The food is really good and the rooms are nice. There are a lot of staff in training and the management feels rather chaotic but overall there is barely anything to complain about.

Wonderful location on the Chiemsee. The hotel is set back a few hundred feet from the lake and there are trees, so only some of the rooms have a view. Our room, however, was on the noisy road side, so not as fantastic an experience as we hoped for. Staff very friendly and helpful, Lovely spa facilities, well located for amenities. There was some difficulty initially with room description of booking site (we paid for a balcony room, but room had no balcony). This was resolved by giving us the only free room in the hotel, without balcony, but charging reduced rate. A shame, but the only option available.

Friendly and helpful staff. The first impression is good, the hotel looks good. The check in was great, without any problems. The room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable. Breakfast - a great choice, good coffee. We had an evening meal and it was good, large portion and tasty. The only negative point is that the parking space is not paved.

We had a nice, large room. Location is very good, breakfast is fresh and good. Dinner is also well above average.

Good restaurant with delicious food and good service. Located right opposite to the harbour, which made the quest for restaurant (& food) after a day of sightseeing around the lake very pleasant. The Apfelstrudel was delicious; we tried it because of the Strudel day recommendation. I will recommend it to others.

Great place to stop on the road south. Reasonable room for good price. Selection of restaurants within minutes walk. Delightful breakfast room full of light in winter. Great breakfast buffet. Good staff.

Very good service - although we arrived well after 22:00 when the reception did not work, the employees found a way to accommodate us. Comfortable parking. Wonderful morning walk along the shores of the lake after a rich breakfast / there were even 3 types of fish /, a wonderful location on the shore of the lake. You will be pleased. Excellent price-quality ratio.

The views were amazing. Closeness to the lake (a good stone's throw would have been more than enough to hit the water), too. The personnel is attentive, fun, professional, and accommodating. Eating at Reinhart restaurant was one of the best culinary experiences I had in a long time! The food was very tasty and the flavours well chosen. Also, I would like to mention that I am gluten intolerant and I was very impressed when the chefs were able to adjust the original dishes to my diet, without giving me a "replacement dish". I look forward to come back here and I strongly recommend this...

A beautiful hotel, awsome breakfast, the best location for lots of activities (with a covid test center at the end of the street). Plenty of parking. Reliable WiFi. A communal fridge in the downstairs corridor. A long bike stand outside the main entrance. Lots of local restaurants.

It's a bit pricey for the old rooms, especially bath room, but otherwise ok. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Really nice family room - in the old building with views over the lake. Very clean and friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet - given that our room overlooked the outside area of the restaurant. Only criticism is very poor WiFi signal (critical when travelling with teenagers!) and the fruit salad, which was really an 'apple salad' - perhaps the other guests got there first and picked out the good stuff

Perfect accommodation for people who want to be away from all the whirlwind of touristic areas. The owner is very nice and helpful and her father is also very nice and helpful. He even played with our son and had no problem with him following him. The rooms are nice and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped. They offer a "bread service" where you get a bag of fresh bread every morning if you want it...

Can't go wrong. Every visit to Munich. This is a must visit. Atmosphere, vibe, people and music. It's the essence of Baveria.

We had 4 different meals and 3 different soups and everything was delicious, friendly staff all recommendations, big portions you will not leave this place hungry and disappointed.
