Very nice and clean. Jessy is the best. Always accommodating even last minute reservation. Breakfast is good. Lots of variety from healthy yogurt granola to pastries and eggs and sausages. We love coming here. Its home whenever we come to Ramstein afb.

Family owned hotel, cosy, comfy clean, with very friendly staff and a hearty German breakfast.

This place has been here for over 25 years serving the American military. What can I say, as the breakfast is the best with eggs, sausage, bacon and yes salmon. They do have fresh cut fruit and tasty coffee. The rooms are large with ac, fridge, and microwave.

Detected racism right from the start! Extremely unfriendly owner, who made it quite clear, People of color are not welcome! Much better places to stay in the area...

The worst service I have every had in a long time! The manage/owner was trying to send me to a different hotel the moment I walked in the building. She then kept complaining that she is not stupid and knows I don't want to stay there! She then was accusing me of saying so much stuff another customer stepped in and said "that's not what he said". When I finally did see the room, it's not even worth the 65 euro the hotel is asking for. Save yourself the money and time from staying her!

Very good rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and good working wifi. Very nice breakfast and helpful kind staff. I am visiting this hotel for more then 5 years, and I love to stay there.
