Where to stay in Prora

It was a pleasure to stay here. The staff was very welcome. Room with a see view, huge and empty hotel, very calm. Spa and pool facilities are great. Room with see view is great. It will leave warm memories.

Liked the location and the modern, refurbished interior of the room. Kids enjoyed the wellness section as well. In the morning we had a great breakfast fueling us for the day. Even free drinks are in the fridge to get the 1st moment smooth in the rooms, perfekt!

Nice location at a historic site. Perfect as a last stay before traveling to Sassnitz and the ferry to Sweden.

BIG room, with everything you need, fridge, you can make food here, and in toilet there is an extra SAUNA!! Fantastic.

The room was huge, with living room, kitchen, and balcony with exceptional view of the water. And as a bonus, there were a variety of free drinks in the refrigerator.

Room was fantastic. Location perfect you reach to everywhere easily. Very nice beach but it was a winter time only for walk.

Very nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Evening alacarte was not everything and the duck breast was still very raw for my taste, otherwise nice plant

The alpine hut is very nice, a few pillows on the sofa and a few pictures to improve. A little tip, the way from the app block B through the basement corridor could be made more beautiful with color accents.

We stayed at Mariandl am Meer in mid-August 2021. I can only agree with the previous speakers: Great ambience, modern apartment, incredibly friendly staff and a beautiful beach. We'll be back for sure! Thanks to the whole team!

We were guests at Mariandl am Meer at the end of June. It was wonderful there, the apartments were tastefully and attractively furnished and everything was very clean. The breakfast left no wishes unfulfilled, as there was everything to choose from. The restaurant offered you the opportunity to enjoy delicious food in the evening, which we did a few times. Potentially a fantastic apartment hotel. Currently under both construction and figuring out how to run the place. Many small details needs improvement.. Garbage management, parking, wifi, cleaning the surrounding area, deliveries to the site, information regarding everything being made available etc. However the location and design of this property is great and the layout of the apartments very well...

Off the beaten path. Quiet. Nothing to do beyond the beach. But if this is what you are looking for, this option is affordable and convenient to the quiet beach.

Very nice place to stay as family, group or class. Rooms are comfy and the view from the upper floors is nice. You can rent everything! So if you forgot games or balls, no problem! Staff is very friendly and the food is good too! Worth a stay!

Well I should have known what to expect. I arrived on a Thursday and there were many young school groups. It was was living a real life nightmare. Kids screaming, running around at high speeds and slamming doors and destroying the bathrooms. All the school groups checked out on Friday so the weekend was like heaven and very quite. They kept everyone in my room, and there are some very strange people...

As others have mentioned, the check-in process is quite bureaucratic; I couldn't check in until the checkout time had ended, even though there was a vast empty field for me to put up my tent in! Thankfully they let me put it up in advance and check in later. Breakfast is included (as a matter of fact you cannot refuse it), and while the dessert was fairly good, their ham is an otherworldly experience...

Very sparse, but modern and clean rooms. Uncomfortable mattresses and beds. Decent breakfast. Price too high for a youth hostel.

we spent 3 nights in the hotel. the spa area is the best part of it - warm water, a few saunas. i didn’t like the plastic plants and the overroasted beacon. also i wish there was a coffee machine or at least a teapot in the room. and tell me please, why are there those cut out round holes between balconies? and a good thing is the cheap wine at the reception when the bar is closed. anyway i enjoyed...

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water. Hot sauna too. The entrance to the spa is 36 euro per day but it has a cheaper price of 18 euros in the morning until 13.30. Can't be booked online but at the spa reception only.

This hotel is very comfortable and calm. It is practically directly at the sea and in the heart of a wonderful part of the peninsula. You are nearby the promenade but still, you can enjoy the calmer part of the city of Binz. Rooms are spacious and furnished in a modern way, however, some things are missing (especially if you stay longer than a week - for example, wall clocks or some kitchen items)...

Absolutely beautiful location, the beach has bright white soft sand. Great rooms and service. Close to national park. Great WiFi.

For what it is, it's wonderful. 3-star hotels come with limitations- found some other reviews quite harsh, considering the price point of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast bar is plentiful and varied. We have only met very friendly, down to earth staff. Great family hotel. Pool is excellent and the apartment had everything you need for a weeks stay. Beach right there and we could watch the sun rise from our balcony.

We spent Easter Weekend here and this hotel was really above my expectations! We booked apartments with kitchen and separate sleeping room, and got realy spacious apartments with two balcons , two beds and also couch that fits two people ! We felt very comfortable here . Not exactly liked but be prepared for some downfalls. Really monotonous breakfast (awful vegetables). Be prepared you can have a room in separate building. Rooms are decent but look really old inside. Swimming pool is almost always full and doesn't has a lifeguard. Every additional attraction for children inside hotel is paid extra. Only great thing is location, really close to the beach.

A huge holiday complex by the beach. Plenty of families and groups of pensioners. The pool and it's unisex changing rooms is all very family orientated and is little confusing at first. Rooms are spacious, small balcony and well kitted out kitchenette. Supermarket is a very short walk away. Public transport does pass outside, but it's not that frequent. Best to have a car for getting around the island...

i got lost, there was no one to help me a d i had a full in panic attack. the hotel is full of old people and bo one knows how to speak English. for god's sake.

It's a decent hotel, a bit pricey for what you get during high season. The room was clean but dated. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The location is excellent, right in front of Binz beach.

Perfect place for a weekend at the sea. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is just overwhelming, and the beach is near.

Good service , food & location. It is just bizarre that one must beg every day for toilet paper. This is a cheap money-saving policy for a hotel that charges this price.

Location is excellent, about 200m away from the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the town proper. The room is big, has it's own kitchenette, dining area and living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Reception is across the street, the same reception as Arkona Hotel. Receptionist were very helpful and can speak English well.

Great rooms, fine beds. Close to the beach and only 10 minutes from trainstation. We enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast every morning included and it was great.

Great stay and the buffet dinner is well worth it. We stayed in one of the apartments opposite. Very nicely furnished and decorated.

The rooftop bar is very nice, it is decorated in style and has sea views. The personnel is really friendly. Definitely the place to be in Binz.

Lived at Arkona Strandrecidenzen connected to the hotel and only had the breakfast buffet here every morning for a week. It was great!!! We enjoyed it very much. It must be said that the personal here is some of the most friendly and helpfull we have ever experienced!! Thanks for making the beginning of our days great🌹

It seems that this hotel was build during the 70s and hasn't developed too much since then which is typical in this part of the island

Our reception was very friendly and very accommodating! The apartment has everything you need .... kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and very tidy. It was a maximum of 6 minutes to the beach, which was really great!!! We would like to come again!

Perfect stay in a perfect place. Felt home with all the amenities. Has fitted kitchen with utensils. Excellent decor inside with heater.

The location is good. Wifi is slow :( and also expensive :( . All in all it is a nice place to stay and sleep there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nymphe Strandhotel, and so did Scooby, my dog! We had the warmest welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. It's not always easy to travel alone with a dog, but here Scooby could come with me to breakfast, sleep in my room - and run around on the fantastic sandy beach outside. Quiet hotel, with friendly staff and super breakfast.

Nice hotel, very well located just in front of the beach. Clean and comfortable, standard breakfast buffet. Parking available for €12 per night.

Very pleasant hotel. Great location, a lot of rooms have a sea view...breakfast is excellent and may be taken in a cosy room with a fireplace or under a verandah. Very friendly staff.

As we travelled by train the location close to the station was perfect for us. Really nice friendly resort.

Neat & clean. Well maintained. Next to train station, convenient for train commuters. Großbahnhof / main bus stop is also next to it. Beach is walkable. Indoor swim & sauna just amazing.

They picked us up late, when no taxies were there! They have an amazing service and the apartment is clean and pretty! Really good breakfast! This deserves 5stars!! You should go visit!
