Arriwed in the evening. Room was not cleaned after preview guest. Contactet reception wich went to another room to clean that room. After some time, we got the key to this new room that was supposed to be recently cleaned. This room was even filthier. Bed not cleaned after last guest, feces around toilet. Can also mention that first room and halway was taken over by spiders, hanging in front of the room door, roof and halway in general. The whole setting and condition of this hotel is bu far the worse I have even seen. End of story is that I had to sleep in the car, since the hotel could not find a clean room. Stay away!
We will come again. .
Our bathroom was equipped to Flow with moldy shower and split. The ceiling Wallpaper over the bed was partially detached and has, accordingly, beaten thick wrinkles. The flat screen television was in the smallest possible version available with a screen diagonal of just over smartphone size. Even though we were in a non Smoking room it smelled really quite unpleasant, as would be either but a breeze of stale cigarette stench in the air or a musty smell due to the possibly of something old walls - it was definitely uncomfortable. The staircase and the corridors look like in a hostel.
The only good thing was the beautiful view of the Havel. The Breakfast buffet was also fine and the staff quite friendly, what mitigates our otherwise poor overall impression, at least, something. But you have to say really quite clearly: The 4-star anything, but to do really nothing. It was up to our room, it would give this Hotel no star.
