rest in the spa cafe. We love centrovital and will ve back again abd again.
