Great family hotel. Pool is excellent and the apartment had everything you need for a weeks stay. Beach right there and we could watch the sun rise from our balcony.

Not exactly liked but be prepared for some downfalls. Really monotonous breakfast (awful vegetables). Be prepared you can have a room in separate building. Rooms are decent but look really old inside. Swimming pool is almost always full and doesn't has a lifeguard. Every additional attraction for children inside hotel is paid extra. Only great thing is location, really close to the beach.

A huge holiday complex by the beach. Plenty of families and groups of pensioners. The pool and it's unisex changing rooms is all very family orientated and is little confusing at first. Rooms are spacious, small balcony and well kitted out kitchenette. Supermarket is a very short walk away. Public transport does pass outside, but it's not that frequent. Best to have a car for getting around the island...

Amazing hotel, at the beach promenade, with big ADD (with good food, quality and breakfast choice), super health and wellness, indoor pool and big Spa (including big beauty saloon and various applications). Best and only rooftop bar with life music … must visit ! Nice outdoor culinary venues and along many Private Palace Hotels food & beverage outlets along the promenade.

Binz 2019 A lovely destination with lots to see around or just to lie on the fantastic beach. We usually try to stay at the Arkona Strandhotel as it fulfills our wishes and is right on the beach, in addition it is walking distance to most things

Great room and location but the cleaning is not real, they don’t really clean the rooms or change the sheets and no vacuuming so the rooms will get sandy even if you ask for cleaning they don’t do it properly and no vacuuming! Small pool but okay also The sauna and pool is kind of dated!

Our stay there was very good. The breakfast was always very good. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The areas were always clean and tidy. I can only recommend the hotel. If there is one, we will definitely come again.

The rooftop bar is very nice, it is decorated in style and has sea views. The personnel is really friendly. Definitely the place to be in Binz.

Lived at Arkona Strandrecidenzen connected to the hotel and only had the breakfast buffet here every morning for a week. It was great!!! We enjoyed it very much. It must be said that the personal here is some of the most friendly and helpfull we have ever experienced!! Thanks for making the beginning of our days great🌹

Good hotel, it's not luxury, but we liked it! There are some reports about rooms with a view on the parking, that must be the smaller rooms. We had a superior room, and it had a nice view. Spa is a bit disappointing, lacks of ambience

The hotel is well located, the service very friendly and the breakfast great. However, as others wrote too, our room was pretty small and our bathroom tiny given the brand and pricing of the hotel. In addition, not everything was spotless clean.

My review refers to a “country-style” double room. The rather small room was equipped with very low beds with sharp edges that could establish a risk of injury. There is a lack of storage space for suitcases. The cleaning of the living room and bathroom was perfect. The service was also correct. This hotel is situated in the middle of the Strandpromenade in Binz with a few meters to the sandy beach. Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view. The breakfast was splendid with fresh fruit, new prepared eggs dishes - salmon, sausages, croissants etc.

Great location in the centre, 2 minutes from the beach. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good. The suite was really cozy, clean and well designed. Also the spa area was everything we hopes for for our weekend stay! :) Definitely recommended!

Pretty good hotel with very good location to the beach. Do note that there are NO aircons in the rooms. Breakfast buffet is rather small considering it's a 5 star hotel. The hotel is highly recommended. However, it is recommended to book the hotel only after the coronation events are fully completed! ... The underground car park is very narrow. If you are lucky, you will be able to drive home without any additional dents in your car.

Pleasant experience with breakfast and dinner. 20€ city tax for two nights for two people - very high. Also parking - 20€ per day in some other hotel nearby without any surveillance. Very nice hotel. A short walk to the beach via a walking path and a green belt. Nearby locations of natural parks for hiking and biking. The surroundings are kept very clean. This stay was a dream. Direct sea view from the bed. The sound of the sea from the open window. It was good !! Large double rain shower from the bathroom ceiling. There is a glass corner in the shower and if you are a little taller you can even look at the sea from the shower or watch TV. The bed is very good. The duvet and pillows were very soft. We had a special time here. The hotel is in a great location right on the promenade, but in a quiet part. Breakfast was served on the terrace overlooking the sea and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and polite. We'll be back.

We had a nice room with a balcony, everything was very clean and the staff was always very friendly. We slept very well in bed, the mattress was really good for us. The breakfast was completely sufficient and there was something for every taste. The coffee tasted really good. The location of the hotel was just as perfect, only about 200 meters and you are on the beach. Parking spaces are also available...

To the hotel I can not say, the loneliest thing I can say we were in February / 2019 here and had to say with horror that this beautiful restaurant with delicious food and super nice service, had to close, because the lady of the house no staff and For health reasons, you can no longer handle both alone. We have once again booked this hotel Mercury in Binz, as we like it again and again. We really have nothing to worry about. Room with the large balcony was a feast for the eyes, very clean everything had been. The food at the hotel gets 5 stars starting from breakfast. we spent 3 nights in the hotel. the spa area is the best part of it - warm water, a few saunas. i didn’t like the plastic plants and the overroasted beacon. also i wish there was a coffee machine or at least a teapot in the room. and tell me please, why are there those cut out round holes between balconies? and a good thing is the cheap wine at the reception when the bar is closed. anyway i enjoyed...

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water. Hot sauna too. The entrance to the spa is 36 euro per day but it has a cheaper price of 18 euros in the morning until 13.30. Can't be booked online but at the spa reception only.

This hotel is very comfortable and calm. It is practically directly at the sea and in the heart of a wonderful part of the peninsula. You are nearby the promenade but still, you can enjoy the calmer part of the city of Binz. Rooms are spacious and furnished in a modern way, however, some things are missing (especially if you stay longer than a week - for example, wall clocks or some kitchen items)...

It's a decent hotel, a bit pricey for what you get during high season. The room was clean but dated. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The location is excellent, right in front of Binz beach.

We came to this hotel to try Ayurveda. It was something new and unusual for me personally, especially food. I really liked the massage that the girl Beenu did, it was very relaxing and the pain in my legs went away. And the sea air also makes you feel better, which is why the location of the hotel is 5 stars. It's worth a visit!

Good service , food & location. It is just bizarre that one must beg every day for toilet paper. This is a cheap money-saving policy for a hotel that charges this price.

Location is excellent, about 200m away from the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the town proper. The room is big, has it's own kitchenette, dining area and living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Reception is across the street, the same reception as Arkona Hotel. Receptionist were very helpful and can speak English well.
