we spent 3 nights in the hotel. the spa area is the best part of it - warm water, a few saunas. i didn’t like the plastic plants and the overroasted beacon. also i wish there was a coffee machine or at least a teapot in the room. and tell me please, why are there those cut out round holes between balconies? and a good thing is the cheap wine at the reception when the bar is closed. anyway i enjoyed...

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water. Hot sauna too. The entrance to the spa is 36 euro per day but it has a cheaper price of 18 euros in the morning until 13.30. Can't be booked online but at the spa reception only.

Very friendly staff and nice accommodation.

This hotel is very comfortable and calm. It is practically directly at the sea and in the heart of a wonderful part of the peninsula. You are nearby the promenade but still, you can enjoy the calmer part of the city of Binz. Rooms are spacious and furnished in a modern way, however, some things are missing (especially if you stay longer than a week - for example, wall clocks or some kitchen items)...

Absolutely beautiful location, the beach has bright white soft sand. Great rooms and service. Close to national park. Great WiFi.

Great family hotel. Pool is excellent and the apartment had everything you need for a weeks stay. Beach right there and we could watch the sun rise from our balcony.

We spent Easter Weekend here and this hotel was really above my expectations! We booked apartments with kitchen and separate sleeping room, and got realy spacious apartments with two balcons , two beds and also couch that fits two people ! We felt very comfortable here . Not exactly liked but be prepared for some downfalls. Really monotonous breakfast (awful vegetables). Be prepared you can have a room in separate building. Rooms are decent but look really old inside. Swimming pool is almost always full and doesn't has a lifeguard. Every additional attraction for children inside hotel is paid extra. Only great thing is location, really close to the beach.

A huge holiday complex by the beach. Plenty of families and groups of pensioners. The pool and it's unisex changing rooms is all very family orientated and is little confusing at first. Rooms are spacious, small balcony and well kitted out kitchenette. Supermarket is a very short walk away. Public transport does pass outside, but it's not that frequent. Best to have a car for getting around the island...

It's a decent hotel, a bit pricey for what you get during high season. The room was clean but dated. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The location is excellent, right in front of Binz beach.

I have been surprised of low quality and personnel on place like this.

Perfect place for a weekend at the sea. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is just overwhelming, and the beach is near.

Good service , food & location. It is just bizarre that one must beg every day for toilet paper. This is a cheap money-saving policy for a hotel that charges this price.

Location is excellent, about 200m away from the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the town proper. The room is big, has it's own kitchenette, dining area and living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Reception is across the street, the same reception as Arkona Hotel. Receptionist were very helpful and can speak English well.

Great rooms, fine beds. Close to the beach and only 10 minutes from trainstation. We enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast every morning included and it was great.

Amazing hotel, at the beach promenade, with big ADD (with good food, quality and breakfast choice), super health and wellness, indoor pool and big Spa (including big beauty saloon and various applications). Best and only rooftop bar with life music … must visit ! Nice outdoor culinary venues and along many Private Palace Hotels food & beverage outlets along the promenade.

Binz 2019 A lovely destination with lots to see around or just to lie on the fantastic beach. We usually try to stay at the Arkona Strandhotel as it fulfills our wishes and is right on the beach, in addition it is walking distance to most things

Great room and location but the cleaning is not real, they don’t really clean the rooms or change the sheets and no vacuuming so the rooms will get sandy even if you ask for cleaning they don’t do it properly and no vacuuming! Small pool but okay also The sauna and pool is kind of dated!

Our stay there was very good. The breakfast was always very good. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The areas were always clean and tidy. I can only recommend the hotel. If there is one, we will definitely come again.

The rooftop bar is very nice, it is decorated in style and has sea views. The personnel is really friendly. Definitely the place to be in Binz.

Lived at Arkona Strandrecidenzen connected to the hotel and only had the breakfast buffet here every morning for a week. It was great!!! We enjoyed it very much. It must be said that the personal here is some of the most friendly and helpfull we have ever experienced!! Thanks for making the beginning of our days great🌹

Comfortable hotel 5 mns away from the seafront. Rooms are a bit small but spotless clean. Friendly staff.

Stay was nice. Clean and pretty however the breakfast was worse. There was no item to eat and breakfast was not ready at 9.30. People speak English at reception and are really friendly. All and all had good time.

We happened upon Villa Salve by accident when another restaurant would not accept us at 20.15 - Immediately Tony the M ‘D was charming and helpful. We had a delicious 3 course meal including local fish, beer and Riesling. We highly recommend this wonderful place of character and elegance.

Dog friendly, on the beach, sea view. You can't ask for more! And good prices even in high season. I'm 100% sure we will stay again when we come back to Binz!

Excellent bang for your buck! The staff was incredibly friendly, and to top it off, each room comes with its own private sauna. The inclusive breakfast is well-balanced and satisfying. The hotel's convenient location allows for easy access to tourist attractions via a nearby bus stop, just a quick 2-minute walk away. Overall, a truly pleasant experience!

I'll be honest, I gave the service one star only because when I arrived at the motel late at night. I wanted to wash, I went into the room, the room is cold. I thought, Well, at least I'll take a hot shower, at least there I'll warm up and go to sleep. After the hot water was turned on, and it flowed all the time, but there was no hot water, as it was only cold, I would have a suspicion. Why is there...

Really nice and basic room. We were welcomed by a gebtly lady who gave us the keys. Friendly lovely. Rooms are clean and a big plus u have a small table outside where u can sit and enjoy the evening... would be happy to stay another night and gladly come back here!

The huts that were in the back of the hotel were really nice. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The only drawback was that the reception closed a bit early and opened a bit late, but the staff solved that quite simply.

Nice hotel close to Mukran. Lovely food and beers. If you want a hotel a bit away from Sassnitz then it is the place to go. The room i got was nice and clean and bathroom was also in good condition. Across the road there is a bakery where you can enjoy coffee and meals with the view to the harbour.

Pleasant experience with breakfast and dinner. 20€ city tax for two nights for two people - very high. Also parking - 20€ per day in some other hotel nearby without any surveillance. The room had dirty walls, the pillows are like a marshmallow and do not sustain a good sleep, the carpets on the hall small smoked tobacco and don’t look clean. Very nice hotel. A short walk to the beach via a walking path and a green belt. Nearby locations of natural parks for hiking and biking. The surroundings are kept very clean. You can see how the Germans care about order and especially along the coast near Binz clean and accessible toilet. facilities.

Nice enough hotel. Great location. Good customer service. Our room was spacious and alright for two nights. We had someone stamping in the room above us. I reported this to reception and they dealt with the issue right away. Cleanliness in the room could have be improved. We stayed in an spacious apartment with no sea view but was a stone's throw away from the beach. Very helpful staff as well.

This hotel is situated in the middle of the Strandpromenade in Binz with a few meters to the sandy beach. Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view. The breakfast was splendid with fresh fruit, new prepared eggs dishes - salmon, sausages, croissants etc.

Amazingly delicious comfort food with various options including vegan! This establishment is fantastically whimsical and eclectic in environment with theme rooms such as: Orient Express, Puppet Room, Wine Room, Photography Room all set inside a small but quaint and warm fashion. Definitely worth a visit or tour. They also do special events!

Very cosy atmosphere, great food and an extremely friendly staff. I haven't tried the dog menu, but our dog loved it and it looked nice as well. We were there with a bigger group and everyone enjoyed the stay and the food, even though the others all work in a restaurant themselves and have high standards.

We had breakfast as a family of six. The staff was super polite and helpful. Fun quirky place to enjoy breakfast especially with a wasch salon across the street.

This place is as nutty as it is unique. The food is excellent and the bonkers interior makes it worth the visit! VERY dog friendly to extent that there is a doggie menu and they have special bibs for your dog too! Völlig verrückt aber unglaublich geil. Fantastic location on the promenade just 50 metres from the beach, and it was worth paying more for a room with the sea view. Breakfasts were superb, and the restaurant served delicious fish dishes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a week and were genuinely sorry to leave.

Great hotel on the seafront. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy and beautiful. The spa (Turkish bath and two different kinds of sauna) is a dream. Fantastic breakfast and adorable staff. Dogs accepted.

We had a nice room with a balcony, everything was very clean and the staff was always very friendly. We slept very well in bed, the mattress was really good for us. The breakfast was completely sufficient and there was something for every taste. The coffee tasted really good. The location of the hotel was just as perfect, only about 200 meters and you are on the beach. Parking spaces are also available...

To the hotel I can not say, the loneliest thing I can say we were in February / 2019 here and had to say with horror that this beautiful restaurant with delicious food and super nice service, had to close, because the lady of the house no staff and For health reasons, you can no longer handle both alone. We understand, but are still very sad about it.

We have once again booked this hotel Mercury in Binz, as we like it again and again. We really have nothing to worry about. Room with the large balcony was a feast for the eyes, very clean everything had been. The food at the hotel gets 5 stars starting from breakfast. The service is written very big, every wish is fulfilled, always nice and polite. You are perceived as a guest we like it very much...

Several times in the last few years we have been able to taste consistently freshly prepared, very delicious food. The service was always very friendly and courteous, with a smile on their face, they were always happy to respond to our children's wishes.

We spent four nights in this Villa and we loved every minute of it! The best was the size of the suite and the balcony. The hosts were cheerful and helpful all the time. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is nicely situated but best reached by car. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. The only drawback for us was a damp smell in the room.
