We stopped in this place for lunch on way to Switzerland from Amsterdam. A big space with all basic amenities and a food court. Good choices of foods including for those who look for vegetarian food.
Clean place and good coffee.
Plenty of well organised parking and services for the driver and family the toilets were clean and the restaurant had a great choice of fresh cooked food and salads for a reasonable price,one feels refreshed and satisfied to be able to continue on ones journey.
Play yard available. Great for lunch with kids. Cleaning could be better.
Rooms are nice and it has a great tall bathrooms. The motel was nice and quiet and it is somewhere that I would definitely recommend to others

This was my second stay at this nice hotel in Baden-Baden and I will always return. The staff has been very nice. The room (solo travel) is roomy for a hotel in Germany. I particularly love the towel heater in the bathroom, the view from the room, and the comfortable bed.
Unfortunately I cannot rate the property itself because we never got to check in. 😕 All I can say is read the check-in instructions. READ the check-in instructions. I loved the German Gasthaus feel. Breakfast was great. Very polite workers.
I did not like being forced to buy the discount card. That should have at least been mentioned in the hotel booking information.
This location was walkable and convienient to attractions and the train if you don’t mind a little bit of a walk. The breakfast was wonderful and staff friendly!
The location was perfect. One block to the bus stop and then five minute ride to the main tourist area. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was very good with reasonable prices and good portions. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet.

Fantastic and very unique hotel, in a very quiet but convenient part of the town. On arrival the receptionist was super helpful with information, and directions. The rooms are very large and have good facilities, very nice decorations & very modern facilities. Breakfast was an excellent huge selection of food and drinks, work very friendly staff serving it. Clean hotel, a bit outdated but fairly well located near the town center. A nice walk quickly brings you to a lovely park and eventually into a forest. The staff is friendly and was very keen to help us with our requests. Pets are welcome. We were in room 8, which is the only one with a door to the backyard. The hotel is next to the festspielhaus and it’s parking. Very convenient. Hotel staff were very accommodating and supportive. The hotel is basic BUT is well kept, clean and offers everything needed for a short stay. The room was an adequate size with an efficient bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent supported by a very efficient staff. Great value for the money.

Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor.there were plenty of loungers. Also a dry and wet sauna. The exercise room was under repair. Service in the restaurant and bar could have been better.
Nice building in a good location,close to the Action. In my opinion the value for money is not good. 150€ per night without breakfast(they charge 35!€ for breakfast with two people) and 19!!€ for parking the car in a very narrow garage is not worth it. They show beautiful pictures of their pool on the website.... but it's under construction and except for a small outside pool all was out of order...
It is a classic hotel with a long history. Located in the heart of the city, just 2 min walking from the Main Street.
Hotel is undergoing renovation and a facelift so in the coming weeks, it is going to even better.

Cute little hotel! I did love it. Breakfast was very nice and a lot of options. Just across the street from thermal bath house I envoy the stay.
The tables in the room was not tall enough to be used for working and a part of the shower didnt work properly. Apart of that, the location is perfect and is a good price/benefit ratio.

The gentleman who checked us in was very abrupt and grumpy. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him to be there. Each question was given a vague, unhelpful reply. Perhaps it is time to retire, since he doesn’t appear to be enjoying his job anymore. Otherwise, lovely stay in an old world hotel.

The apartment was spacious and very well located. The check in and out very easy. But the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep and the bathroom fan made a very loud noise.

It could use some improvements just to keep it in perfect condition. I definitely recommend the room with a terrace.
It is right opposite the entrance to Friedrich Baths, which makes it very convenient to go to the hot springs. Except for the parking being a bit tight, everything else is basically perfect. As for parking, just drive up the slope near the apartment (right here in the picture). There are two parking spaces near the church. I was lucky enough to find a vacant space in both places, and they were free
No one came to clean the room, and the room was generally soundproofed. Moreover, you need to check in on the official website. I didn’t see any prompts from Ctrip. The advantage is that you can cook, there is an oven, refrigerator, etc.
We stayed in the penthouse, plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and views of the city. The location is right across the street from the spas.

A nice typical German spa town cafe. I needed espresso, eggs, bread, cheese and cured meat for breakfast and found it all here! Next time I would stay here.
The cakes were great. But the main dishes were not so amazing. Service was okay, might be our table were too far from the store.
Delicious for lunch, Quiche, pizza & pastry.

Very nice hotel and incredible location with underground access to both spas. We loved this hotel. Very spacious, clean, and great staff. The breakfast was delightful and certainly worth it. We will be back!
Getting to the hotel is difficult and the staff had no idea about the public transportation system and we almost missed our train but for convenience to the Caracalla spa it was perfect and you’re able to go directly into the spa and even pay at the hotel.
Best place in Baden
The best! I’m a frequent guest at Aqua Aurelia. Probably have stayed there 25 times and it is always consistent and good. Really good. I don’t have staff names correct, but two women and guys are always great - Gi, Kathy, Rene, and guy that works both desk and restaurant, as needed.
Beautiful spacious rooms at the best central location with underground direct passage to the spa. Very clean, modern, kind staff and exceptional service. I totally recommend it.
Lost one star in overall grading for 2 reasons. No one is speaking english not even the reception desk and it was hard to communicate. Also there is no reception desk service in the evening / night and the door was locked...

The hotel is pretty dated. As a matter of fact, there was an ongoing major renovation project which generated a lot of noise. On the other hand, the location is perfect for those wanting to go to the two major baths in Baden Baden which are located about a block from the hotel. The same is true for the pleasant pedestrian area/district also located a block from the hotel.
Very central location, large, spacious rooms, and there's room for improvement in terms of comfort, such as a larger TV and a comfortable armchair for watching TV, rather than just a regular chair...!!!
This was a good choice for a short trip. Walking distance to the old town and spa. The room could use additional lighting. It was very dark.

The property was beautiful. We stayed in the back building. Unfortunately the heat did not work in one of the rooms we stayed in. The Hotel tried their best to get it working at night and when they couldn’t, they issued us a full refund in the morning. They were very helpful.

The hotel is average at best and I feel once we go to Baden-Baden realised there were many better places to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the massive room size and its balcony. But there were many problems - the water temperature in the showers was not consistent, there no acs so the rooms are very hot, etc During our stay there was also construction nearby so it was extremely.
Great place to stay to explore Baden-Baden. The hotel is located on narrow streets up a steep hill overlooking the town. The town centre is approx 15 minutes away on foot but we highly recommend getting a taxi back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed.
This hotel was very nice. The room was very spacious and modern with a really cool layout. The breakfast was very good, the staff were all incredibly nice. Overall this was an excellent hotel experience, one of the best. It made for a very relaxing time in Baden-Baden.
