A very good option for stay at Rastatt. Aldi store is nearby. Good Indian Restaurant is also there which opens at 11 AM and closes by 2 PM. Walkable distance to Bus Stand and Metro/Rail station. Good parking facility. Good service. No kettle available in the room, but if you want to get heated some food items, the restaurant people will help out.

A good simple hotel, like they usually are. The staff is running around doing other tasks so you have to ding the bell once or twice before you have their attention. The small cosy looking bar area is closed off during day time. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have A/C. Walls can be a little thin in terms of neighbours but quiet. We were very happy with our stay. We stayed in a family room which was very big with comfortable beds and big bathroom with shower and bath! Everything was clean and the towels were provided. We had dogs with us and there was an extra fee of 10€/day/room so that was great! We decided for breakfast one day, beacuse 15€/day is a little bit pricey to have it all days but I have to say it was delicious...

Stayed here for one night on transit. It was OK. The reception is very friendly. But there is some noise from the nearby road and other rooms, and the room is pretty basic for the price.

The hotel is pretty good for the price. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast buffet is on point, and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. One issue, parking. The parking situation is unfortunately something that cannot be taken care of. However, I did enjoy my stay the times that I have stayed at this hotel.

Solid hotel, but definitely not 4*. 115 Euro for 1 night is absolutely not worth it. Rooms are clean and cozy, with standard equipment, only missing air conditioning, but in November not needed. Breakfast was very good, I believe anybody will choose something. Hotel is in town center, but there is nothing interesting around. You have to visit nearby towns.

The food was delicious, I had a really great meal. The fries were just fried right. And the salmon I had, taste really really good.

Very nice hotel, very clean room and overall very comfortable. As is typical for Germany, they don't have AC, so you leave the windows open to get the cool air at night but this also means noise from the restaurant and the street below. However, the noise was a minor inconvenience and overall it was a very nice stay. The restaurant food was fantastic!

Plenty of well organised parking and services for the driver and family the toilets were clean and the restaurant had a great choice of fresh cooked food and salads for a reasonable price,one feels refreshed and satisfied to be able to continue on ones journey.

As a child, we used to stop by here every summer on our way to Spain. This place is lovely on the outside (great views of a little church at the back, for example), there are lots of parking spaces, and it's also nice inside as well (a toy shop, a motel, a canteen with a variety of German food to choose and enjoy). I just love this hotel. It has a check in with bubbels, big rooms/ beds and a super nice sauna with pool etc. When you enter the spa you get a nice ginger shot, you can have a vodka shot and fresh fruit. Further if you need anything in the room they come and take care of it. The service is very good and the whole hotel is nice and clean. It was our third time and for sure not the last one.

There is no parking!!! You have to walk at least 3 km to find the nearest 24 hr parking!. All the closest parking is pay by the hour. In the last three years I have visited between 20 and 30 hotels in different European countries. Nowhere have I experienced such great service, care and nice approach as in Heliopark zum Hirsch. I highly recommend it and hope to be able to return one day.

They mixed up my booking so I didn’t have the bath or balcony I ordered. After one night with a side building view I was swapped up to the attic with a better view and more space.

Very nice, beautiful and clean room. But for hotel of 3 stars there was no place to- for example- refill water or just enjoy coffee out of breakfast hours. Internet doesnt work on phones. No hair dryer. We just came from 2 stars hotel and they had all this.
