Good Morning Berlin City West

This hotel is staffed by rude front desk people. They misplaced our key but decided to act like it was somehow our fault despite the fact that we dropped it into the key drop area before leaving the hotel. Insisted that the key wasn't there and was all around rude. Turns out someone who works there put the key in the wrong place. The wifi is garbage, they charge 9€ per night for parking and the hotel is mediocre at best. They have dirty shower curtains and the "nonsmoking" rooms smell smoky. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone and definitely wouldn't stay again. This place is terrible and this particular weekend was severely overpriced at 215€ per night because an event was happening in Berlin. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

We asked for non smiking room, we received the confirmation of the booking and still... we got a room with awful cigar smell. Not fair at all. Hotel should have at least warn us about the room. Staff was not helpful at all to change the room. Disgusting.

I booked and paid for 6 nights, from 9 to 15 August. I presented on the evening of 9 to do the check-in and the receptionist told me they had no rooms available and had to rimandarmi to another hotel.

The other hotel was the Ibis and I went for the better, but it is certain that the Days Inn has done a beautiful figure. If you are overbooked then comes the moment when you will pay the consequences.
