Good but pool and rooms are small

Toilet flushing didn’t work, but I had a nice experience here

i got lost, there was no one to help me a d i had a full in panic attack. the hotel is full of old people and bo one knows how to speak English. for god's sake.

WiFi doesn't work. The little bit it did it was only a completely open network. Stove and refrigerator in rooms. Very convenient to beach. Most everything you need but nothing extravagant.

Good rooms with a small kitchen, a big bedroom, bathroom with shower and a balcony. Enough space for two persons. Very clean and good service. Good recommendations for families and elderly. Close to the beach. Breakfast was good with a great variety. Only fried eggs were missing.

We came to this hotel to try Ayurveda. It was something new and unusual for me personally, especially food. I really liked the massage that the girl Beenu did, it was very relaxing and the pain in my legs went away. And the sea air also makes you feel better, which is why the location of the hotel is 5 stars. It's worth a visit!

A great hotel in an excellent location near the beach ,the forest and the Mall . Rooms are spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable . I particularly enjoyed the authentic Thai Bali Ayurveda area and the Wellness Spa with ist treatments and various saunas . The breakfast buffet was delightful and so was the 3 course dinner at the restaurant . I will be back .

My second time there, came back because everything was perfect.

Staff (Especially Reception) was incredibly nice and always smiling. rooms are clean and as shown in pictures. Also amazing kitchen.

The breakfast room is at an excellent location, facing the sea front and the "Promenade" of Binz. The choice and quality of the food is excellent. It is very smart that cold cuts and fish are in a separate, cooled location. Egg choices are being asked by the service staff and prepared and served to you, you don't have to stand in line. This hotel is situated in the middle of the Strandpromenade in Binz with a few meters to the sandy beach. Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view. The breakfast was splendid with fresh fruit, new prepared eggs dishes - salmon, sausages, croissants etc.

Arrived early @11:00 - room was ready - a bonus. Breakfast was good as always. Sunny balcony at rear [no sea view]. Sauna/spa empty.

Great location in the centre, 2 minutes from the beach. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good. The suite was really cozy, clean and well designed. Also the spa area was everything we hopes for for our weekend stay! :) Definitely recommended!

Perfect location. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately no Air conditioner. But you can close the curtain during sunny times to keep the room temperature cool.

It's a decent hotel, a bit pricey for what you get during high season. The room was clean but dated. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The location is excellent, right in front of Binz beach.

The rooftop bar is very nice, it is decorated in style and has sea views. The personnel is really friendly. Definitely the place to be in Binz.

Lived at Arkona Strandrecidenzen connected to the hotel and only had the breakfast buffet here every morning for a week. It was great!!! We enjoyed it very much. It must be said that the personal here is some of the most friendly and helpfull we have ever experienced!! Thanks for making the beginning of our days great🌹

It seems that this hotel was build during the 70s and hasn't developed too much since then which is typical in this part of the island

Good service , food & location. It is just bizarre that one must beg every day for toilet paper. This is a cheap money-saving policy for a hotel that charges this price.

Location is excellent, about 200m away from the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the town proper. The room is big, has it's own kitchenette, dining area and living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Reception is across the street, the same reception as Arkona Hotel. Receptionist were very helpful and can speak English well.

Great rooms, fine beds. Close to the beach and only 10 minutes from trainstation. We enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast every morning included and it was great.

Great stay and the buffet dinner is well worth it. We stayed in one of the apartments opposite. Very nicely furnished and decorated.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and big. The only negative point, the romantic room didn't have much in common with the photo on the homepage. No curtains, four-poster bed and no pictures on the wall. The staff is very friendly and hard-working. Breakfast buffet was very tasty and plentiful. Due to the great layout at breakfast, it was never too crowded. We had a very nice vacation here.

We stayed here at the Wächter Hotel for 5 days. We were greeted very warmly. The room was clean and plenty of storage space. The knight theme was also implemented well. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is sufficient BUT the glass dishes could be used again 🙈 The Rasende Roland drives by here several times a day. All in all, a good hotel.

I spent 14 days at the Hotel Landhaus Waechter and found the time to be very pleasant. Very tasty breakfast, especially the fresh bread, a clean room, friendly staff and very quiet. I found it particularly good that you can request room service individually. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in historic location on the beach in Binz, just adjacent to the pier. Convenient to Binz and area attractions.

Very high standards all through - with one deplorable exception, the front desk, you really should not turn a blind eye to that shortcoming!

Very good stay at your hotel. Location is good, the rooms are nice and breakfast also good. Only wishing for better information at check-in about services. No info about guest tablets and other services.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Location is amazing, right on the beach. Lots of places to eat etc near by. The breakfast at the hotel was great. And the staff were the best part. Very friendly and helpful. We took our dog and they had a bed for him and snacks and bowls etc. It was a great trip.

Design hotel in the Northern Germany. Considering the fact that it's a 5 stars hotel I would have expected a better English spoken by the employees working there. Pretty good hotel with very good location to the beach. Do note that there are NO aircons in the rooms. Breakfast buffet is rather small considering it's a 5 star hotel. Rooms service menu is very small as well. Spa area is nice and well maintained. Rooms are nice but would need an upgrade in the near future. Nevertheless, likely still the best hotel in Binz.

This stay was a dream. Direct sea view from the bed. The sound of the sea from the open window. It was good !! Large double rain shower from the bathroom ceiling. There is a glass corner in the shower and if you are a little taller you can even look at the sea from the shower or watch TV. The bed is very good. The duvet and pillows were very soft. By far the best restaurant in Binz. Super tasty, fast service and good quality.

We had a special time here. The hotel is in a great location right on the promenade, but in a quiet part. Breakfast was served on the terrace overlooking the sea and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and polite. We'll be back.

We stayed in an spacious apartment with no sea view but was a stone's throw away from the beach. Very helpful staff as well.

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water. Hot sauna too. The entrance to the spa is 36 euro per day but it has a cheaper price of 18 euros in the morning until 13.30. Can't be booked online but at the spa reception only.

This hotel is very comfortable and calm. It is practically directly at the sea and in the heart of a wonderful part of the peninsula. You are nearby the promenade but still, you can enjoy the calmer part of the city of Binz. Rooms are spacious and furnished in a modern way, however, some things are missing (especially if you stay longer than a week - for example, wall clocks or some kitchen items)...

Absolutely beautiful location, the beach has bright white soft sand. Great rooms and service. Close to national park. Great WiFi.

All about feel-good hotels with children & dogs. Excellent breakfast! Great ambience. Friendly staff. The only drawback is parking prices - unfortunately you have to rely on them - otherwise you are only allowed to park for 2 hours on the public road - of course for a fee!

Very nice suites, with a balcony and large windows. The suites can also be booked by couples. There were a lot of couples there. It was pleasantly quiet. Great breakfast buffet until 11 a.m. Very helpful and friendly staff. Suite very clean. You can get a parking space for a fee.

Whining at a high level ... but it has 4 stars superior ... Tasteful furnishings, large suite, nice staff, good breakfast but no air conditioning in the attic, people with reduced mobility have to go through the laundry room, reception only open until 6 p.m., minibar hardly cools, balcony furniture stripped down, spa and bar across the street ...

Very nice hotel. Distance to the beach: 2 minutes. The employees are very relaxed, which makes it very easy to switch off and relax. Everything is well maintained and clean. We would like to come again!

There're two different parts on the hotel with different elevators. The one on the right takes you to the best part of the hotel, closer to the buffet restaurant and with much better rooms and views. Make sure you ask them to give you the "good" room, it has the same price as the other one. And please note: The spa is geman-like nude. You'll see some naked people.

Even if it was only an overnight stay, I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was very spacious and modern. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downer is the limited number of parking spaces, which is to be expected in this location. We then had to use a public parking lot, but it runs directly through the hotel. Fantastic location on the promenade just 50 metres from the beach, and it was worth paying more for a room with the sea view. Breakfasts were superb, and the restaurant served delicious fish dishes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a week and were genuinely sorry to leave.

Great hotel on the seafront. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy and beautiful. The spa (Turkish bath and two different kinds of sauna) is a dream. Fantastic breakfast and adorable staff. Dogs accepted.
